From the first contact with Brian he was nothing but professional. Brian came to our home and provided us with great options and knowledge about the various products. Not only did he provide great options, he was also able to introduce products that we did not even know were an option. The day of installation Brian was prompt and professional. He even cleaned up behind himself. He managed to have all of the blinds installed in under two hours. Brian provided great customer service in pointing out a small issue with an installed blind. He was able to point the issue out and then explain that the replacement had already been ordered. This was great because we would have never known that there was a defect to begin with. We have more windows that require blinds and will definitely be using Brian in the future.

It went well. The owner was a nice guy. He helped me pick out the window treatments. He then ordered the window treatments and installed them within the 8 week time frame he had outlined for us.

He estimated a three week period for delivery and the blinds came in much quicker. He showed up at the time and date promised...even early. He is quick witted, professional and eager to make sure all jobs are done with efficiency and eases the home owner's "nerves":) I highly recommend he and his company for many different avenues of improvement, which he does with joy. He is honest and very dependable and absolutely was great to work with!! Thank you, Brian! This is one home improvement job I do not regret! He was also more than willing to move any furniture in front of the windows and move it back in place. He also put all the used blinds in an extra garbage can I had and I can now simply roll those out to the curb for garbage pickup.

I got the company's name from Angies List. I made the appointment but almost cancelled because two other companies had given me prices which were way out of range for us, so I thought the project would not be feasible right now. Fortunately, after talking with Brian Ross over the phone, I decided to give it one more try. The blinds look great in the bedroom, work well, black out the light, and were affordable. Brian states that he shops around for affordable products and passes the savings on to his customers; I know a lot of contractors say these kind of things, but he seemed sincere, and he did give an excellent price for his work, much better than the two other companies (who showed me products which cost more than two-three times what Brian was able to provide). A great job and a super nice guy! I would definitely use him again.

They have come out measured the windows we are just waiting for blinds to come in. We are getting shades for two bedrooms. so far they have been great. He was very nice, knowledgable and he doesn't try to sell you things you don't need, he is really honest and would say this one works just as well as the more expensive one and he is also local.

He not only installed the blinds but he also washed the windows that I could not reach. He went out of his way to do this and I was very appreciative. He came out three times before we ordered the blinds to make sure he was thorough. He was always on time, professional and made sure we were making a good decision about the products we purchased.
