Very well. Gave us a lot of information about our chimney and what we needed to do to make it function safely. Did not feel like we were being charged too much and Gary was very personable.

They called to say they would be a few minutes late, they arrived around when they said they would. They performed the chimney sweep. Since there were no problems, the visit did not take very long. Courteous, professional, and I would consider using them again in the future.

The technician was prompt, courteous and provided us with details on our roof and gutters. Two sections of the gutters need rehung and we plan on doing so in the next four weeks. The price given to rehang the gutters was reasonable as we have a two story home.

The gentleman was very professional. Showed me repairs that are needed inside the fireplace where cracks have appeared. He took pictures outside of the chimney where some cracks and bricks were showing. He quoted 750.00 for repair job. I am researching to see if this amount is reasonable.

ARCO did a great job in fixing the problem. It took awhile to get the replacement piece in - but that was not fault of ARCO's as they had to order the replacement piece from a third party supplier. They were very professional and did a GREAT job in keeping their work area contained and the area around the fireplace clean. I was very pleased with their work.

About six months ago, we purchased the house we'd been renting for about two years, and we've slowly set about making changes and necessary repairs to the house. One thing we knew we needed to do was to get the chimney cleaned out. We definitely made the right choice with this company! Stephanie was so courteous in helping me get scheduled, even accommodating my preference to chat via email since it's hard for me to step away from my desk during the day. Albert showed up on time on the scheduled day, and really took his time examining and cleaning everything. When he was done, he showed me pictures of what he found and recommended two repairs, totaling about $500 -- however, he told me that one of the repairs could wait for awhile, but recommended the other one (which was the cheaper of the two) be done before I use the fireplace again. That sounded reasonable, so we went with the one repair for now with the other to come later. I was impressed with his honesty -- I feel that many other companies would have pushed both repairs on me immediately. I called Stephanie while Albert was still on-site and she helped me figure out how to use my Angie's List coupon. Albert left my home spotless, and my fireplace has never looked better! I will definitely call them back for the second repair -- we were very impressed with the work done and the customer service shown.

He had told me that he would call me on Monday morning (yesterday) to talk about getting it set up, but I never heard from him and decided not to pursue the work.

There was a scheduling issue. They did recommend some other places for me to call.

The technician arrived on-time. He did the roof inspection first and found we had several issues with our roof but our flu and chimney were in good shape. He completed the chimney sweep and was very thorough and he did not leave any mess. We are happily using our fireplace every night! He even shared several tips about fireplace use and logs due to the fact that we are first time homeowners.

Everything went very well. We had paid for a chimney sweep and inspection. The inspection revealed a problem with the chimney liner and we will be getting a repair estimate form the provider. We did not need our chimney swept as it had never been used. The representative was very professional and knowledgeable. We would be happy to use this company again!

After doing the gutter cleaning, they sent an estimate for $900 for work to the chimney. I'm not saying it didn't need to be done, but almost $500 of it was for something my husband did for about $50. I understand you are paying mostly for labor, but I think they are too overpriced.

Company was unable to provide service on the date requested -- booked out several weeks which didn't suit our needs.

It did not go. They did not show up, nor did they call. I did receive a call at around 2 Pm that from an Arco representative asking how my service was. I answered terrible and explained they never showed up and they never called. She said oh, really. I don't recall an apology don't recall any urgency to reschedule me ASAP. She said would you like to be rescheduled? Reluctantly, I said I don't know my schedule when I would be off another day during the week, I'll have to call you. That was July, they never made any attempt to call me back. I have called numerous times during the day from work on my break to try to reschedule I always get an answering machine. That's not really good service either. I prepaid for the service from an Angie's list special. I have not gotten my money back which I've asked for on messages I've left and I would not recommend them at this point . I don't know if I'd want them to do the job if they showed up. One would think that a good reputable business would try to reconcile this problem and tried to get me my service that I paid for. At this point I need my chimney swept and I guess I will have to get someone else and I'm gonna try to get my money back. Very disappointed and very unhappy.

The company did respond to my request within the 48 hour window. Stephanie from Arco contacted me via message on Angie's list yesterday to let me know that they do not service my area and to request a refund for my prepayment of the service requested.

AARCO called back right away and let me know they did not service my area. The company was excellent. They sent a kind email explaining everything and even helped with recommendations for other companies to do the work.
