Joe Santavicca

Joe cleaned our vents in May 2020. We just purchased a new dryer in September 2020. It will not dry we get terror the vent is blocked. We also paid extra to have a coating in the vents that would keep them clean for 5 years. I called Joe 2 days ago. He told me he would call me back from the office. I text him today also. Nothing back. He is a rip off.

I was reviewing companies for air duct cleaning and saw this one come up on the list. Within moments of requesting a quote Joe called me and we discussed my home and cost. We set up an appointment at that time for the following week. Joe arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me what was going on in my ventilation system and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. He was incredibly professional and I would absolutely hire him/the company again and I would recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you so much for making this experience a good one.

I contacted Joe S. through Home Advisor. Joe S. called same day, and I was put on the schedule within a week. Joe S. arrive on the date & time schedule and he finished at the time he stated. Joe explained the process and cost initially over the phone, and again before he got started. He keep me informed as he moved to the next set of rooms. He was very detailed and patient with any questions. It was quite, fast and a clean process . Joe S. left my house clean, disinfected and smelling great. I definitely would use him again, I've already recommended him to family.

He was honest and helpful. I would like to have had him show me more of his work that was done outside but with the current Convid 19 situation I did not ask for this of him. I would use his service again and have recommended him to others. He does need to carry business cards with him in the future.

Joe came with a commercial vac and a long hose. No attachments to actually scrub the system or a camera to show a client the interior before and after. I would go with another company next time.
