I had my dryer vent cleaned and the vent is on the roof of my house my pipe was not up to code so he recommended to install a new one to be in code and installed a new vent on our roof which looks nice overall a job well done very satisfied.

Exceptional Customer Service! Chris was very knowledgeable and explained the cleaning process thoroughly. While cleaning our vents, he discovered a pipe that was not attached. Chris fit me into his schedule quickly. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did a great job of cleaning up after. In light of the current pandemic, he wore a mask and gloves. Also shoe coverings while in my house. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Chris at Dryer Vent Wizard. The outstanding customer service he provided far exceeded our expectations. We have a 32-foot vent run and also needed 2 connection points replace. He thoroughly explained the cleaning process and the estimate. Not only did he do a great job cleaning the vent and replacing 2 connection lines; he did an awesome job cleaning the inside of the dryer and the surrounding area when he was done!
