PDQ arrived as scheduled and replaced the belt. The tech also suggested new nylon rollers since mine were wobbly and worn, which I agreed with. The cost I’ve shown included the rollers replacement. Good job.

Fast and professional - would hire again.

The technician arrived on time. We examined the cable and I mentioned that a previous repairman (from a different company) had said that the cable wouldn't fit through the available hole in the relevant part. This technician said that what the earlier technician had said was incorrect: the earlier tech should instead have drilled out the hole to make room for the cable! Which this tech went ahead and did. He then replaced the cable, and also replaced (and drilled a hole for) the cable on the other side, which was wearing out. He replaced the lock on the garage that was used to manually release the door. He also pointed out that what appeared to be a lock lower on the door was just for show: he demonstrated that it didn't have any effect to lock or unlock it: it just turned a part that didn't attach to anything else. Finally, I asked him whether the rust on my garage door was a matter of concern and whether it could be fixed on the bottom panel without replacing the entire door. He said that I'd have to replace the entire door. The technician took credit cards and sent me my receipt electronically to my email, which was convenient. I was satisfied with the service and would hire again.

They were came on time. The work was done efficiently and successfully. The employee also gave me information on how I could maintain the garage door opener myself. I highly recommend this company!

Repairman arrived on time and started right in. He lubed all the required hinges; and tightened the drive belt. He then spent about five minutes running the door up and down until he was satisfied with it. He was making sure it ran both quiet and smooth.

I called to schedule a service appointment. Instead the man who answered asked me a few questions and then talked me through fixing it. Clearly not just out for the almighty dollar. But I will call again when I need something!

This company was wonderful to work with. The salesman gave us many options and explained the plus and minuses of all. We placed our order and the door was installed with 4 weeks. The installer showed up when expected and did a fantastic job. Everything was done in about 4 hours.

PDQ came on time and performed the estimate and ordered the door and opener. I ordered the door and opener following the estimate. They installed the door and opener a month or so later, after it came in. The work was good, and mostly hassle free. I only had two very minor issues. I had to call them a few weeks after I ordered the door and opener to find out the status of the order, and they said they had the order in, but no one called me to let me know and schedule the actual install. Following the install, no one checked to see that the remotes they gave me actually worked. One of the two garage door remotes was defective. They came out the next day and replaced and tested the new remotes. Again, the issues were very minor. I would hire them again.

Great company to work with. We had used PDQ before for repairs to our garage door and opener. The time came to replace both and we were glad to choose PDQ. very nice employees and did a great job.

They were very responsive on the phone and sent someone out the day I called. Unfortunately, the young gentleman who appeared at my door was very unprofessional looking, in a camo wife beater shirt, not a company shirt. I almost sent him away, but I needed the springs fixed. He was at least driving a company truck with their logo. His mannerisms were professional, however. I will give him that. He did manage to get the springs replaced, but only after having called in reinforcements, because my old garage door was something he hadn't seen before. That was disconcerting, but at least he was humble enough to call the company for help. The second gentleman who showed up (and rather quickly) to help was familiar with my door setup and was able to complete the work. They tested and re-calibrated the garage door opener once the springs were replaced, and lubricated all the moving parts, so it moves a bit quieter than it did before. I've not had any issues with it, so far. Their price was competitive, slightly less than two other big name companies I'd called. And they had a mailed-out coupon that I used for a slight discount. Overall, I was satisfied with the work done.

PDQ was able to come out at the day and time I wanted (a Saturday morning), and reinforced the top panel with a two-inch strut (similar to the other garage door). They did a good job, the tech was polite and explained everything to me. The job was done within 15 minutes. PDQ is always responsive with maintenance and adjustments. I would buy another garage door from PDQ because of their excellent service after the sale.

Garage door torsion spring broke on Sunday. I called PDQ at 7:30 am Monday. They gave me a 2 hour window and showed up within that time frame . Fast, professional , same day service .

Went very well! Jim, the installer was meticulous , making sure everything was square. Worked at a steady pace and cleaned up everything before showing me minor things to lube from time to time to keep the doors working smoothly!
