Joe was punctual and professional. He was detailed and explained everything he was doing. The first "scoop" of dust, dirt, animal hair, construction nails, etc. shocked me. The previous owner had pets. Even though this was a small house the vents were loaded, 13 pounds worth, of nasty stuff! Probably never been cleaned before. Would definitely use Joe again!

Joe arrived promptly,informed me about the condition of the ducts, suggested a special coating and deodorizer,but was unable to provide the list of ingredients in them, worked diligently and efficiently completed the job. He was very courteous. The air flow has improved, but I chose not to use the extra coatings.

I believe that quality work starts with quality people, and Joe is a quality person. He is such a nice man and he pays special attention to the details of his work. I am a repeat customer and will hire him again, if needed. My only wish is that in the future he may consider giving a receipt for payment, along with a statement of the work that was completed for a customers personal records.

Joe did a great job and was very courteous and polite. He did a thorough job and stayed longer than anticipated to get the job done. He didn't try to up-sell us. We noticed air quality improvements right away and our furnace started working more efficiently right away. A room that wasn't getting heat at all began getting heat after Joe was done. Definitely will recommend to others.

He did an excellent job, was on time, very pleasant. One minor complaint-- he did leave dust/dirt on the floor in a bedroom. To his defense, the ducts were VERY badly clogged, so he had to pull out a lot of dirt!

What a wonderful man! My home was very close to catching on fire and I didn't even know it. I was in an emergency situation the night before the 4th of July with a dripping wet dryer vent and a burning smell coming from the dryer. I had called another company, but they wasted my whole day by telling me someone would call and possibly be out for service, but no one called. (twice!) I, then, called Joe and he committed to the job, showed up on time, was very understanding and spent quality time to make sure our dryer and vents were in safe working condition. He was a Godsend! Will hire again!!

Joe arrived at the scheduled time. He was professional and courteous. He thoroughly explained everything and invited me to ask questions at any time during or after the process. My house is old; thus, the air ducts were most likely never cleaned. They were packed full of dirt, dust, and debris (15lbs)! He did a spic-and-span job from top to bottom, continually informing me of his progress. He always had a smile on his face and reassured me when I felt embarrassed regarding the condition of my duct work. I would highly recommend Joe! He is truly a professional. Thank you so much, Joe!

Use this contractor with extreme caution. Ask him for a business card and ask if he has any references you can call prior to him doing any work. This work is hard to verify whether it was completed, make sure he comes in with an empty dirt bag in the vacuum and check the vacuum bag prior to him starting. Then check the bag once the job is complete.
