I wanted to wait and see the results before I give my opinion. Joe was on time and took about three hours to clean all the vents and ducts. Before this cleaning, I used to replace my ducts very frequently as the filters became black and dirty. Now I noticed the air filters are working cleaner and better and they are still white. I think mission accomplished.
