All Around Joe LLC

Joe's guys were on time and did a very nice job. They used some very unique and impressive tools to scrub the siding using rotary brushes connected to a pressure washing head. The siding on the north and east faces of the house had mildew which they were able to clean very effectively I would definitely use Joe to do this work again. BTW, Joe has performed other maintenance services at the house such as re-caulking windows. He did a great job there. Joe really is a master of many home maintenance trades. I expect to use Joe in the future.

Joe helped with the rehab of an investment property we purchased. He returned my initial phone call promptly and arrived early for our first meeting. We discussed the scope of work and Joe gave us some suggestions in finishing off a basement area. He was prompt in furnishing us with a quote and proper proof of insurance I asked him for some references which he furnished and one couple actually invited us over to show us his work. Throughout the project Joe and his crew showed up on time and worked in a professional manner. Because the job started a week after projected Joe would put in extra hours as well as some of his crew. We added additional work as time went on and Joe was most accommodating. I would certainly use Joe again both in my own home and in future remodels.

It went great. All of the framing was level, plumb, flush, and connected well. Great work ethic.

Joe was great, we met with him on a Saturday and received a very competitive quote by Sunday evening. He started the work on the day he said he would and was finished on the day he said he would be done. During this process Joe kept me updated on everything that was happening and since I live 1 hour away and was not able to see the progress I had to put my trust in him. I have had issues with people I have hired in the past so it was not easy to do this. Joe surpassed our expectations. He was always available when I needed to speak to him and never once did I have to wait for him to call me back. I feel he went above and beyond the quote he gave us and considering the building he was working in is 110 years old, he was great at problem solving and always let me know beforehand if there was an issue and what he thought was the best way to fix it. I will definitely us Joe again and would highly recommend him to others. Our kitchen and flooring turned out great.

Many odd jobs but also put lattice board all around the hot tub which turned out fantastic. He is wonderful and is very professional. Would use again.

I called All Around Joe after I was taken advantage of by another "contractor". I had Joe install porcelain tile in my shower stall. The previous worthless contractor ripped out my tile to do a 2-3 day job (his timing estimate). Four weeks later I fired that contractor. Joe gave me an estimate on Friday and he had 2 great tiling specialists at my house on Monday. They finished the job on Wednesday and I couldn't be happier! The guys showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job. I have already hired Joe to do another job for me. I plan to use him

Joe was super friendly and knowledgable. We originally tried to have the project done quick prior to a vacation I had planned, but due to an injury one of his employees sustained, we had to postpone. It actually worked out better that way because I realized I needed more time to pick out the door and the hardware. Joe kept me updated every step of the way. Although he did not do all the work himself, he definitely oversaw everything and was here on several occasions doing work. I was really worried about my new deck getting harmed with all the construction and painting, but all was okay. There was a little stucco splatter, but I think it's been scrubbed and washed away. Toward the end of the project I was having an entirely separate issue with major water leakage in the living room. Joe checked it out and found a hole in my roof, which he ended up fixing as well. I am certain I'll be calling Joe again...he seems to know a lot and I think he's very trustworthy.

I was happy with the team at All Around Joe. I called asking him for a quote on my front porch. He came out, arrived on time and reviewed the project free of cost. I liked his proposal so I asked him to do the work. He secured the permits, ordered all the materials and explained how the process would go. There were a number of different teams that came out to do different portions of the work. The demolition team was the tidiest demolition team I have ever seen. If it wasn't for the completely removed structure, no one would have been able to tell anything was removed. There wasn't any debris left in my yard or sidewalk. The rebuilding team and painting team did a great job. I am very happy with the finished project. It was built exactly as specified in the contract. Some areas that were done exceptional well: -He was in regular contact with me so I always knew what was happening at each stage -He allowed me to choose my paint colors -After I saw the wood, I asked if a stain could be used instead of the paint on certain areas. He was very accommodating to this request and did make the change. -When I was home, the team always arrived at the time they stated (I assume they arrived at the stated time on the other days as well) The only area that could have been improved: -I found multiple cigarette butts littered on the ground in my yard around the porch. I knocked the professionalism down to a B (if an A- was an option, I would have chosen that) since trash was not properly disposed of. I am sure that Joe would have come back and picked them up if I had asked but I just put on gloves and did it myself.

They were professional in a more casual way. Casually professional. He did not include the increase in size to my bathroom. I want to add a foot onto it. He kind of forgot about that. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to bother him if it was something that I wasn't going to go through with. He just seemed not as detailed oriented I guess.

