Dan responded to my initial e-form requesting an estimate within 5 minutes!!! The responsiveness and follow--up never declined from there. Dan (and his crew) was very organized, professional and polite. I always felt like I was in very capable hands. One of the members of the crew acknowledged before he left that one of the painted areas might need some touch-up after fully drying, but told me not to hesitate to call if there was a problem. I called the next day, and they finished up within 2 days.

Dan and his team are very responsive and professional. Follow up is great. It was clear when they were going to arrive and leave. They followed up to ensure I was happy with the job done. Will use again in the future.

After a failed attempt to replace a faulty GFI outlet in my master bath, I called Dan at the house doctors. I had use the service from this vendor multiple times before with much sucess. Unfortunately, something has happen here that is not good. Dan, responded quickly to my inquiry. I told him that I had the outlet but was not able to make the proper connection to the wiring. He said he would send out the service person and did so. My wife told me that the technician was at my hoe for under 30 min. He made the repair and handed her the bill for $130. She paid it and off he went. When I got home later in the evening and saw the bill I was shocked. I felt it was high and emailed Dan to bring it to his attention. Dan had always responded quickly in the past to any of my concerns, but on this one, he was silent. Very disappointing. I had refered Dan's franchise of the house doctors to many folks before, but now will not be able to do so. It is a real shame. I thought that I had finally found a trustworthy and reliable service for my home repairs, but now have found out they have fallen into the "gauge" the guy who is simply trying to give you work. I guess this is just the way contractors go. They are great until they realize that they can take advantage of you.

They were efficient. They showed up on time. They were $100 less than the competition.

They were great. They did an extremely high quality job. They were very prompt. They were very helpful and courteous. I don?t know what exactly they did because we had 2 or 3 contractors. My wife handled it so I don?t know what the price was. They were very picky.

It went fine. John arrived around 9, we walked around the house to show him the various things on the list. He left to pick up parts and supplies, came back around 11. Finished everything and was done around 3:30. Glad to have that list done.

They were prompt and professional. The work went on well and the price was okay. I would grade them high across all the categories.

They came on time. They did a good job. I wasn?t there when they did the job. They did what I asked them to do. They provided quote based on hourly rate. There wasn?t any mess to clean up but they sacked the blinds. They numbered them so they would know what is where when they came back the next week to put them back.

We had a bad experience with them. They picked up the door on the 7th of October and told us it maybe a 3 or 4 day job. They brought it back to us with latches of mis-pain with debris which were like lumps on the latches. They did not clean the door very well before they started layering it with paint. It was very poor attention to detail and we were really surprised that they brought it to us that way. We told them in the beginning that we were not in hurry and that, they could take their time and do it right. We asked them to take it back and they did and started over. They said that the door was ready around the 22nd or the 23rd, but they did not have enough staff to put the door up. It might have been because they needed that extra time to work on the door and they were even constantly in touch with me, telling me that they were on another job or that they were trying to get someone to come out and install the door between jobs. We waited till Wednesday the 28th for them to install the door. Their price was good, but the work done was of poor quality. The only saving grace is that they took $100 of my bill because it took so long and they had to re-do it. It was really a too long a process and not a positive overall experience in terms of quality. The person that gave me the estimate presented himself in a professional way. He had books and pictures of his work, and gave me a bid on the spot with his laptop. He appeared like he could handle it, but when you get into it, it is not the case. I felt that they should have looked closer at the work they did on the door before they brought it. We were disappointed with them and would not recommend them to anyone.

They were good and I would use them again in future.

The person who came out to give an estimate was good. They were professional and did the work very well. Their pricing was a bit on the higher side for the work that they did.

We have used them a couple of times and we have been very happy with them. The last time we used their services was about 2 weeks ago. They are punctual and reliable. The price that they charge is reasonable. You may get something for cheaper, but I am happy with their service. You get good service, especially what you want for the price that you pay. I will use them again in the future, if needed.

House Doctors took the holder totheir shop and drille4d one holder a little larger to accomodate a larger bole. When they returned the next they mountes the pot holder on the wall and touched up the bolts. Work was prompt and accurate, bur I do think it was little high for thescope of thge work. I did ask about this price and was told it covered the drilling and ywo trips to the house. ?

Provides a wide array of services all handled professionally and efficiently. Dan Landon is very responsive, knowledgabale and concerned about customer satisfaction. He gets back to you very quickly and work is scheduled and completed in a timely manner. We have used this service prior to this job and have always been satisfied. Days and times are always confirmed and workmen are timely, friendly and always clean up everything when job is finished.

They were prompt, courteous and clean. They did what they said they were going to do.

Dan came out a few days prior and we worked up some estimates. I explained that I couldn't do all the work I wanted in one shot and he prepared multiple estimates for me. We moved some of the work around based on price and then scheduled his crew to come out a couple of days later. Steve and John (I believe that were their names) arrived on time, were pleasant and informative, and got everything done in a reasonable time. There were some things I'd had down as "check out and let me know" sort of requests and they did so. They cleaned up after themselves and left my house in better shape than when they arrived.

We were pleased with the work. Since there was no light fixture there previously, the serviceman was very careful in making sure that he put the light where we wanted it, explaining along the way why it would be more complicated to place it in certain spots than in others. The light he installed works well and looks nice, and now the stairwell is properly lit and much safer.

1) Job appears to have been estimated higher than job effort required. Expectation from initial bid was the job was a two day job for two men. Although the crew spent some time on each of two days, observed time on job together was less than one day when the time for the two days is added together. Less material was also used than estimated. Some difference in cost would be understandable, since some wood trim was required to be removed to fully see extent of problem On a good side, bid was given on the spot in iniital meeting and some credit was applied, which was used to add gutter filters to the job. Overall impression is that bid provided for worst case, which I would rather have than a higher actual amount. Overall cost still seems high to what job actually required. Resultant repair of sun roof seems to be fine. Leakage problem because of rotted wood appears to have been solved. 2) New Motion Sensing Light was installed. However, of the three light bulbs used, one did not work. I believe this may have been because light bulbs from original light may have been used, one of which did not work. Regardles, I would expect the light would have been tested so that I do not have to myself replace the bulb.

They were extremely professional and reasonably priced. They were always on time and the quality of their work was great. I will hire this company again in the future.

Dan Landon was excellent with communication from start to finish. The job was done timely and with top quality. All my concerns and questions were addressed. The men working had extensive experience with this type of work. The price quoted was the highest of three bids, though after this easy experience, I will hire this company again.

He determined the boards that were giving problems and gave recommendations and options. He was very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He was on time and knew what he was doing.

I was pleased with all the people that worked on this job from beginning to end. I plan to call on them for the next job that needs done.They were on time, polite, answered all our questions and did a good job.

Mr Landon sent me email the day before, advising plumber would be arriving between 8:30-9 am. The plumber also called me before he came out, advising he would be there abt 9:30, as he had to pick up something. He installed the valve in a reasonable amount of time, and was very professional.

Dan from HouseDoctors was very prompt and professional. Steve & John were the craftsman on the job and they were very friendly and made sure they kept their work area tidy. They explained what they would be doing and told me to feel free to ask them any questions I might have as I checked on their work. I felt the cost was a bit on the high side, but overall I am satisfied with the work they performed.
