They were very professional and very neat. They came out and quoted the job. They worked me into a busy schedule when I was gone for my company so it actually worked out pretty good. I would definitely use them again. They were very responsive.

My experience went well. The first time they came out, they kind of rushed and the work did not turn out well. They came out the next day and corrected everything and we were happy with that.

Excellent experience.
Very knowledgable about choice of paint, quality, and price.
The two painters who did the project were professional and very thorough.
Cleanup was complete.
Pat himself was very much on scene to make sure things went according to plan. His knowledge regarding outdoor decks in Ohio's climate was very helpful and complemented and added to what I had researched.
Most importantly, there were no surprises.

Prompt professional and courteous with exceptional attention to detail. Some of the work performed was beyond the original scope but was contained within the initial not to exceed quote. The quality of work far exceeded our expectations. We would definitely use Painting Pros again and give them our highest recommendation. 5 out of 5 stars.

Two man team was reduced to one man for some reason. Job took a little longer than predicted, but individual was hard worker and did his best. House hasn't looked this good in a while.
Some misunderstanding on how the trim on the shed was to be painted, and some trim areas on the doors were not completed. Spoke with the owner, who assured me he would address these issues. A few days later, owner came out himself and corrected all problem areas. Very pleased with the willingness and promptness with which the owner addressed concerns.

Overall I was satisfied with the outcome. This company was easy to contact and friendly to work with. I thought the price for my small condo deck was a bit elevated, however. The only reason I marked "C" for professionalism is that the wokers were smoking while staining my deck. I had to twice ask them to go to thier vehicles to smoke.

It seemed to go great. The deck looked good once completed, and we were promised a "maintenance free" deck for several years to come. Unfortunately, within one year the deck is back to looking lousy in some areas. The paint/stain seems to have come off and there is a lot of work we will need to do to improve it again. We are just disappointed that the stain didn't last longer than one summer. I'm not sure whether this is due to prep-work needed, quality of stain, or some inherent problem in our deck but we are disappointed nonetheless.

They never sanded the exterior of my moms house which he said he was going to do before he painted it. They did a terrible job on the house. They never actually painted the house they ended up putting primar on the entire house. They were painting over dirt without cleaning it off the side of the house first. I paid them in full and he promised to come out and finish the job which he never did. I have been calling him constistantly for 2 and half months and have not spoken or heard back from him. I think that he is a fraudelent company do not waste your time.

"Nothing in this review is true. We painted the home in August 2012. I have many pictures of the job taken in August 2013 and it still looks good. The member saw and knows that we used Sherwin-Williams Emerald exterior paint (their most expensive product). We have been back there 6 times since he paid us and said the job was complete. I will check with Angie's List to see if they will allow me to post photos of the job taken 1 year later."

I purchased a $199 Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I spent about $30 additional. We were gone when they did it but it turned out just fine. They were easy to work with, but they got some stain on my siding.

The owner was great - his employee could have done a better job so he did not need to come out and repair his work, but overall I would definately recommend.

There was some confusion about a start date, but once it was set up the job went very smoothly. Fortunately the weather cooperated and the task was completed as scheduled. They even did the fencing under the deck that I had not done before. Water beads up right nicely, now.

Called ahead to indicate day they would be coming out. Two men rollered and hand-brushed rails and floor. They did a very good job of stain coverage.

Friendly and professional, however we did have a couple issues which we chose to ignore. If we would have brought them up I am confident they would have rectified the issues immediately. If you're looking to get the outside of your home painted for a great price, I would definately call The Painting Pros.

Pat was great, Very understanding of my need to change the color of the deck. His team of Josh, Jason and Eric were top notch. They were all great to work with and the house looks like new. They even worked on Sunday to finish the job. Pat even made the minor touch ups himself. I could not be happier with both the results and the men who worked on the house!
