He was on time, very curtious and left my place clean after finishing the work. It cost more at the end then was quoted over the phone, but still not more then I expected to pay.

He was late getting here, but I've had other service people a lot later. He did a very good job with cleaning the furnance ducts. I would recommend him to others.

Very courteous and informative but I was a bit skeptical when I saw he was in his personal car. I expected a company van or something more professional. He used a shop vac and a few cleaning tools. He convinced me to get an additional product that he claimed would eliminate to future buildup of dust, etc. for an additional $100. His operation did not seem to be what I expected. I don't think he actually got all the way into all the ducts. I can only assume he cleaned the entire duct system. The person I did not hire explained his operation and methods which were much more elaborate and professional. My bad!
