Very positive experience. Work was completed on time to the details of the original estimate.

Steve was on time, polite & efficient.

I have nothing but good reports on the work of this company- the friendliness of the workers and how they clean up after their work. I have called them back after some work was not completed to my satisfaction & the workers have returned to correct it.

These folks are pretty darn good. Their price appears high initially but when it comes to small to medium jobs, it is difficult to get the work done any other way. Conversations on the work to be done/expectations makes the cost more than fair. Communication is second to none. They are on time, clean up after themselves and do little things like silicone a nail hole when they see it to prevent future problems. I'd have to say that they do the work as if it were their own house like they say. Will definitely use them again.

I am extremely pleased with the work performed. They re-caulked the windows as originally requested. Then, to make sure the problem was fixed, they also checked the gutters. When they found the problem with the gutter, they took pictures and provided a quote that day. They came back the next day to complete the work. The quick turnaround time prevented water damage when heavy storms came through that week.

I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed. The repaired portions can not be distinguished from the original parts. All members of the staff (Steve, Jack, Bryan, Constance) were extremely professional and a pleasure with which to work.

Very pleased with Steve (estimator). He did his very best to keep the estimate low since I'm on a fixed income. Also very pleased with Constance (Office Manager). She was very easy to work with and found an opening for my work a week before the original schedule....Sean did the work and was very meticulous. All in all a very good experience!!!

Sales rep also evaluated and quoted installation of dryer vent but when carpenter arrived he said he could not install it due to limitations with cutting floor joists. Two other jobs were straightforward and went well. The last one had a few hiccups. The soffit vents they first used as replacements were damaged and they didn't have enough of them to finish. When I complained about quality, they bought all new and installed them. Required additional work as holes had to be enlarged. Mixed feelings about my first experience with this company and not sure about whether I would rehire. If I did, I would only use for simple projects and could probably find a better price.

All involved were polite and informed. Some mistakes were made in communicating materials needs to the actual handyman. The work was done professionally and accurately. The follow-up call was appreciated.

I called him for an estimate, and he came out on time and said he'd get me the estimate. I called to find out where the estimate was after a week, and he said I emailed you, and then told me I'd be better off going through The Home Depot because he cannot compete with them on pricing for countertops and cabinetry. I would have hoped that he would provide the estimate to me and let me decide whether I want to use them or not, but not based just on price.

Its been about 3 to 4 weeks and I haven't back from them. The meeting was good but that's as far as we got.

The job was priced by Steve Harper for the company. The price was acceptable, but higher than I expected. The response time was great. The work was performed by a Chris Delaney, who was courteous and pleasant to deal with.

I have always found House Doctors to be very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. This job was reasonably priced and professionally done.

The serviceman arrived on time, completed the work for the agreed upon amount (we received an estimate), & the lights work. We'll use them again.

The price was much better than one other estimate that I had gotten. They are very professional & nice, and it was very good service.

These people were great! From the person answering the phone and setting up the initial appt., to the estimator to the actual handy men doing the work. Everyone was responsive, punctual, and the experience was painless.

Their work is excellent. They were right on time. They went thru trouble to get it installed, it was not easy. They cleaned up and everything after the job was finished. They were very courteous.

ENJOYED WORKING WITH THE 3 WORKERS, THEY WERE SKILLED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE HAVE QUICKLY FOLLOWED UP THEIR WORK CORRECTLY AND ADJUSTING AS NEEDED.

House Doctors was a great company to work with. There were able to overcome any problems we had with the shape of the room to meet the requirements of the project. The team was respecful, trustworthy and clean. They were very informative, making reccomendations every step of the way. They were very good at helping me choose the right fixtures and parts to complete the bathroom. When starting from a shell there are so many decisions to make and they were most helpful and patient. This group really knows what they are doing and the team was great to work with. I highly reccomend working with this group.

The estimator was a good guy, very professional. He treated my wife very nicely. The man who did the work did it as if it was his project for his house. He drove all over the place trying to find grout that matched. We were very satisfied with the attention to detail. He also cleaned up things very well, better than I might have done it. You couldnt have asked for a better deal. We had other people out over the years for the same problem, but didnt fix it. But, he fixed it! No one else went to the extent to try to diagnose the problem to get to the root of it. ?Ron Graham is a super guy!?

House Doctors, Steve Harper was professional, polite, and provided excellent customer service. Dave and Dale did the carpentry and drywall and were punctual, polite and did quality job. They did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward.

They called me back quickly when I first left a message. Steve was on time for the appt and had some great suggestions for things I could think about doing in my house. He was very courteous and professional. They called me several times to follow up on the quote. The only reason I did not select them was price almost twice what I was quoted by other painters

David Drugan of House Doctors was on time, very nice, neat, & did excellent work, especially when he took the old knobs off & found it was irregularly drilled, (since they were very, very old). He replaced them with all-new lockable sets that work wonderfully.

I had an excellent experience with House Doctors, and would definitely use them again. They worked hard to match new woodwork and doors with older, existing woodwork in the house, and worked with me until I felt it was perfect. I found them very responsive. Constance, at their office, is always keeping you up to date on the timeline and is available to help troubleshoot. Definitely a reliable company!
