An estimator was available the next day after I called. Rob came and did an in person inspection and explained the options/pricing for replacement. The door arrived in about a week. Chris was very professional with the installation. This was for a complete replacement of the single wide door, tracks, and new opener.

I could not ask for better service. Spring broke overnight I did not believe I was gonna be able to get it repaired on the weekend. PDQ had service technician at my home within two hours. Technician was prompt courteous and very professional and helpful with prevention tips.I will use PDQ in the future for all garage door repair needs.

From the initial sales visit to the install everything was well communicated and expectations exceeded. The installer was very friendly and very professional. He was a very hard worker who did a great job and cleaned up after himself.

Therefore we get PDQ moce professional service, great explanation and finally get quote with correct information and get job done with punctual time frame . Spring broke as I was getting ready to leave for the day causing the door to come out of the tracks and become stuck. I was able to make an appointment request online and they called me to set a time shortly after they opened for the day. A technician became available early, so they called to see if I would like the earlier time. He arrived about 15 minutes later, identified the issue and had the spring replaced and the door working about 30 minutes later. I will definitely call PDQ next time I need garage door service.

The sales rep was pleasant, personable and gave me his recommendations on both the quality of door and the style. The installer arrived on time, was pleasant and personable (and helped get my dog back in the yard!) and got the work done per schedule. The keypad and remotes were programmed and ready to go. The door looks good and works well.

This was easy! My garage door became very difficult to open. Called PDQ and a tech came out the next day. I just let him do his job and everything worked great afterwards.

Technician stated there was nothing he could do with them. Could put new doors up for $1400. Sprayed wd-40 on rollers and hinges. Was present for approximately 30 minutes and stated the cost to be $95.

I was very pleased with everything. They sent out a technician quickly, and he fixed the garage door with no problem. Quality work, friendly guy, and very reasonable price. Will use them again as needed.

First visit was to replace seals (done on 3/16). The job was done quickly and the 2 men were here on time. I noticed a couple months later that the top seal was coming loose in several areas. I phoned to see if they could come out and fix, in case the solution was more involved than just adding more nails (I wasn't sure why it was happening). The man on the phone agreed to waive the service charge, although it was past the 30 day warranty, which was something I respect, since this shouldn't have happened so soon. The 2nd visit was also on time and the gentleman added more nails to the top seal and said it was not a problem other than just needing more nails. He also mentioned that my rollers were bad and in need of replacement. He showed me new ones and compared them with the old and I could see that was true and I went ahead with the replacement. I appreciated that he pointed that out to keep me from having another call in the near future with a service charge, but I don't know why the 1st crew didn't mention it. The total of both visits is reflected in the cost below. I'm not impressed with the materials for the bottom seal of the door, as it is floppy and doesn't look like it will hold up very long, but the door is older (1990's) and had to have a retainer put on it to hold the seal. Newer materials just aren't as impressive, not a reflection on the company, just materials available.

PDQ personnel kept me informed as to the scheduled date and time of the repair. They arrived promptly and started work immediately. Once repair was complete, they walked me through what had been done and advised me on how to perform simple upkeep to continue to have a well maintained mechanism.

It went really well. I scheduled a service call online - a really nice feature that enabled me to schedule a time that worked for me. PDQ called in advance to let us know when they would arrive and were very punctual. The diagnosis was quick. It could be repaired for $150 or I could spend $379 to replace the opener. They gave me the options and left the choice to me. I decided that since it was a 24-year-old opener I would prefer to replace the opener. I told the tech I wanted something quieter, I wanted 3 remotes and I wanted something durable. He listened carefully and provided everything I was interested in, and at a reasonable price. The work took less than 90 minutes. The tech was friendly and professional. I have used PDQ for several years and a couple houses. I will absolutely use them again. They are friendly, customer-focused and easy to work with.
