He was very professional with a sense of humor which made his visit pleasant. I would recommend him to anyone and use him again myself.

After completing my job today, I trust this person and plan on future business..

I didn`t hire this company for a job at my residence. I recommended them to my Mom, based on the reviews they got here at Home Advisor. She is just over 70 years old, and was looking for a company to replace her outdoor tv antenna. Doesn`t use cable/internet/dish tv, just wanted to replace a standard outdoor tv antenna that was probably about 40 years old... When I contacted them thru this site, Jeff called me the next morning, and gave me his cell number to call, to set up an appointment. I didn`t call him back, since I wasn`t sure when a good time would be, for Mom to be available. He called me about 3 days later, just to see if I found another provider, got his 1st message, or whatever... NO PRESSURE, whatsoever, just checking back.. In the meantime, I had given my Mom a few options to check into. She decided to have him come out, even tho his quoted price was a little higher than some others. When he got there, he checked out the old antenna, and said it wasn`t really in that bad of shape. He could probably save her a lot of money, by just installing a "booster" to the antenna. That didn`t work, but he came back the next day, and installed a new antenna for $350, instead of the $500 originally quoted, and didn`t charge her anything, for the previous day`s visit, or materials... I found it very refreshing to deal with someone who didn`t try to "upsell", or take advantage of an older person, with no knowledge of the "hardware" involved. I would highly recommend this company, as people who really do try to save their customers` money, and do a quality job, instead of just trying to "maximize profit", at the expense of their reputation. Kind of a rare thing, nowadays, and I commend them for it. No qualms about spreading "word of mouth", for these guys. They earned it.

Jeff & Tom were great !

He was great to work with. Worked with me in helping me find the right light fixture. Even came out to the house and I had gotten the wrong light fixture and he just told me what to get and came back another day. He was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Has done several jobs for me in two different houses. Multiple projects, all completed timely and within or under estimate.

Both Jeff, and I believe Tom, were very professional. They showed up on time. They did their calculations, then talked to me about what they thought was needed. Afterwards, Jeff went over other options that I should also check out. I am very pleased. I have many channels. The picture is crystal clear! It is very easy for me to recommend them to anyone.

Jeff was prompt and courteous in his response to my issue. He had to clean a horrible mess of morter left on my brick wall by a bad repair job. I thought there was no hope of his accomplishing this, but, he did and my wall is now beautiful. Would and already have recommended him to other people!

VERY prompt in returning my calls and taking care of my project. I would hire him again.

Not too good at cleaning up or putting furniture back. Masking could be improved.

Jeff advised me how to fix my garbage disposal and it worked. What a gracious thing to do.Could have bilked me for $$$$ just to come out turn an alan wrench. Will hire him for all future repairs.
