I was able to schedule an appointment right away, and everything went fine.

There were some issues in finally making contact with the company, however, once we connected, the owner came in a day or two and fixed the problem efficiently and even did some tweaking of the other garage door with no extra charge.

Contractor was at our house within 30 minutes of my call. Problem solved and the garage door moves easily now without shaking.

Called in the morning and they came out that afternoon. Fixed the garage door and tuned it up. Very polite and professional - will definitley call again for any other garage door issues. Just a note that the price I paid included an Angie's List coupon.

Torsion spring on our garage door broke the morning of 12/20. Call Central Ohio Garage doors to schedule repair and they committed to be at our house the same day. Two hours later they arrived on time and replaced both torsion springs in less than 30 minutes. As part of their service they lubricated track rollers and verified opener operation. After they left, I noticed that garage door opened with an unusual, new noise. I called them immediately. They agreed to return on 12/23 which they did and evaluated the door and concluded that the noise was typical of new torsion springs and would eventually work itself out. Time will tell on that one. The service technicians were professional and courteous and most importantly responsive to their commitments. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Excellent service, called at 9 am, at our house by 1:30 pm, friendly, efficient, courteous, work done very well. Diagnosed the problem, fixed it, threw in a remote clip at no charge, special Angie's list pricing. We will use them again for garage door needs.

These guys were absolutely amazing. Our garage door had come off the rails and was sitting at an angle. I called in the morning and two very nice gentlemen showed up within an hour. It was only 21 degrees outside but they managed to get it completely working again in about 30 minutes. They were both very professional and nice and we will definitely use them again in the future.

They gave me a very nice Angie's List discount. I called them at 8 in the morning and they were here at noon. They would have been sooner but I couldn't have them sooner so they were here in the afternoon They were right on the dot.

They were pleasant, smiling, and professional, and I will definitely use them again. Turned a bad day into a good one!

It's embarrassing, but as I was backing out of my garage, I inadvertently hit the garage door opener and I ran into the garage door with my car. It didn't appear to be damaged very much, but the more I tried to make things right, the worse things got. My fear was that we were going to need a new garage door. My wife got on Angie's List and found Central Ohio Garage Door, call them up and made an appointment. Central Ohio Garage Door showed up on time, were friendly, professional and got to work immediately. Apparently the situation I had gotten myself into wasn't all that uncommon and they had the door and spring fixed and everything lubed in less than 10 minutes! Would absolutely use these guys again.

I purchased the garage door maintenance with new roller installation as a Big Deal for $99. My garage door had been not functioning properly. This was mainly due to the fact that the sensors were old and not lined up correctly. I called Central Ohio Garage Doors on Friday at 4 pm. They said they could come out Monday at 8 am. I told them I had to work and Bruce said they could come out the next morning (Sat) between 9-11 am! This worked perfectly for me! At 1115 I received a call that said they were on the way, it was not a big deal. (I was just glad they could come out on a sat morning.) Charles arrived a few minutes later and got right to work. He was extremely friendly and professional. He knows about garage doors! He replaced all the rollers and used WD-40 to lubricate all the hinges/spring. He even replaced a hinge that was cracked free of charge! He was fast and efficient. My main problem was the sensors. He installed two new sensors for $65 and now the garage door is working great! These guys are good. I will definitely not hesitate to call them if I have any other garage door issues!

Spring broke on garage door Sunday afternoon. I phoned Central Ohio Garage Doors at 7:30 am on Monday morning and the door was fixed by 8:30. They provided a discount for Angie's List customers so the total was less than expected. Very responsive, efficient and professional service appointment.

They were suppose to do a garage tune-up and replace rollers. They replaced the rollers and noted how quiet they were and left. I was happy with that, but I am still unsure of what the first part was suppose to be.

I called to make an appointment to redeem my coupon at noon and they arrived at my house ten minutes later! I was lucky that they were already working in my neighborhood at the time. The team consisted of two men. They were exceptionally efficient. It took just a few minutes for them to replace all of the rollers on my double-sized, wooden garage door. After watching them do it, I realized that there was no way that we could have done this ourselves. Then they tightened all of the bolts and applied a non-stick spray. Finally, they inspected the main screw assembly and sprayed it as well. They double-checked to make sure that everything was aligned properly before leaving. Although the garage door and opener are at least 25 years old, it's much quieter now when opening and closing the door. They said that any remaining noise could be diminished by replacing the well-used opener with a more modern one. They gave me a rough estimate on what it would cost but did not pressure me in any way. I appreciated having them evaluate the condition of the door. They said that it's still in great shape. That provides some peace of mind since we are now constantly going through the garage to take our new puppy out for walks. Good job and worth the money.

Punctual and very quick installation. Will definitely call back when I need to replace the second garage door opener.

Bruce came out to view our old garage before he started the job so should have been well aware that we were asking Central Ohio Garage Doors to install a new door in a very old garage so it might not be as easy as 1, 2, 3. When the technician came to do the work he was almost two hours late. Installed the door but it didn't work properly. Unfortunately he had to leave before the issue was figured out. We both talked to Bruce who understood the challenges the technician was encountering and who promised to come back to take care of it. On the agreed time and day, no Bruce. No phone call either. My father happened to visit the next day and easily fixed the problem so the door functioned properly. Bottom line: Don't use this company unless it's in a brand new build or you have a handy father who can finish the job.

We ended up paying an additional 200.00. It was an ok deal and I think the job was done correctly. The price of the service did fall within the range of prices I was quoted by other companies. The repairs were just more expensive than I had expected.

The contractor was there on time, he went right to work, answered my questions along the way and even helped me with a broken garage door opener for no extra cost. He was very polite and courteous. I would not hesitate to use him again.

The service worked out well. I think that they came out a couple of days after I made the purchase. They gave me options to fix it and they were able to fix it at least for a while, without it costing me any more money. I will probably use them again.

It was fine. They came within the time they said they would. They were only here about 15 minutes. They did a great job. It was a reasonable price. They got here right at 2 o'clock when they gave me a 10-2 window. It seemed a little late but not a big deal.

The service was done well and they were pretty good.