Kind of slow start but made up the lost time and completed on schedule. Excellent work. I was thrilled with results, exceeded my expectations! Joe was very easy to work with, was great about providing detailed costs and keeping me on budget. .

Timely, quality workmanship.

The basement looks better than I expected. Joe and his crew did excellent work. They were on time and cleaned up afterwards. Joe made sure that everything met his high standards. He had a lot of good suggestions when asked, but didn't push them on us. I am scheduling him again to remodel my master bathroom.

Joe was easy to work with, punctual, his crew was punctual, cleaned up after themselves, and very polite. Joe kept me informed of tasks which he couldn't get done because we both couldn't find the correct part locally. He told me how to order the parts and have them installed later. I was under a tight deadline and he was able to move some jobs around to accomodate me. I purchased the shower door, faucets, tile and grout for the job. The shower door was the wrong size so he purchased the correct size and installed it. He didn't complain at all. We negotiated a couple items which I added and I subtracted.

I really wish I could have used this provider, since he got so many great reviews. I contacted him on May 28 to see about having some closet doors adjusted. In fairness, he wrote back right away and we had a bit of a correspondence. However, I guess my job was too small for him to bother with. In his last email to me (on May 29) he said he could call when he was in the area, and come by my condo to give me an estimate. However, he never did. I emailed him again on June 11, and asked him if he was still interested in the job, but he never replied :-(

I would highly recommend All Around Joe based on his professionalism and quality of work done. He will absolutely make sure the job is done right. Great communication and follow through.

If you are a senior as I am, he and his crew are a God send. There are many things around the house that we are no longer able to safely take care of and Joe said "No job is too big or too small, we do it all". They were here on time, went right to work on my list and when finished - cleaned up the work area. I am already making a new list.

Joe made this a fantastic experience. My son recently bought a house and needed a lot of stuff done so I sent him a laundry list of things to be completely... I had expected him to maybe get through half the list, at most. He told me with a helper he could get everything done in 8 hours. He brought a helper and his son as well. Very friendly guys and they absolutely knew what they were doing. They were able to complete everything within 6 hours. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a handyman and will absolutely use again in the future whenever something is needed.

I contacted Joe to install molding in 3 bedrooms.We already had a small molding up, and I wanted another piece added to it to make it larger. The molding I purchased did not fit properly and I had to get something else. Joe tried to make it work, but when unable to he shuffled his schedule and stayed longer because I had painters scheduled to start the next day.He did a great job, was professional and kind. I will have him back to do additional work.

All around Joe is an all around great guy. Very capable, just about nothing he couldn't fix for us. He was very responsive and punctual which was very refreshing for a contractor in this day and age.He always kept me informed as to when he'd be here and if the weather was not cooperating he quickly rescheduled keeping me abreast of any changes in the schedule. I would definitely highly recomend All Around Joe for just about any job you may have. Quality of his work was first class, including the painting work. Joe was very concerned with the quality of his work and making sure I was 100% satisfied which we most definitely were.

The company gave us a quote the day after calling. They were on time for the job and finished in a timely manner.

This is our former home but is now rented. Joe had to liase with the tenant to get the quotes and scope out the work. We did seek other quotes but no-one else bothered. Joe started earlier than expected and kept in constant communication by email and phone. He helped us select the tile and colors and actually we found his choices excellent. It took about a week overall because Joe had to call off for a few emergencies . Joe kept us apprised and sent in progress pictures. The final product was superb and we wish we had done this when we lived in the house. I also appreciated Joe's willingness to deal with the tenant whose taste's and those normal in a rental house were quite different. Joe is also a diplomat. This is the third job we had Joe do and its even better. We plan to do more construction on the house and will use Joe again.

Purchased the 8 hours of Handyman service for $319. Once Joe received confirmation of our purchased through Angie's List he contacted me via email and we scheduled a time for him to perform various tasks around the house I needed taken care of. He arrived on-time with an additional helper which he explained meant I would received 4 hours of handyman service from 2 people. Made sense to me as long as they were both working the entire 4 hours, and they definitely did. While one guy installed some new baseboards, Joe got busy on a number of other tasks I had on my list. After patching some holes, Joe had to wait for the spackle to dry and instead of just sitting around he actually noticed an area above our refrigerator that needed some paint because my wife and I couldn't reach it. He grab some paint from our garage and went to work. I was completely amazed! Joe is incredibly friendly and they get absolutely everything done on our list. He was supposed to get me a bid on painting my living room and hallways the next week and never did, but I certainly won't hold that against him.
