Joe was exactly as others have described - punctual, courteous, unobtrusive and professional. Joe even stopped to show us the crap he pulled from the vents, which made us feel better knowing they were getting the TLC they needed. Highly recommend for new and old duct work.

Joe was right on time. He did a fantastic cleaning job. We had a few special needs in the ducts and he took care of them. He sanitized and everything was amazing. We had our air conditioning set at 71. Now the air flow is so much better that I can turn it down a couple degrees. We will hire him again as needed.

We had our vents cleaned. Mr. Santavicca worked on them for hours since they had never been cleaned. He was very friendly and professional. He missed one duck that was camouflaged by the wall paint. We left him a voicemail but never heard back from him. Will try reaching out to him again after we finish a couple more house projects.

Father and son team, very friendly and professional. Came to my house on time, inspected ducts with the video and said I did not need the cleaning. Great customer service. Nice to work with honest people.

Just had our ducts cleaned. this guy was awesome! on time, took just slightly less time than he said, supper polite, and VERY clean. He pulled a heavy bag of stuff out of our ducts, but didn’t leave any mess or even traces of dust behind. His equipment looks brand new and spotless, it has a filter, so there's no dust blowing around. He also fixed a couple of vents, and cleaned the furnace and AC filters. I would definitely use him again.

Mr Santavicca was here ahead of schedule. Was very courteous and fully explained his method of operation. Just a very good gentlman. Definatley would recommend Joe to all of my friends.

On time, seemed to know what he was doing. Explained everything. He came in a car, had equipment in the trunk...not a truck like most duct cleaners, however he cleaned individual ducts separately, then the whole system. Made sense after that....last duct cleaner I had only did return air and system, not each individual vent.

Joe arrived on time and was prepared to start work. He also kept us apprised of everything he was doing and very, very polite. Should we need this service again we would not hesitate to hire Joe.

Joe was great. He spent almost 4 hours in my house doing a very thorough job and explaining what he was doing and making recommendations on what I a can do to make my heating and cooling system perform at its best.

He did an excellent job. Showed up on time and thoroughly explained what he was going to do.

Excellent service. Friendly and helpful contractor. Couldn't finish the job because he needed a two story ladder. Didn't charge me anything...
