Joe came on time as scheduled. My dryer simply wasn't drying! He performed all work professionally. He cleaned the lint out of the dryer,flexible duct and in the wall all the way up to the vent on the top of the roof. He stayed almost 1-1/2 hours making sure the job was done right.No doubt about it!!! I would recommend Joe to anybody that needed this service knowing that it will be done right the first time..

It had been more than 40 years and several remodels since our duct work had been cleaned. When he asked how long, I replied "the first of NEVER". As others had written, Joe was prompt, courteous and explained the process before beginning. Adding to that, he was quite reasonable for what he does. There are add-ons available if you should choose to have them done during & after the process but he just explains what they are and does not pressure you to get them. I would highly reccommend him and will have him back before another 40 years go by!

Joe did a fabulous job. Our system is like new. He removed nearly 13 pounds of duct from our system. He was on time, hard working, neat, & very professional. I would certainly hire Joe again.
