We're very well pleased. They're an A+. He's very dependable. He's a very honest person. He wants to make things done right properly. The price is very competitive. He's very particular with his work. He always returns calls. If he orders something and it's not correct, he goes back to the manufacturer of the product and make it right. He's good once he starts the job. He follows through and finishes it. He's on time and he does what he says he's going to do. He provides a quote with everything listed. You know exactly what the plans are and the cost.

We cannot say enough good things about Dan Pritchard and Alustrius. We had our kitchen completely gutted down to the studs and redone and our foyer and bathroom floors replaced and we couldn?t be happier. We had several contractors come in to bid and when Dan came in we knew we found the person we wanted to do the remodel. His passion, creativity, and professionalism were immediately apparent. We knew we wanted a new kitchen, but didn?t know exactly how we wanted it to look. After our initial consultation, Dan came back with a few different designs for us, one of which fit our needs perfectly. His suggestions for the cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, and lighting were spot on with our tastes. Even small details like cabinet hardware and plumbing fixtures were perfect. All throughout the remodel Dan communicated with us about what was being done and what to expect next. As with any big job like this, there are bound to be a few hiccups. When those showed up, Dan was able to come up with creative solutions to keep the project moving forward. Right now, we are loving our new kitchen. When people come over to visit they are always impressed. Dan easily exceeded our wildest expectations. We will definitely be calling him again when we are ready to remodel our bathrooms and sun room.

Dan did an excellent job in all respects. Worked with us on keeping down costs. Recommended excellent granite, tile, cabinet and lighting companies. Was very detail oriented, polite and easy to communicate with. A real pleasure to work with.

It all went extremely well. My husband and I are thrilled with the result.! With all of the renovation, we feel as though we now live in a brand-new home that is updated, easy to care for and impressive to look at! A lot of work was done, especially to the master bath and the kitchen. They were transformed. Dan Pritchard gave us several ideas to consider as we made our choices, many of which we would never have known of or thought about otherwise, and we are very happy with all of them. One of the items that he suggested to us was the kitchen flooring, a newer product that is laid like tile but is not the hard stone tile (which can be h****** the legs after standing on it awhile). It is attractive as well as practical. We love our new shower and counter tops in the bathroom constructed out of a marble-looking product that we would have never known about. This job also required the installation of all new appliances in the kitchen as well. This job had a lot of major work to it and yet Dan's attention to the details was way ahead of our thinking...more suggestions and a great job of completion on everything big and small! Dan is a very ethical person and very easy to work with. We added on some items for him to do that we had not originally anticipated, and I changed my mind on a few other items. Dan took all of this with a smile and his typical efficient way of managing it all into the greater scheme of things. He and his crew and the subcontractors that he worked with showed real professionalism. When the entire renovation was completed, they left everything so clean....I could hardly beileve it.. We LOVE our new home and feel that we lucked into finding the best contractor we could have ever had to pull this all off for us!

Dan is an extremely professional, hard-working and conscientious individual. His work is superior and his attention to detail is to be praised. He communicated with us through the whole process and was respectful of our time and space as he worked at our house. We are so pleased with how beautiful our master bathroom turned out. He turned a builder's grade 1990's bathroom into a elegant and spa-like retreat. Our second bathroom is beautiful and works great for two growing boys. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any home improvement project.

He was the most polite contractor I've ever talked to. He returned all calls as promised, came to the house to measure, provided a written estimate, placed the order himself for the backsplash, the guys were here when he said they would be, his price was very reasonable, and MOST of all, they did an excellent job of putting the tile up. He made sure to schedule this installation the day after my new granite countertops were installed so everything was done at once and I could enjoy my new beautiful kitchen immediately. I will definitely call Dan the next time I need any type of remodeling done.

We have worked with Dan on two different projects in the last year. First, he installed kitchen cabinets, laundry cabinets, utility tub with new plumbing, and installed hardwood flooring in laundry room earlier this year. Secondly, he completed our kitchen project, including granite countertops, tile backsplash, a new sink, and a new faucet last week. I was EXTREMELY pleased with Dan's professionalism, attention to detail, promptness, and tidiness during the first job that I contacted him about our kitchen project. Again, Dan EXCEEDED my expectations. He is very detailed, CLEAN, and professional. He communicated with me during the whole job and was very efficient. I will/ have recommended him to many of our friends and we hope to have Dan work on more projects for us in the future.

