When I purchased this service for my wife and daughter as valentines presents the only confirmation I received was from Angie's list. After almost 2 weeks I contacted the office to see what the procedures were to booking the services. The person I talked to had a completely uncaring attitude. It seemed that she was being inconvenienced helping me. I was told she would send instructions and a form to fill out. I was left with the impression they would be sent that day. They were not sent until the day before and only 1 set was sent for my daughter, none for my wife. They were sent on the Sunday before he appointment on Monday. I had to call that Monday morning to make sure they both still had their appointments. By not sending a confirmation for my wife, my daughter and wife mistakenly thought their appointments were at the same time. When they did not arrive at the correct time, someone called wanting to know if they were still coming. I was at work an could not talk. The person again acted as if I was inconveniencing them. I told her that it was here problem and she needed to fix it as they are the ones who did not send the confirmations as they had promised. As a result my daughter did not get here massage. Given these issues I do not think that I will ever use this service again and would caution anyone else.

One of the best massages I have ever had. The therapist really listened and focused on my requests to treat certain areas more than others.

Initially they were very hard to get in contact with and to schedule with. The massage itself was fine. However, I found the location very hard to find which caused me to be late. Since I was late and she stopped about ten minutes early I did not get my whole massage time.

I arrived on time, they took me on time, she massaged me for about 55 minutes...I purchased 3 more first-time visitor massages...I left!

When I made my appointment, the person on the phone explained that they would send paperwork to my home. I was to fill it out and bring it with me the day of my massage. When I arrived for my massage, I was greeted promptly and told where I could hang my coat. The massage therapist came out to greet me and asked for my paperwork. She reviewed my paperwork and then explained the process to me and asked me a few questions. The actual massage was great and I felt much more relaxed afterwards.

Crossing Chiropractic has excellent masseuses. This is the third time I've used them. I've had three different people, and each one was excellent. The table has a memory foam mattress that is extremely comfortable, and the room is restful. I loved my massage.

The building was just sort of odd. You have to walk through several treatment areas before you get to the waiting room. Although there must have been an outside door for the massage area, only one person was handling reception for adjacent medical appointments. It was odd. After my wait, I was greeted by my masseuse and the hour-long massage was very nice.

Provider gave me a short questionnaire to gather information about any special treatment that I would. She reviewed same then escorted me to a pleasant room and gave me time to disrobe and get under the bench sheets. She was pleasant and spoke basically when I spoke to her. She did not use excess oil. overall it was a relaxing experence.

The session went very well. I'd only had one massage previously in my life, and that was way too and quot;light touch,and quot; even though it was supposed to be a deep-tissue massage. The person at Crossing Chiropractic and Massage was terrific. She went over the form I completed to list the kinds of problems I was experiencing was comprehensive, and she told me what to expect. The massage was a rue deep-tissue massage, comprehensive but concentrating especially on the problem areas that I had pointed out. She was totally professional, responding to my occasional questions but not talking my arm off. The atmosphere was quiet and calming, and I left feeling very relaxed and comfortable. I will be a regular customer.

After I purchased the massage coupon My doctor was treating me for a chronic illness and advised me to not get the massage.. Instead he referred me to a medical massage physical therapy group instead. Muriel Foster

Great experience! Would not hesitate to recommend.

Severe shoulder pain which was radiating down my right arm. This was more of a massage so it did not completely heal the source of the issue, I later on got some spinal adjustments done after the message recommendation. The massage was for an hour however we did start a bit late .. As mentioned earlier I did have 2 later visits for the adjustments and treatment.. But generally I did not like the idea of how the chiropractor wanted to see me for 3 times a week .... and though I felt relieve that day the very next day the pain was back. I finally moved over to the orthopaedic side and had to take steroids for a week .. but I am happy to report I am much much better... clearly the adjustments weren't getting me any better.

I do not know - never heard from person who used it.

Arrived a few minutes late and they were not very please about that. Not a warm and fuzzy place. Wasn't the best massage ever had and would not go back to them again.

They did not provide the whole hour for my massage. The front desk service was not very friendly.

Everything went okay. The person giving the massage was friendly; I've just had better massages.

I had some issues with a muscle in my back that was hurting and she worked on just that and my back has been fine ever since! It's a great place to go and the therapist was excellent! I would refer this place every time.

The lady was very good. Her demeanor was friendly but very professional. I found I was more stressed than i thought. When I left to go home, I felt like a new person. The office was neat and clean. The table and blanket / sheets were clean and fresh and the sounds were relaxing and soothing. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

I met the massage therapist and explained to her that I just wanted to try a relaxing massage. At her direction I removed all my clothes except underpants and covered myself with a sheet. There were pleasant aromas and soft music. She gently massaged my face, scalp, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, back, legs and feet using a cream or oil. She then left me alone to rest for awhile. I was so relaxed that I felt like I was made of putty. I may have dozed for a few minutes. I drove home carefully because I was so relaxed. I would do it again if I felt the need to relax.

Relaxing massage and loosened neck and shoulder. Not a fancy place like some of the other salon places in town, but the massage was very effective and considerably less expensive!

Overall it was a wonderful experience for me.

The doctor and his staff are always friendly, on time, and professional. I rarely ever wait in the waiting room once I arrive and the doctor always ask how things are going and if I have any questions. The staff always make sure that I am comfortable when I am on the wave table and she is there as soon as the time is up so that you can proceed to the exam room. Also, all of the massage therapists have been great. They make sure that I am ready before they enter the room and always ask before and during the massage if the pressure is ok.

I got a 1-hr massage for half price via the and quot;Big Deal.and quot; I found that the massages are scheduled back-to-back, so it was about 5 minutes after my appointment when the therapist came to get me. Then we talked about my medical form, then I got changed. By the time the massage started, almost 25 minutes had passed. She stopped about 5 minutes before the full hour. The massage itself was okay. But I feel like I received a 30-minute massage rather than 1 hour. It's a good thing it was half price or these ratings would be lower! I will not go to an and quot;assembly lineand quot; type massage center again.

My experience with Crossing Chiropractic and Massage Therapy has been excellent and I am continuing care with Dr. Jones. My acute care is going as planned with the result expected. They accept my insurance for covered care and their pricing for chiropractic care not cover by my insurance is quite reasonable unlike some other chiropractic practices I have tried. They have a relatively new offce which is quite nice with plenty of parking. Appointments have not been difficult to obtain and I have not experienced long waits.
