Audi Middleburg Heights

I purchased a new Audi S4 from Sunnyside. This is the 4th car I've purchased from them and my sales person, Chuck Yungvirt. They are very relaxed and easy going. It is nice to be buying a car in a relaxed environment. I also like the fact that they do not haggle. They give you their best price they can do the first time around. I would highly recommend them if you are interested in purchasing a new Audi.

We have owned nothing but Toyotas for the last 20 years. We like them and have our service done there. We have purchased vehicles from them and have always been treated real well from the sales department. They do good work. Their professional is very good and I've gotten to know most of the people there. They call me by name when I go in. Their service work is done well and we have never had a problem with any work that they have done. I will continue to use them and I would highly recommend them.

It is easy to get in there. They are responsive, and they are quick in doing their work. I will continue to use them in the future.

They are terrific, gracious, and helpful. I have been in two accidents and they repaired my car nicely. They are professional, responsive, and very pleasant to deal with. They are always on time and they service my car quickly. The quality of work is excellent.

The people and the service there are both really great. I don't even need an appointment for an oil change. I just sit in their lounge and drink coffee while I wait. It doesn't take very long at all for them to service my vehicle.

everything went very good. we took the car in on a Monday morning and it was ready to go by Wednesday afternoon. we dealt with Tracy. she gave me 2 estimates: one for body work and the other to replace the "skin". their prices were inline with other shops. we chose to replace the skin because we expect to keep the car for several years. They are very fast and efficient. when getting the estimate, Tracy went right out to examen the damage. I had the estimates in 5 minutes. we called her a couple times to make sure we understood what they would do and when they could do the work. they were professional and courteous.

They are extremely accommodating and always available for me. They drop me home while the car gets repaired and pick me up after it is done. They are very professional, responsive and efficient. I am very happy with their quality of service.

On Sat. I went online to request an appt. They called me within minutes and set up for Mon. morning. Sign-in is done quickly, indoors. The waiting room is nice with a "no TV" section and Wi-Fi. Many different flavors and types of free hot drinks are available. A rep comes to get you when the work is done. All work and the inspection are completely explained. Payment is done quickly and they tell you exactly where your car is parked outside. They did a complimentary car wash.

I like the service department here. After the warranty on my car was over the maintenance was expensive but the work is good. They aren't very responsive. Sometimes when I call them they put me on hold and no one ever picks up again. But they do good work with cars so I keep using them.

A traded in my 2000 Audi TT for a demo Audi 2008 TT. When I went back to pick it up, the car they gave me wasn't the same car I was told I would get before. It didn't have the same features and it was very dirty. I had it for an hour before I called them to get my trade back. They wouldn't give me the trade back. I had to buy it back. I called the company and I got a letter back from the President but it was only thanking me for buying the car. I only got a call back from an underling. I'll never go back to this place again. It's not the cars, it's the service that's the problem.

They do a great service for us and we're very pleased with them overall.

This is the first dealership that I have used exclusively for my car. I am very happy with their thorough work.

Our insurance company paid for most of it, so I can't grade the price. They were honest and did high quality work. We are very pleased.

They performed the recommended maintenance and oil change while I waited. They were finished within an hour of my bringing in my car.

DENT WAS WELL REPAIRED. PAINTING WAS ONLY FAIR - ONLY PART OF HOOD WAS REPAINTED WITH THE ENTIRE HOOD CLEAR-COATED AFTER PAINTING. THERE WERE A FEW SMALL EXISTING STONE CHIPS THAT WERE NEVER REPAIRED AND SO NOW APPEAR AS DEFECTS IN THE CLEAR COAT. POINTED THIS OUT, BUT THEY TOOK NO ACTION.

SUNNYSIDE WORKED WELL WITH OUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND COMPLETED A LOT OF WORK IN A REASONABLE TIME. THERE WERE SOME DELAYS, BUT THEN AGAIN THERE WERE A LOT OF PARTS AND LABOR INVOLVED TO COORDINATE, WHICH THEY DID WELL.

TYPICAL DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT. RIGHT FROM THE START WHEN I CALLED THE SERVICE DEPT. TO SEE ABOUT SETTING UP AN APPOINTMENT, THE RECEPTIONIST GRILLED ME ON WHETHER I HAD EVER BROUGHT THE CAR THERE BEFORE AND WHEN I EXPLAINED I BOUGHT IT USED, DEMANDED TO KNOW IF THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAD USED SUNNYSIDE AUDI. WHEN I STATED I DIDN'T THINK SO, SHE WAS VERY COOL AND ''WARNED'' ME THAT THEY CHARGED $90.00 PER HOUR PLUS PARTS AND TAX. WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP, THEY CONTINUED TO TREAT ME AS IF I WAS A BOTHER. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD BE INTERESTED IN MAKING ME A FUTURE CUSTOMER. I'M GOING BACK TO FRED BAKER AUDI, EVEN THOUGH IT'S ANOTHER 30 MINUTES AWAY; THEY REALLY TREATED ME RIGHT THERE.

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED THAT THEY SAID IT WAS IN GREAT SHAPE. THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT MY 11 YEAR OLD CAR NEEDED ALL KINDS OF WORK BUT THEY DIDN'T.

THEIR AGENT COMBINED ITEMS TO GIVE ME DISCOUNTS.

TOOK OVER AN HOUR FOR A 20 MINUTE OIL CHANGE.

THIS JOB WAS ONLY SCHEDULED TO TAKE A FEW DAYS. WE HAD TO INSIST THEY GIVE THE CAR BACK AFTER TWO WEEKS. THINGS WERE BROKEN ON THE CAR IN THE AREA OF THE REPAIR. THEY DENIED RESPONSIBILITY AND SUNNYSIDE HONDA WANTED OVER $600 TO FIX WHAT THEIR COLLISION CENTER BROKE.

I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR ITS SCHEDULED SERVICE (OIL CHANGE, LUBE, LOOK OVER)

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, OIL CHANGE, CHECK FLUID LEVEL and LEAKS.

THEY CHECKED EVERYTHING OVER. THEY ROTATED MY TIRES AND CHANGED MY OIL.
