They were fine.

They made my appointment later as I was stranded in traffic. They were very sweet and accommodating. The lady was very sweet and professional. They did a god job. She was very professional and communicative. The office environment is so pretty that I wanted to work there. It was nicely decorated. I would use them in the future.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal I received as a gift. It was a one hour massage for $30. I was 2 minutes late for my appointment, which was my fault (I had a little trouble finding the location). I was asked for my registration form that was sent to me via email. I did not receive an email with instructions to fill out any paperwork, so I was instructed to fill out a two page form before receiving my massage. My appointment started 15 minutes late. My massage was cut to an approximately 40 minute massage, but I was not told this until the end of the massage. I would have appreciated being told this before the appointment, because I would have rescheduled for a later time that was more convenient for the therapist. I understand needing to keep on a schedule, but I would have liked the option to cancel and reschedule to avoid not receiving my full service.

It was great. The atmosphere was great. The massage therapist gave the perfect amount of pressure and was very pleasant. I don't normally get a one hour massages, the only drawback was the amount of time that they took to get you in the room and get dressed - the massage lasted about 45 minutes - I'm not sure if that is standard or not. It was well worth the Angie's List deal.

It was OK i.e. perhaps a 5-6 on a 10 point scale - 10 being the best............attention was given to certain pre-identified areas of muscle tension which helped but seemed a bit too much so for certain areas and the massage only lasted 50 mins..........which is fine if that is the policy but I had asked specifically how long the massage was for in advance and was told a full hour....

Painful but very effective in loosening up my very stiff neck.

I always feel better after I leave, and I feel like I gain knowledge about my injuries and how to prevent them. I’ve been going here for about three years. I can pretty much call any time to get in there.

He is very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. He is a good chiropractor and has been able to help me. I go to him for ongoing treatment.

Dr. Jones is a wonderful chiropractor. He has spectacular bedside manner; my three-year-old loves going there. He is gentle with his adjustments. Both the three-year-old and my six-month-old also receive adjustments. He is very reasonably priced, and bills are easy to understand. I often call at the last minute for an appointment, and they're always willing to take me. For every referral, I receive coupons for hour long massages. You can't beat that! Dr. Jones is not the first chiropractor I've been to, but he's the best!
