Joe showed up 10 minutes early with gear in hand. We had just gotten the keys to out house earlier that week, previous owner had 6 cats! Joe sucked out 11lbs of dust and pet dander amongst other things. The effect was immediately and we all were breathing a lot better. EXCELLENT job!!! Very thorough, got right to work and got the job done right. Thanks Joe!

Joe was through in explaining his process when we first spoke. When he came to the house he was on time, and courtious. He showed me what he was doing, and even showed me what he was suctioning out of the vents. I would recommend him and will use him for future duct cleaning.

Joe called right away and I hired him to do the job. He came out when he said but the quality of work was not there. He pretty much cleaned my air ducts with a shop Vac and did not get them cleaned at all. I told him that he did not clean them very good and gave him a chance to fix this problem. He basically told me that he wasn't going to be able to do a better job and I told him that I was not going to pay him to do a bad job and then have to pay someone else to come in and clean the ducts. I did not pay him for his services. As far as everything else goes he was very courteous and understood where I was coming from. I wouldn't recommend to anyone else.

As a prior reviewer confirmed, Joe arrived on time with a heavy duty shop vac in tow. I was skeptical of this service anyways, but once Joe started the process he was able to show me the "layers" of dirt and dust that had accumulated in the home. My skepticism went away. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. The job was completed in three hours. And most importantly, I think this service does work since my indoor allergies appeared to lessen.

Joe went above and beyond what was expected. He took all the time neccesary to answer all my questions and do a thorough job cleaning our vents. I would highly reccommend him to others!

Joe showed up promptly and worked quickly and neatly. One note: His equipment - a high powered Shop Vac - did not seem as elaborate as that described (bob the phone) by other vendors. I'm hopeful that did not result in an inferior cleaning job.
