When they arrived they told me my chimney was very clean and no service was necessary. No charge.

From Discussions during initial visit through completion of the installation ARCO was both professional and helpful providing useful information that was not discussed with other companies. They were very open to working with me on price and schedule.

First off I'll say the guys were very professional, kind, & sounded generally knowledgeable. They called ahead of time to say running behind which was great. No issues with general business etiquette. I'd say they're probably better than most if not all other contractors I've used in the past. With that said - they aren't necessarily functionally knowledgeable. Struggled to understand how to disassemble the stove to clean it. I provided info on what the previous company had done in prior years, but he seemed reluctant to try my suggestion & said it wouldn't work as he's not familiar with the brand. After about 20min he said he'd rather not try anything & break something, then they apologized & left. Myself being relatively mechanically inclined, went in after they left & had all the parts disassembled & ready to go in 5 minutes using the suggestion i had provided. I now need to wait an additional two weeks to get another company to accomplish the job i needed done, at almost double the price.

Excellent service. The quote was more than reasonable, and considerably under two others. Patrick was great at answering my questions before the work began and was accommodating to my changes. The crew was the best part--very professional, very courteous, and worked fast. Two layers of shingles needed to be pulled and new box vents installed. They were done in a day, and the cleanup was superb. I would highly, highly recommend talking with ARCO before choosing a roofer.

It was easy to schedule the work. Workers arrived as scheduled and worked all day until dusk. They had to remove 2 layers of shingles. They discovered the wood underneath to be dry rotted. So they called their office to get an estimate on the additional cost, which I approved immediately. Because of the extra work, they had to come back the next day to finish. They cleaned everything up very well and didn’t leave any mess when they were done. My roof looks great! The only problem I had was that one of the workers stepped through the ceiling of my garage. It took a couple of weeks to schedule someone to come back to fix it, but they did.

The work was done smoothly. The crew was properly trained and supervision was on site.

Patrick and the team were wonderful. The did a great job and found some issues with the chimney that my home inspector did not find. The chimney had not been built on the inside or cared for. They took the extra time to give me a detailed description of the issues and an estimate after cleaning the chimney well. They left my home clean and without a trace. Will definitely use again.

Price was very reasonable and the repairman was fantastic. ARCO has provided me with the photos & videos they took as well. They've quoted me for a chimney repair but I haven't decided whether or not to use them yet.

I was impressed with Patrick. He seemed honest. He did not try to sell me services that I did not need.

Prompt and great service. When high winds took the caps off Arco came back and re-installed them. When an errant tree branch snagged one of the re-installed caps and took it off the chimney Arco came back and re-installed day after I called.

I was much impressed with the care, cleanliness and service I received from ARCO when they did my chimney sweep and level 1 inspection. My service appointment was promptly scheduled. The same day they did my service, I was provided photos, a detailed report of my inspection and an inspection of my roof as well. I would highly recommend this company to others needing this type of service.

I could not be happier. Have been having service issues with a variety of providers here in Cinci. ARCO was outstanding. They provided clear expectations, pictures before and after, and professional work. I could not be happier with the work, and more importantly, the way they delivered it.

I ended up spending $1400 with them because there was a problem with the house that we bought for our daughter to move in. They did the chimney sweep but there was a big problem with the house. It was not their fault. Even the walls were black in there. We bought a house so that our daughter, son in law and three kids could live there. Another company did some repairs for us. It was not done correctly the first time. But they redid it again at no charge as they should. There was a lot of problems with the chimney. The previous only heated the house with wood. It smelt like a campground in there. The smoke was not going up the chimney correctly. That is why the walls were all black and everything on the inside. Even the dryer was black and the inside of refrigerator and freezer. It was bad. We repaired it but they don't burn, we don't burn firewood in there. We repaired it so that it was safe and not cracked and had it capped. They did a good job. They were really booked up. They could have tried to get out of it but they came back and redid it for us. I did not get a competitive price. They came out to do the sweep and then they gave us an estimate. They were there and we needed it done.

Took two workers four to five hours to complete the work. Cleanup can be better.

They were fabulous and as promised sent me a written recommendation of options and the costs involved. I will definitely be hiring them to do the work needed. They were on time, worked well together and I could not be more pleased!

I purchased a special on Angie's List for a Chimney sweep and inspection. I had to reschedule a couple times due to inclement weather, but finally, no rain. John, Arco's rep, showed up and got right to work. He explained a problem existed with a couple cracked tiles after inspecting the roof part of the chimney (with photos) and completed the chimney sweep without any dust or mess. He was professional and personable, and also provided me an email estimate of future repairs (the cracked tiles). I would highly recommend Arco to anyone considering this work and ask for John! He's a nice guy and did the job right!
