Quick clean and professional

Joe was a pleasure to work with and took time to explain to me what he planned to do and even showed me some of the stuff he was cleaning out of my vents.

Joe did an awesome job of cleaning ducts & vents. I no longer have to have the system replaced! Everything is very clean and sanitized.

Joe was very prompt and courteous. He explained what he was going to do before he did it. He even found a ball my kids used to play with 20 years ago. I highly recommend him.

Prompt phone call and verbal estimate prior to day of scheduled work. Arrived promptly for appointment. A sincere person yet not professional in many ways. No written estimate of the work to be done. From previous experiences with this type of service on other homes we have owned, Mr. Santavicca does not have sufficient equipment for this type of work. Our expectation was much higher for the price charged. He should stop the pitch about the sanitizing (and Scotch guarding at "small" extra cost). Guess $100 is the new standard for small! A hand spray bottle for sanitizing and pump sprayer for Scotch-guarding cannot reach the length of the duct work. Ducts I checked after he left still had some residue. Sanitizing fragrance barely lasted 15 minutes after work completed. He offered a receipt but at that point I did not expect a true business receipt which detailed his work. I asked for business card but he had "just run out." A lesson learned. READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE SELECTING A CONTRACTOR!
