everything went very well from start to finish. there were no problem at all.

came on time. not very interested in questions about condition of doors. after he left the door dropped hard. did not call back and did not want him back

Serviceman came and was late and then made me come out to the parking lot instead of coming to my door. I advised him I was having back surgery. He then took 5-10 minutes max to service my door. He then looked at the print out of the deal as if he did not believe me. The worst part is that he did not check to see if the issue was resolved and left. The door continued to open on it's own even though he told me the issue had been resolved. When I contacted him later he did come out and check the door and then said that he could not assure it was resolved. It took a third contact from a male relative to get information about alternatives to fix the issue. Had he handled things differently I would have hired him to fix the issue - I did not trust him. I found this company to be unprofessional and not helpful in resolving my issue. I would not recommend them.

He came out when he said he would, and said that all that was needed was some lubrication. He did this and it fixed the noise problem. He was friendly and quick about fixing the problem. One thing that was a negative, he pulled off a sticker that was on the garage door from a competitor and threw it away without asking. I know he would like people to call him instead, but I might have had a reason to have the old sticker there as well. Not really a big deal, but best not to assume that's ok.

6 months later a spring broke. I called another company who had given me a lifetime warranty on the spring the last time if broke. This repair guy paid special attention to the main bar holding the garage door was getting ready to shear off because the door wasn't installed properly when it was first installed - 16 years ago. I feel the Central Oh Garage Doors guy should have recommended that the main bar should have been replaced when he did the original service.

I had concerns about space around the garage door where light was entering the garage and was advised the light was actually coming from the door panels and there was no adjustment needed. He lubricated door components and that was it.

Very well organized. Phone calls and text messages were sent to confirm on time arrival and completion of work.

RaiGentleman came out, looked at two overhead garage doors. I raised and lowered the doors and he sprayed the door hinges and looked at springs. He did inform me that one was over 15 years old. He did not try to sell me a new one.

They came out and performed exactly what they advertised. Professional, prompt and helpful. We requested an estimate to replace our garage door opener and received the quote on the spot. Very reasonable. We have not installed yet but plan on it in the near future.

After I left two voice mails, I was able to reach Central Ohio on the third try. Once I was in contact with them, they called back promptly to schedule my appointment. They arrived on time and were done in less than 30 minutes.

Bruce was very responsive and honest. He performed the work very quickly and efficiently. He also did not try to sell me products I did not need. Very good experience.

Not only did he do a quick and superb job, the difference iinfunction and noise is incredible. This door was the largest of the two and I'm planning to have him do the other one also. When I mentioned that the previous garage door company did a sloppy job of replacing the spring unit and providing adequate tension, he adjusted it to work perfectly for me and at no additional cost. This company is superb and you can tell that not only are they professional but the take a rare pride in doing the job right the first time.

Everything went fine. I was very pleased with the gentleman. He did a great job. I would use them again in the future.

responsive, professional...returned for another non-related issue with the door a couple of months later and didn't charge us! Highly recommend.

My door would not go all the way down. He did what I paid even though that was not the source of my problem. He then fixed the problem at no extra charge.

The garage door is completely silent and that hasn't happened for years.

Our garage doors are 10 years old - the original ones from when we built our home. We have 2 garage doors, both are larger than standard size. The larger of the doors has always been noisy (at least for my wife's tastes...). When he was done, he had replaces 2 broken hinges and, most importantly, got the door to be noticeably smoother and quieter than it was before! He noticed an issue with the rail the rollers ride on and made some quick adjustments that made the door move noticably smoother and quieter! I am very pleased with the results and feel better that the garage door opener is under less strain as a result of his adjustments. Great job!!!

They gentlemen came on time, was polite, and did the tune up. He also discovered that my spring was broken and gave me a price that I could check against others. He came back on time for the second appointment and did a great job.

I got the Angie's List Deal for the garage door reconditioning. I called to schedule the service and they came out the very same day! The technician was very knowledgeable, and the service was quick and clean. My garage doors are quiet now!

Central Ohio Garage Doors came to home to fix this issue by spraying the rollers down and they provided some great advise so we know how to take care of this issue in the future. They did a good job and were very nice.

I didn't ask for an estimate at first and he did not offer one after we agreed to the work. He didn't explain a lot of what he was going to do. I thought he was going to replace the motor, but they had taken the whole thing down. I was in a bit of a shock. I had to call them back because the overhead light on the garage door was not working. He came out fixed it and was gone. I wanted a warranty on the work. I checked my receipts as they needed serial numbers. There was no information on the first receipt just the amount I paid. I called them back, he showed up a day earlier than agreed. I brought up the fact the door sticks when you open it. He said that it was probably because it was hot. I explained that it was cold. He then said that it was probably because of the insulation that's on the door which was a known problem and that he would have to perform a service call later to fix it. I decided not to go back to him because this should have only been one visit not three and should have been taken care of the first time. He did not give me the bill of sale the first time which was very odd. I've never had anyone not do this before. He did help me with the serial number and how to process the warranty. He is a friendly guy though
