The young men showed up as scheduled and I was given a quote for the work that I wanted done. The cost was very reasonable and the work was done in a very effiecient timely manner. I was very pleased with the service. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Wow! What a terrific experience with this provider. My intake call was handled by Henry in a professional and courteous manner. I was provided an estimated quote based on my description of goods to be removed and was cautioned that the estimate may be adjusted based on actual size of items. On my appointment day I received a call from Henry to confirm he was en route and with an anticipated arrival time. Henry and Brendan reviewed my items to be hauled (attic/second floor/basement) and provided me a revised estimate. Arrival, removal and excellent clean-up all took place within 20-30 minutes. I particularly appreciated the extreme care take by Henry and Brendan to not damage our walls and doorways - ours is an older home and this is easily done if not careful. Service was excellent and I would definitely use Henry and team again.

Excellent. It appears the problems I experienced were all with the Angie's List interface to the service provider. Filling out the form on the Angie's List web site in no way guaranteed any booking time whatsoever. You have to communicate directly with the company for a time for them to pick up the trash. Once you do that, it works as advertised.

The men arrived at the approximate time, were very professional and quickly removed junk from basement. Worked very quickly.

It was great. I had them haul a sofa, loveseat, chair, ottoman, coffee table, and a sofa table. It took them 20 minutes at the most to do the work with 3 workers. They were very polite and very professional

They were great. Its been awhile but they were professional, courteous and they were pretty open to getting the trash even at areas that I hadn't gotten them out of. They were real professional guys and easy to work with. That's all we did and I think I over exceeded whatever they had measured out on the big deal but they didn't charge me any extra. I will absolutely use them again.

These guys are great, Corey and Henry were very punctual, and worked very quickly during a very cold morning. I purchased their coupon from Angie's List and they came out and removed my junk without a problem. Corey and Henry were very friendly and took their time pulling in and out of my driveway making sure their truck didn't hit my house or damage any bushes. Seems simple, yet I have had several guys hit fencing and other items on both my yard and my neighbors in the past. They even took the time to sweep my entire garage of all small debris after they were finished. I would definitely using them again if I needed junk removal and already recommend them to a friend who is moving.

Very professional - two workers showed up on time - reviewed the house with me and concluded I needed to purchase two truck loads- which I did of course. I showed them what pieces were to be removed and they did it efficiently. Dumped off one load and returned to complete the removal of the rest of the materials from the house. Took about 3 hours. They did not sweep up as one reviewer said was done at their house. My only compliant would be on the pricing. When I called they told me I should purchase a whole truck. As you saw from my comments - I needed two trucks. The size in cubic feet meant nothing to me. So you might want to describe what you are removing so they can help you order the correct amount. The size of the truck was small. When I think of a truck - I imagined a full size truck. Again, understanding the numbers may have helped one figure that out. I did not compare many options so the final price may have been high. But overall - impressive job done by the workers..

Henry and Corey were very professional and polite and they worked VERY hard.

It went GREAT! Ohio Junk Force called me to set up an appt for them to come and pick up my items after I left them a message. They returned call within an half hour. Told me they could be there that day between noon and 2pm, closer to 1pm. Fine with me. Then not long after that the truck drive called and said they are able to be over earlier which was fine with me. They ended up coming over around 11:10am. Two very pleasant young men came and carried out all of my items (6 in all). No problems what so ever. They did a GREAT Job!! No mess left behind. Thank you, Laura

Two workers showed up when they said they would (gave me a courtesy call ahead of time), did their job, and went on their way. One of the easiest and most friendly company I have ever worked with. Customer service was superb. I would (and will) use the again in a heartbeat!
