After a few times of doing it myself, I finally decided it was to much for me to do again, and to do it correctly. I feared I would take short cuts and be mad at myself afterwards. Enter ANGIES LIST. Quick review of what I needed and Pat got back to me fast to set up an appointment. I felt good about what he proposed and after reviewing the dollars needed , was happy to move ahead. I'm writing this review a few months after the job was finished, and at this point have no complaints. The crew came in,did there thing, Pat (the owner)along with me, checked for quality of work,they cleaned up, and away they went. I'm happy!

I had a bad experience with this company. My first contact with the owner, Mr. Pat Falkosky went well when he came out to give me an estimate to paint the exterior of my home. A few months later, I called him back and asked for references. I was given two families to contact. After contacting the references, I called Pat and shared with him concerns about a negative reference that I received about his painting. I shared that I still wanted to work with him, but stressed that I did not want to have the same negative experience as the family I contacted. During this conversation, I asked about the Angie's List Discount that was posted on this company's ad on Angie's List. Pat indicated he was not sure about this and noted he would have to look at the ad to see what it said. I informed him that it said "to ask about the Angie's List Discount". Pat noted he would have to look into this and get back to me. After we talked about the negative reference and worked things out, we agreed that Pat would paint the exterior of my home.However the next morning, I received an E-Mail from Pat informing me that he had decided not to paint my home. When I called him that morning, I reminded Pat that the previous evening, he had agreed to paint my home. When I asked what happened, he indicated he may have responded prematurely. He reacted to the concerns I had shared the previous evening. We talked it out and then Pat once again agreed to paint my home. That day I mailed a deposit check to Pat as he requested. However the next day I received the check back in the mail, with no explanation as to why! I called and then E-Mailed Pat to find out why the check was returned and why he had obviously decided not to paint my home. Pat never called or e-mailed me to provide me with an explanation! To future, potential customers, please take my expereince under advisement. This owner did not seem to want to honor his ad which indicated to ask about the Angie's List Discount. Although he apparently decided not to paint my home, he did not handle this in a professional manner. Pat provided me with a verbal agreement to paint the exterior of my home. It is unfortunate that Pat could not honor his word.

I sent an email through Angie's List on a Saturday requesting time to come out for a quote to paint my 12x12 shed. Pat Flakowsky was great he called me Sunday scheduled a time to come out on Monday to quote the shed. He was on-time for our appointment, knowledgeable, and even seemed to give great suggestions. As he was leaving I asked when I could expect to see a quote, he said by end of the day; I expressed that would be great...however by end of the week would be fine. That meeting occurred on Monday, July 16th and I haven't heard from him since, I am writing this review on Sunday July 29th. It could be he was not interested in doing the project, however if you are the owner of the company at least have the common courtesy to let me know that up front, and don't set expectations of sending a quote by end of the day if you don't think you can meet them....it is just SMART business sense.

We have just completed our project with Painting Pros and want to leave a comment about them here. First of all, they did our entire house, a 3 bedroom 3 bath 2048 square foot home, in preparation for our selling it. The estimate was that it would take them 4 days to complete the project, and it was completed in just less than 4 days. They were under their estimate of time, which was a real benefit to us as we?re trying to sell the home. I have nothing but GOOD to say about Painting Pros, and this project has been one of the best experiences I?ve ever had with a contractor. The owner, Pat, under promised and over delivered. From the very beginning Pat impressed me, as he scheduled our painting work but then was able to move it up. That?s right, he moved it UP, not back. If you?ve ever worked with contractors you know that doesn?t happen often. Then, several times during the project we had to change plans due to unforeseen circumstances arising, and with each change we found Pat to be extremely accommodating. He worked with us during each change to ensure that he was clear on everything that needed to be done, and that we were happy with the results. He bent over backward to ensure that things were done right, that the project remained on schedule, and that above all else, we were satisfied. Pat communicated with us each day of the project; he either drove over to check on things or phoned to make sure that everything was going according to plan and to check and see if we needed anything, and we remained in contact through email daily. He went out of his way to work with us and to accommodate us at every turn. The painting team that actually did the work was highly professional and very skilled in their work. They did not listen to music, did not swear around our family, did not smoke in our home, and worked in relative quietness. For those of you who have put up with contractors doing the above mentioned things in your home before, you will welcome the professionals at Painting Pros. Just one final thought: Pat, the owner of Painting Pros, seems to have the old business model; that of wanting to please the customer and make sure the customer is happy. He will work with you to come to a mutual agreement on all areas of the project, he will ensure each aspect of the project is done to your satisfaction, and he will communicate often so that there are no surprises and no mis-communications. In summary, we just couldn?t be happier with the work that Painting Pros did. I wish I could show you a picture of our beautiful new paint job. It is absolutely gorgeous and I?m quite sure it will both increase the value of our appraisal and help to sell our home. Well done Pat and Painting Pro team! I highly recommend you without reservations, and wish that every single person needing a painting job would go with you, as I?m sure our experience would be theirs as well. P.S. If you purchase a $75.00 Gift Card at Sherwin Williams, they will send out an interior designer to view your home, recommend colors, and assist with choosing paint style and color. They write up the order in such a way that Pat and the Painting Pros knows exactly which color goes in which room. We did this and went with every color Sherwin Williams selected, and with Painting Pros you can use the $75.00 gift card just like cash. It?s a win-win situation!

