The home I moved into had clearly NEVER had the ducts cleaned. Joe arrived promptly in the morning, and walked me through how he was going to complete his work. Due to the ducts NEVER being cleaned before there was a bit more work to be done, but Joe made sure to leave my ducts spotless and my home smelling much fresher. He even was accommodating of me having a work conference call and moved to a different room of the house so that I could complete the call. True customer service and workmanship that was worth every single penny I paid. Thank you to Joe once again!

Great guy. He showed up with a tank vacuum in the trunk of his car. Charged me 637.00. For a tank vacuum cleaning. There is no way he cleaned the ducting completely with his set up. I would not recommend his service for my motorhome let alone a 2 story 2800 square foot house. Waste of money.

Anyone who employs Mr. Santavicca for duct cleaning should check his completed work. He did not do the work he had agreed to, which was cleaning our furnace/air conditioning ducts. They were left shiny where visible, dirty were the eye can't easily see. After he was paid and left, we removed the end on one of the ducts in the basement and discovered that, although he spend a length of time down there, he only cleaned one duct (we had taken the end off for him) and had NEVER even looked into the rest of them. The remaining ducts (several-2000 sq ft house) were as dirty as before he came to our home. We did get our money back after complaining. I would give a zero rating if possible. Terrible experience.

Flexible with change. Mr. Joe explained the process and why it is important to have cleaning performed. He explained how often to have the service. He also checked the dryer. We ar super satisfied.

Joe did a very thorough job and pulled some pretty scary dirt out of my vents. He also disinfected them and applied scotchgard in order to keep new dirt from sticking. My house is definitely cleaner as far as the air.

Would have liked to have had a statement, or even a business card.

I was not at home when Joe was here. my mom and stepdad was here and told me he did a great job. When I came home my house had a wonderful smell that lasted for three to four days. I am very pleased with his work.

Very nice man. He explained what he was doing, told me about the condition of the dryer vent, cleaned up very well and put the dryer back in place.

Please guys, do not give this guy your hard earned money ! He cleaned my vents in April and the house was dusty again by august ! I called him to come out and re clean vents as he stated that his work was guaranteed for 5 years... Both times I called I was told he was busy on the road but would get in touch with me. Never called me back to schedule a time to come back out. He never returned a message. Go with a reputable company people! 😡

Very qualified in doing the job. Cleaned up as he went along. One thing, no itemized statement given to us. He used something in vents; he explained but would have like to have written down the name or given paper work.

Nice guy. First time my ducts were cleaned though the vents in each room vs. going in the ducts from underneath. Musty odor is gone and home smells fresh. Proof will be when the furnace runs this winter. More than I've paid in the past but I would recommend him.
