Great service! Friendly, prompt and informative. Cleaned and repaired the chimney and fireplace and took his time to educate us how to use the fireplace and answered all our questions. I highly recommend!

Great company and service!!! David was quick to respond, provided the most reasonable quote and did an excellent job. He cleaned a sectional couch and one area rug and everything looks and smells great. He also wore a mask and shoe covers, which I really appreciated. I'll use Green and clean again and will recommend them to anyone.

He explained the process from the beginning to the end and was so patient and worked VERY hard to please me (I'm a picky customer I must say). Per Angie's List, I scored a "great deal" for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning for $79 per redemption code ANGE-45766FA7E93 with Green and Clean Home Services. To my surprise when I called for the service I was told that the minimum charge would be $99 and that I needed to be fair to the owner. He then told me that I could instead get 4 rooms cleaned for the $99 ( he now disputes this). I agreed though in actuality I wanted to solely focus on our media room which is 23 x18. Dave arrived at our home per the agreed upon day and time. Without asking permission he filled his water bucket directly from our kitchen sink. My preference would have been to use our outside hose. Nonetheless, he did a good job of cleaning a very dirty carpet. Before finishing up we asked that he clean the stairs in our hallway. To do this he wanted another $20. (we paid $128.52 for 1 room and a stairway) When I told him that his pricing policy was unclear from the beginning. He argued that he had to come from Mentor to our home in Beachwood to service us. It turned out that he had come from a service job in University Hts,an adjacent community just before reaching us that day. So that statement was not exactly true. Dave is a pleasant professional who cares about doing a quality job. Sadly he did not live up to the coupon pricing and falsely claimed that his website indicated that the coupon was only good for Mentor residents. Instead, his website makes no mention of additional charges for services outside of Mentor. The website instead claims to service Cuyahoga, Lake, Summit, Ashtabula Counties.
