It turned out well. We're happy. He was just very good about the whole thing. Then they came out and gave us our new unit. The installation was very good. We're pleased. They've been back since to check up. Things have been okay. They responded fine. They were very punctual and very professional. I thought it was very reasonable; I don't think we were shocked or anything. We got a big heat pump or whatever you call it. It's a large unit. It's not a tiny little thing.

I was home on that day and I stood next to the service man and he told me and showed me everything that he was doing. I'm an engineer so I was intrigued with what he was looking for and what he was doing. He did a professional and complete job. I did not have a service contract.

Their service has always been wonderful throughout the years. Every time we have an emergency they will try to come out as quickly as possible, they explain everything to you that needs to be done, they're very courteous, if they can bundle things and give you a lower price, they will so I'm very happy with them. He was very fair and honest with me. My house is a 4 level split and he was very honest telling me that I would actually need 2 units because of the way the house is. It's too large to handle one unit of air conditioning so he said I would need to cool upstairs one way and then downstairs would need to be cooled by another air conditioning system. So he was very honest. The quote that he gave me for one unit, because I was considering to do a whole house air conditioning on about 1300 square feet, was for about $13000. I wasn't having any issues, I'm planning to put my house up for sale and I thought that it would be a selling point to have that. He told me that's not necessarily true because the neighborhood that I live in is a treed area and its pretty cool down here. Plus I already have air conditioning upstairs in he windows and he said if I want to put a window unit downstairs that would be fine. But if I'm moving I'm probably not going to get that money back on my selling price.

They are wonderful. I've had them for years. They're very good. They're very reliable and professional. They don't make a mess. They're not cheap but I don't know what others charge because I always trust them. Their punctuality is really good. They are always on time. I would recommend them to other people.

I had no issues with the work that was performed. They came out, repaired it and it's been fine since. I had no problems with the heater since the installation, this was the only, I believe it was the water quality issue more than the quality component itself. I bring them back during the winter to clean and inspect it so I'll probably do that in a month. They came out and they didn't delay. They came right out, fixed it and didn't make a mess. The price was fine for what they did. There are no issues with the quality they provided. They were very responsive. They came out when they said they were going to and they were professional.

He ended up going in the attic and looking around at some things. He actually gave me a couple of recommendations that I could have them do or I could do myself. It had to do with air conditioning overflow. He told me to take care of it before it goes through my ceiling so, all in all, I thought it was a very good visit. I would recommend them because of their extra effort. The guy went through my attic and spent a good amount of time. I had white carpet and they did not leave any marks on my carpet. My air conditioner worked afterwards.

They have had a few mis-steps maybe 8-10 years ago when our heat went off and they sent someone out quickly but I think the guy was not able to come in the evening. I informed them about it. But that was one instance that did not work and I won’t hold them against them. Sometimes it takes them long to send people out here and it says in my contract that if it is an emergency, they have to send someone out quickly. But they have always been punctual with appointments.

It was great. They did good work. We have no complaints at all. They provide service for us twice a year. We’re on a special contract with them. The quality was great. Responsiveness was good.

I never had a problem with them. It has always been good. They remove their shoes off before they come in my house, they are just barefoot. Then they put their shoes on when they are done. They answer all my questions.

The work went on very well. The service man who came out was very polite and cleaned up. He told me exactly what was the problem and I was totally pleased. The price was also competitive with others. He was very thorough. I would definitely recommend them.

The service was excellent. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed about two years ago so we have a maintenance program with them. The price for the maintenance program was included in the price of the new furnace and air conditioner. We have been using them for about 30 years and he may be a little higher than others, but I like his personnel and the people he has working for him. He is very prompt.

They always come in with paper boots, so that they don't get anything dirty and tell you something that needs to be replaced or something that you may wait for a while.
