Very responsive. Excellent work. Excellent price. Patrick obviously uses speech to text so you ll get the bonus of his frequent typos. He told me he was a house key (perhaps he meant house geek) and god caught up in the job (perhaps he meant got caught up in the job) and he would include dead extra freebies (no idea what he meant there). He did, however, throw in extra freebies like repairing two different pieces that he noticed were broken that weren t part of the original job. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his company!! He is the best house key I ever worked with!!

Doing repair work on old aluminum siding can be a pain. It was difficult to get a professional out to help me in the first place. Patrick accepted the job at a fair price. Came the day after I called(!) and put the cap on the chimney. 3 other chimney services had said the chimney was too high to work on, but Pat was able to put on the cap and inspect the other chimneys and provide me with a list of needed future chimney projects.
