They were prompt and professional. The ONLY reason I gave them a 'B' for quality was I did need to call back and have one thing 're-fixed". But they did immediately come back and take care of it for no charge of course. Would use again.

It turned out great. He was really nice. He was very good. I didn't spend anything extra. I thought he was very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He is very just in and out and that is the kind of stuff I needed, to come in and get the work done. He did a great job. He immediately came out and was very responsive. I would use them again in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They did not contact me after I bought the deal so I had to contact them. They claimed they were having problems with the Angie's List communication. They were only here for 15 minutes maximum. This is not a service I would sign up for again. I was having issues with my garage door before they came out so it was a service call. They basically told me what the issue was and then lubricated the rollers. I did not use them to actually fix the problem. I thought it was very disturbing that instead of coming to the front door they came to my back door. Nobody comes to my back door so I was a little leery of answering a random person at my back door. It was very weird. They came about two hours early for the appointment.

The outside of the garage door was rubbing against something which in term was rubbing off paint. They had no solution. The price for service provided was unsatisfactory.

As you know, when your garage door spring breaks, it is a real mess. Ours broke on a Friday night, and Central Ohio Garage Doors was available on a Saturday morning for a same day appointment. They arrived promptly and replaced the spring in a short period of time. Work was done very professionally.

I appreciated how quick they were to come out and fix our problem. Original price was $195 and gave us $20 discount for being an Angie's List member. The only reason I gave a B for professionalism is that they did not have an invoice for me to document what they did and what the charge was. He said there is a 5 year warranty so it would be nice to have an invoice for record keeping.

Called original vendor from installation, however, they did not returned my call nor answered their phone 10mins after opening hours. Used Angie's list to find Central Ohio Garage Door. They answered their phone and was able to service us on the same day of call. They arrived during the time slot previously stated and finished the job quickly!! I will always call them for any future service!

I give them A's across the board, good service, and information. Door is working well now after minor adjustments and oiling. He advised me of some upkeep I can do my self.

When he got to my house he started oiling all the rollers and tad misted the spring on the door and made sure everything was working on the door. I had got a new car and he programmed the garage door opener on the car for me.

Fast. These guys were in and out in 10 minutes. It felt really rushed and like they couldn't get done fast enough. I appreciate what they did do, but they advertised making the garage door opening/closing quieter along with a tune-up. They did nothing to make the garage door operation any quieter - they said there was nothing to be done outside of replacing our opener with a belt-driven motor. That's not helpful and there was no effort put toward figuring out a creative solution to make the door operation quieter. Just in and out...sorry we can't help you except if you buy a new motor. I was hoping and half expecting some sort of vibration absorbing system that could attach to the motor OR the mounting brackets/track to help keep the noise down since there are bedrooms above our garage...not the case.

Slightly later than expected, gave an hour window and showed up 15 minutes after the hour ended. Otherwise courteous and respectful, had no problem with me sitting there watching.

Well. Person arrived, inspected the door, made some adjustments and lubricated. Also informed of what to look for in the future.

Went okay, still having same problem.

Improvement was immediately obvious and much more quiet.

The company came to replace the garage door springs--one had broken just a few days before and the other was still intact. They arrived on time and were in and out within half an hour. Unfortunately, we had to call them to come back because one spring had not been adjusted properly and we had trouble lifting the door. They were late arriving and we had to call to see if they were coming. Now, the door's spring seems too tight and we have trouble getting it down. We don't really want to call again. We feel that they perform the work too quickly to know if the work is done well.

Bruce inspected our garage door August 1st. All other garage door specialists recommended full replacement of garage door. Bruce reinforced the doors for $95.00 on August 2nd and issue resolved. Reinforcement should last a year. I appreciated his honesty and responsiveness. When it's time to replace my garage door, I will call this Central Ohio Garage Doors again.

Great. They arrived on time. The two-man crew performed the job well. After having used several different companies to service our door, this was the first one to actually fix the loud noise it made (the track was too close to the frame). Very happy with their work and their attention to actually fix what was wrong with the door. Great job!

Two men came to provide maintenance to my garage door. They were prompt, efficient and professional. One man oiled the tracks and springs while the other man looked at the door. He told me what he was looking at and how to maintain the door. I would definitely hire them again.

I called Central Ohio doors requesting service this morning. The man I spoke to quoted me $225 to replace the springs. When I asked him to explain the cost he became very upset and stared saying things to me like " Now you are trying to do my business for me" and "That is not fair of you to ask me that question." When I responded "You don't think it's fair for a consumer to ask what they are paying for?" he proceeded to get even more angry and said more very unprofessional and even unkind remarks. I am so thankful I had this little interaction with Central Ohio doors because a person who is shady about cost and angry when asked for details is not someone I feel comfortable to do business with. I then called another company and for two new springs PLUS a few other services the total came to $189. I would not recommend Central Ohio Doors!

It was great. The guy was good. I spent the big deal amount of $99. He was very professional, he came out, he did his job and it was fine.

I ordered the $99 Big Deal Garage Door Quieting/Reconditioning Package with New Rollers. Several days prior I called and requested the 1st appointment of day, at 9am, which was ok'd, rather than a 2 hr. 8-10am window. The day of appt. I called around 9am to remind them; they arrived at 9:30. Bruce (owner?) and assistant immediately started popping off the garage door rollers, put new ones on, lubricated door tracks/parts. I came out of house less then 15 minutes after their arrival and found Bruce putting a company sticker (with contact info) on the wall by my garage door button and the assistant already in their vehicle. I asked Bruce some questions about what they did and what caused the door to squeak and jump so badly (dirt in rollers/pullies), which he clearly explained and showed me. It all happened so fast, I wonder if I hadn't checked on their progress, if they would have been gone without a word, and the brief time here makes me question the cost. The end result was worth it, though. The garage door operates quiet and smoothly now; what a difference.

The repair technician called before arriving, as I requested. He came on time and assessed the damage. He allowed me to watch as I was curious how this repair gets done. He explained everything he was doing in detail and it was evident that he knew what he was doing. Once finished with the repair, he greased (lubricated) all of the hinges and inspected the rest of the garage equipment. He also looked at a light bulb issue we were having on the garage door opener unit, and was able to share with me how to fix the problem once I purchase the part in the future. He was at my house less than 1 hour.

The entire experience was good. My garage door was damaged and needed replacing. I called several companies for estimates in price and date. This service provider was competitive in his bid, and ordered a replacement that was very close in color to my existing garage door. He came when he said he would with a helper, and in a few hours, they replaced my door, cleaned up, removed the old garage door, and left. The new garage door works perfectly. They did what they said they would and charged what they said they would as well. I'm happy.

As instructed when I purchased their services, I emailed Central Ohio Garage Doors that I purchased their winter garage tune-up special. I never got an email response from them. I began leaving phone messages, and, after several days, they returned my call. I was told that the special did not cover the Marion, OH area. But, since there were service technicians who were headed near my residence, they would attempt to add me to those technician's route. I may have had another conversation with Central Ohio Garage Doors to schedule a date, but got busy and forgot about scheduling them. I am not faulting them for my failure to follow up. In fact, I was hesitant to write a review since I felt partially responsible for the service not being performed. However, Angie's List is very persistent about obtaining feedback.
