A great company to deal with, which is why I keep going back to them for my flooring needs. Sales people are extremely knowledgeable, professional, & helpful. I actually found a porcelain tile that I liked at another store and brought the sample to them and they were able to order it (and it was cheaper than from the other store). We had a slight problem because the grout had not arrived and since I needed it, one of their employees drove to the distributor, got the grout and delivered it to my home.

The work turned out very nice. I give them an A for the overall experience. They had a very nice price. I'll probably go back later this year and have them do some carpeting.

They did a nice job, but the women who sold us the carpet was very rude and she was terrible. We said we wanted better padding and she told us that we did not need any. She said she has three kids and we do not have any, so if she doesn't need any extra padding than neither do we. They were not very professional.

Although the carpet was on backorder for two weeks, when it did come in, they were able to install the very next day (which was a Saturday)! Was very helpful to have it done on the weekend. The installers were very prompt and extremely nice. They even offered to help move a television back into the bedroom, which would have been very difficult for me to do. Thank you so much! Would recommend to anyone.

Met with Sales Rep (Sharon Watson) and described what I wanted. She showed me the options and colors. She made it easy and pleasant to choose. After choosing, we set up the installation. I chose the option of removing my old carpet, which saved money. The installers were pleasant and professional. They arrived promptly wearing clean tennis shoes and took the time necessary to install the carpet properly. I was very pleased with both sales and installation. I took one other bid, and Carpet One was about the same price, but I liked the selections better with Carpet One. I would use them again.

They've gone out of their way to help me. They've just been fabulous. Dependable and kind.

ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS DUE TO THE PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OF JEANETE PANAGOS, SALES ASSOCIATE. WE HAD BEEN TO 12 OTHER FLOORING STORES, INCLUDING SOME ON ANGIE'S LIST, BUT THIS STORE AND JEANETTE PANAGOS WERE EXCEPTIONAL. THE STORE HAD A MOST COMPREHENSIVE SELECTION -- BETTER THAN ALL OTHERS COMBINED. JEANETTE DID REPEATED FOLLOW UP CALLS -- NO OTHER STORE EVER FOLLOWED UP.