Dan and his team did an outstanding job remodeling the back half of our house. We would recommend him for any project...and have! He is thoughtful, honest, timely, creative, and can handle any type of project no matter how small or large. In the family room the patio doors were replaced, converted the wood burning fireplace to a gas one, custom built in book shelves/cupboards, resurfaced the wall around the fireplace with stone and granite, and put in wood flooring. The kitchen received all new appliances, custom made cupboards, an island, granite counter tops throughout, wood flooring, tile back splash, and pendent lights as well as recessed lighting. Our laundry room is very small and he came up with two solutions that have turned this room from a nightmare into a dream space. The powder room is also totally changed with all new fixtures and lighting to a new wood floor. It went okay. He came out for a design for our master bathroom. It took him a couple of weeks for him to get us the final design. We didn't get a 3-D design, however.

The job went quickly and without incident. However, I didn't realize until everyone was done and gone that I had neglected to tell Dan I wanted the garbage disposal on the right-hand sink rather than the left-hand sink where it was before. He returned the following week and redid all the plumbing under the sink to put the disposal where I wanted it. This miscommunication was my fault and I expected to pay whatever additional cost was involved for this extra work. I mentioned this to him several times but he refused to charge me. Dan was extremely polite, considerate and professional. He was always on time, always let me know when he was on his way, and always cleaned up any mess he made. I would use him again in a heartbeat and recommend him without reservation.

Dan was a professional from start to finish. He was clean, on time, and unobtrusive. Dan delivered beyond expectations. His work is outstanding!

Dan was a perfectionist from start to finish. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. His support people were excellent workers. Dan is also a great communicator on the status of the project.

He didn't charge me anything to come out to give me the estimate. He was very punctual, very thorough, very polite and he is our front runner as far as choosing someone to do the work is concerned.

He was very courteous, clean and particular. He made sure everything was perfect and he was always on time. I've had other contractors in the past that don't even hold a candle to him. We have been ripped off so many times, and he even fixed some of their botched work. While trustworthy, he was also very polite and let you know when he was running late. He had great communication and always kept you informed of what he was doing and what the next step of the project was going to be; he did take nothing for granted. He is superior and I loved having him in my home. I've since recommended him to three other people and they all say the same. God bless him!

Went well, took longer than first thought it should. Does quality work but had leak with new shower intall. Came out immediately and took care of it at no cost. I would use him again.

Excellent work in the three locations. Reasonable price, got the job done on time and we are very pleased with the results. The quality of work is excellent and Dan was always on time when he said he would be there. Overall a very satisfying experience and we will certainly use him again.

Bathroom remodel analysis and project plan; have not proceeded

I had them do a floor plan of what I could do to remodel my kitchen. I liked the result they came up with and they gave me good suggestions to expand my storage space. I have not gotten the work done yet but I will consider them to complete the remodel when I am ready.

We think we will have them do the work but are going to wait until after the holidays to decide.

Dan was very professional paid close attention to detail. Kept in touch, kept us informed of what was coming next. Remodel is beautiful, we are extremely pleased.

Dan delivered a remodel that looks like it was always meant to be this way. Our marble was a challenge to find materials that would look good with it, and he and his designer John Boresh exceeded our expectations. As a result, Dan was able to salvage the original marble floors, surprisingly installed correctly over cement board, and the jacuzzi deck, as well as our expensive spa fixtures in the shower. He corrected plumbing issues caused by the builder, such as a crooked Roman bath fixture and no shut offs on the bath and shower. He also spotted a water heater issue that probably saved us major damage to our finished lower level. When asked for other ideas for our home, he suggested several improvements, such as new lighting for our bath, tongue and groove clear pine for the ceiling of our front porch, wainscoting for our guest bath, and an over-sized ceiling fan for our 24-foot high living room. All his ideas have worked great. Dan has done everything he said he'd do and more. He is talented, highly skilled, dependable, always reachable and totally committed to satisfying his customers. I've never had a better experience with a contractor.

Dan gave visited my home the same date I called, started the job that afternoon and completed it the following morning. He was pleasant, professional, explained why he did the work, and I am very, very satisfied with the quality of the work. I would use Dan again 'in a heart beat".

It went great. Dan goes above and beyond and is a craftsman a perfectionist and a gentleman.i have used Dan's services in the past and I will use him in the future. I will let no one else do anything in my home. I trust him immensely.
