Just a quick inspection of the garage door. No more than what I can do.

Did a good job, garage door works much better.

in the end, I was happy with the results, but the workmen arrived without identification, dressed rather raggedly, and performed the work, for lack of a better word, rather roughly. In other words, they did not seem to be to careful in going about their business. They appeared to treat the garage door and components roughly.

They did some of the work, but not all. Upon leaving, the one guy instructed the other to put their sticker on my garage wall over a former garage door service repairman's number without asking me, making a snide remark about them.

Charles was the service person who came to my house and he was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. On time and quick working. He was interested in doing a good job and making sure I understood how to do some easy maintenance on my own to extend the life of the parts of my garage door and to keep it working quietly.

We were very happy with the service and the new garage door opener. I can't believe I lived with that noisy opener for 9 years.

I called him with the problem and he wa at the house within 45 min. He repaired the door sufficiently to close it however, it was a temporary fix. We discussed options. Two days later he brought a new door and installed it. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the receipt for the work was e-mailed to me and was just that, a receipt for the total amount. It was not itemized.

It turned out really well. They were on time, the work was completed in time frame stated and they were courteous. I thought the labor was good but the door seemed expensive.

Pros: After a quick review of the doors. Rollers were replaced. Door was lubed. Operation of the equipement was checked. Worker was pleasant during service call. Cons: Was quoted a time window they could not meet. However did call to let me know they were on the way.

After the initial visit, one of the doors still squeeked. Company said that they were not installed well, which is possible. i had them back out for another $100 call, now the doors are quieter. They recommended some weatherstripping along door edges for a more weather tight fit. One door still reopens itself after closing due to overtravel, but i will adjust myself.

I did not think that I had gotten the value of the big deal out of that and I was extremely disappointed. The guy came out, does some stuff and leave, I don't know if that is the way he operates or not, but I expected a more thorough inspection of what the garage door situation was, and I didn't think I got that. He was here for 15 minutes and I paid 49 dollars and I could have sprayed that myself.

I was not home when they came out. They came in and did the work and left. It was complete and there was no problem. I would use them again.

Everything went very well, the service was fast - showed up within an hour of me calling him. He worked hard and was very knowledgable, offered me options, and did great work.

Bruce, the owner, came out to take a look at an older broken wooden garage door and attempted to get it functioning again. Although it was badly damaged and really not worth fixing, he gave it a good shot before we decided on a new one. The next day he and a crew member came out and replaced the door with a new one. They were very professional and efficient with the installation. We love the new door!

It was fine. They were on time and professional.

It ended up being an easy fix, but it was extremely helpful to have them there so quickly. He also helped program our keypad so that the same issue does not arise in the future.

The provider called to cancel the first appointment and push it out a week due to problems with their vehicle/equipment. This did not really impact me but I could see where possibly someone else may have been more affected by the delay. The new time/date was a 2-hour window on a Saturday morning. I would have liked a call advising me of a more specific time of arrival, since they did not arrive until pretty much the tail-end of that window. Again, not a huge deal for me personally but things like that can be situation-specific. The repair was made quickly after they arrived and diagnosed the problem. Garage door now operational!

The service turned out very well. His sons threw away the manuals at the end. We ended up only getting garage openers and the manual had how to change the code. He gave me the thing to go online but he was on the phone with the company for a long time and got it reset. They came out right away. They were nice people. It seems like a small new operation but I am not sure.

Aside from being late, they replaced the rollers oiled the hinges and lubricated the door closer/opener.

Fixed the garage in a timely manner, but was more costly than quoted.

They did nothing out of the ordinary. We will use them again in the future.

I was very pleased with the service and the door and the installation. Great job.

They came on time, did the adjustments, changed the wheels and now my door works great and is much quiter. They did a great job and I would use them again!

I called mid day, expecting to have to schedule something for later in the week. Instead, he was able to come over after hours that same day. Out in the rain, he attached the pull chain to a different part of the door. It works better now that it has in years; not so noisy, much less shaking, and he fixed the overhead light. Terrific service!

When we purchased our home a year ago, we noticed that we had the nosiest door on the block and repeatedly said we would have it checked out. The opportunity came through an Angie's List coupon. We purchased a coupon to have our garage door quieted and conditioned. The gentleman came out, asked if there were any other challenges, and proceeded to work quickly on our oh-so-noisy door. When he was finished, I could immediately tell the difference. He advised why the door was so noisy and gave us an estimate to fix the remaining challenge -- the motor. He left his name and number and left as quickly and quietly as he came: a job well done.