Wonderfully! They completed the job when they estimated it would be completed, and, the Owner stopped by each day to ensure a quality. A very positive experience!

Overall, they did a very good job. With Cleveland weather, outside painting is iffy. They called to let me know what the schedule was and when the weather was bad, let me know they would reschedule. I am very satisfied with the job.

I contacted Pat and set up appointment time for an estimate. He was punctual and professional as he assessed the exterior of my home (trim/gutters/dormers/backside tudor area) He provided me with a written estimate within a day or so. I emailed him with questions and he answered all of them the same day. Pat emailed/called me several days before to let me know they would be starting the job. He came out to my home to make sure the paint colors were to my liking. The painters were at my house a total of 3 days...one morning to powerwash, and the other two, to sand/scrape and paint. They too were very professional. I have an older 2 story house (built in the 20's) with a high pitched slate roof and they did an excellent job! After completion, I was asked to walk around and inspect their work. All needed corrections were immediately addressed. I was very pleased with the entire process! I would highly recommend and would definitely use again!

The quality of work was top notch. Pat, the owner, called promptly and came to our home when he indicated he would be here. I was going to do the great room myself until I got up on the ladder for the 17 foot walls and decided it was a better idea to let pros do it. I had purchased the paint prior to hiring Painting Pros. Then I learned that when they do the work they can get the paint for a lot less than I did. They were tidy, quick and did the work on time as agreed. Josh was our painter and he was the best! We plan on using them in the spring for some exterior painting on our home.

Mr. Pat, the owner, was very professional in his approach towards the estimate; start date and final clean up. Excellent job progress throughout and honest workmanship! I would use them again without any question.

They did a very good job. they were prompt, focused, got the work done efficiently and they did a good job.

Excellent service and responsiveness. They were up front that it would be about three weeks until they could do the work. They came in that time frame and did exactly what they said they would do and did a very nice job. We are very happy and would use them again.

Everything went very smoothly. Pat came out and gave us an estimate promptly. He scheduled us more quickly than expected. On the day we were scheduled, Pat and his painter arrived promptly. He helped get everything set up and then let his painter do the work. Both the painter and Pat inspected the room carefully and made sure I had an opportunity to do the same. They did not pack up until both I and they were completely satisfied with the quality of the job. They cleaned up well. The experience was professional, easy and hassle-free.

Total professionals. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly through the day. there work is clean, thorough, and done completely to expectation. They came back the next day to do final touch up and then finished by asking me to do a careful inspection to ensure the quality of work met/exceeded my expectation. I would not think twice about hiring these folks again. Nothing but high regards and respect for their work and professionalizm.

I am a Realtor, and recommended Pat's company to a client of mine. She was buying a house (FHA) and it needed to be scraped & painted before she could get the loan. We had a rate lock we were dealing with, but even with some pretty lousy, rainy weather, 360 Painting used every available dry moment and got the job done in record time! The house looks BEAUTIFUL, and my buyer got the keys to her new home last night. Pat and his crew have made a lot of folks very happy, and I would not hesitate to recommend them again! They showed up on time. I always received an email status each morning as job took 3 days and they had to work around the rain. They even washed our windows when they were done. Excellent job !!!!

Painted a whole house interior in 3 days with 7 colors and got it right! Working with quite a few contractors right now and 360 has set a new bar on excellance! The crew was polite and very conscientious with my belongings. I am a bit of a perfectionist and their edging and lines are dead on!! They came, conquered and left the place cleaner than they found it. I am beyond thrilled, I will be back! Thanks for making this dreaded project painless!

360 Painting is very professional in regarding his appearance and the way he did his quote.

They are really meticulous. Their paint, their prep, their clean up is all done really well. This is why we keep using them. Everything is done really well. They show up on time and finish the project on time, which is a plus. The bids are really reasonable and the painters that come are really polite. We plan to use them again.

Painting Pros did an excellent job. They were there when they said they would be. Cleaned up after themselves and make an awful stairwell look new again. Highly recommend them.

The guy that came out from the company was very good and gave us an estimate that was a little bit more expensive than we could afford at the time. We had a good experience with the estimate, but our personal situation restricted us from going forward with the project at that particular time. I believe we would have hired them if the situation had been more ideally suited to our circumstances, and we will likely hire them in the spring to do our work barring any unforeseen changes.

After using this company for some interior jobs, we hired it to paint the exterior of a rental property. The Painting Pros did an excellent job. Pat helped with color selection, sent excellent painters to the site, monitored their quality and progress, and thoroughly checked the quality of the work. His oversight provides added value to the job and his price was right.

The manager's attention to every detail of this work was impressive. Pat quickly scheduled an estimate, gave a good price right away (he has some nice estimating software), scheduled the job right away, monitored the work, and checked quality. That quality was also impressive. We have used quite a few painting companies, and we know that "you get what you pay for." We will use this company again.
