I'm a kitchen & bath designer from another state, looking for someone to install a new kitchen and 3 new bathrooms in my recently purchased Ohio home. Based on photos and reviews, I contacted Hansen Restoration and left a voice mail, not sure I'd ever hear back from anyone, as happens with so many contractors. About a week or so later, I got a call from lovely Erin. What an absolute delight she is to talk to!!! Unfortunately, within the first few sentences, Erin said that I was just outside of her company's service area. Now you'd think that would be the end of our phone call, but no! Erin took the time to find the name of someone in my area whom she had heard good things about, and whose work she had seen first hand. She actually texted a family member of hers to get the contractor's contact information and stayed on the phone with me till she was able to pass that info along to me. In all Erin spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with me, even after she determined I was not a viable client. Erin was so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful, that it made me feel all the more sad to be outside Hansen's service area. As a professional kitchen & bath designer myself, who knows what details to look for, I can tell by the photos and the attention to detail in their work, that Hansen remodeling is the real deal, meticulous remodeler I've been looking for. Also, and most importantly, if this is the way they so kindly treat someone whose job they cannot take, I can only imagine the great care, attention, and service that they provide to their actual customers. I'm so sad to be outside of Hansen's service area, but if you are lucky enough to live within their radius, I highly recommend contacting them. I have no doubt that you will be treated with kindness and respect. Thanks so much for your time, Erin! I wish you were remodeling my home!

We attempted to get estimates from 3 other companies for our bathroom project. Hansen was the only one to respond promptly. They were very professional from beginning to end. Erin helped us design the perfect bathroom. Sean Kessler was the one to do the work and he did a fantastic job. He is trustworthy, wonderful to work with and his attention to detail sets him apart. We hope to use Hansen again in the future and will definitely request Sean!

Hansen Restoration & Remodeling were a godsend after a previous contractor botched the renovation of our stairs bannister and handrails. Russ and Gary were great building our newell post from scratch. It’s absolutely gorgeous.

If we could give Hansen 10 stars we would. We had a large variety of projects needing to be done, from small to very large. Each project was completed perfectly. Each member of the Hansen team presents with compassion, punctuality, expertise, joy and acute listening skills. We could not be happier and will use them again for sure. It is very unique to find contractors with such a wide skill set and commitment to the projects.
