I hired Joe to have my dryer vent system cleaned out in the condo I had just rented. My experience with Joe was positive from the initial phone call. He detailed exactly what he would do and gave me an exact price over the phone. He showed up on time, completed the work in a timely manner and didn't make a mess while working. He answered any questions and explained everything he was doing. My dryer vents have never been cleaner and I couldn't be happier with the work Joe performed. I would recommend him to anybody.

He showed at the time stated and did an excellent job cleaning my ductwork. He also helped fix a problem I had with two of my ducts.

Honestly, Joe went above and beyond what I paid for. First, he not only cleaned out the ducts and furnace, but also deep cleaned the areas around all the registers and hand-cleaned the cold air returns. He then restored the registers that were rusted (and one embarrassingly peed on by a cat). The whole system was then sanitized and it smell like ���nothing��� when I came home that night - - just a clean house. He was there about 4 hours and every one of my rooms feels different, my daughter isn���t coughing anymore, and the registers run full-blast. He also thoroughly explained everything.

Joe arrived the next day, was on time & courteous. He discovered many construction pieces that were blocking air flow in our vents. Our house is 15 yrs old & obviously the ducts had never been cleaned. He treated the vents & ducts with a solution & guaranteed no dust for 5 years. I have noticed our furniture no longer needs to be dusted daily. Only reason for an unperfect score is that he simply closed the basement vents vs. cleaning them. I think he was in a rush to finish. But I know the rest of the house is cleaner than it ever has been before his service.

I would not hire him again.

Joe called me back almost immediately. He came out on one occasion to clean the dryer vent and on another to clean the furnace ducts. Both times he was pleasant and courteous, very informative about what he was doing, and worked efficiently. In addition to the regular cleaning and sanitizing we had agreed on, he offered to coat the vent and ducts with a substance that his company guarantees to keep them clean for 5 years. This was an extra charge, but I think it'll be worth it.

Right on time, explained exactly what he was going to do and did it. Things were cleaner when he left than when he came. Took longer than he expected however he explained everything he did and why.

Very punctual and professional not to mention very neat and clean. Our ducts were never ever cleaned or vacuumed in the 30 years we have lived here. Joe suggested some other items to do with our duct work while here and we gave him the go ahead. He also informed us about a follow up cleaning in 5 years to which we will consider. As he stated that the service he is performing today should reduce our dust build up and if not he will return free of charge.

Punctual and professional. Showed me the buildup in my ducts and assured me that he would take care of it. I came home to a clean smelling house and a very nice job overall. He did leave one register cover improperly secured due to the carpeting but no big deal.
