We got a schedule pretty easily that fits on our schedule and she was very satisfied with the service the she had received.

The woman who performed my massage was professional and knowledgeable (even regarding contraindications of massage and chemotherapy). The office was clean and the massage room was comfortable and soothing.

I feel a little guilty about the B ratings because it was a good massage and a good experience. There were no negatives to the experience..I just cannot say that it was fantastic or the best massage I've ever had. On a scale of 1 to 10, it was an 8 or a 9. I highly recommend this service. Everything went well.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was the happy recipient. It was fine. I wasn't sore afterwards because I get some regular massage so I know what to do, I just drink tons of water. She could tell if I just needed to be quiet and relax or chat.

It was fine. The massage was good. The room that she was in was not that big. So it wasn't like a normal spa experience but neither was it like a chiropractic office but what you were getting there was a good massage. I give them a "B" because of the way it was set up. She's not used to the environment.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and it went okay. I would recommend them; their facility was clean and they did a decent job. The price was pretty good but I have had better massages.

It went well. We talked about my options for the massage and my goals. I talked about some numbness in my thigh and tendinitis in my right arm. I was particularly struck by the way the therapist talked about my tendinitis. I had had physical therapy for it, but it hadn't improved much, and the PT therapists had never explained the purpose of the exercises. My massage therapist did explain, and talked about how the way I use my hands all day had led to my arm muscles shortening, and how various exercises would lengthen them again. These were the same exercises my PT therapist had recommended, only now I understood why and what condition the PT therapist had been attempting to address. That insight alone was worth the price of the appointment. There was a lot of literature about chiropractic services in the waiting room, but no one attempted to sell my anything. I would go back, and I would recommend it to other people.

The reservation system was an answering machine. They did not get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. I had to leave several messages to finally talk to a person. The massage was great. The person giving the massage was super. They need to use an answering service rather than a machine. If they are going to use a machine they need to return messages in a timely manner. I found the particular masseuse I had to be okay but not exceptional. There was nothing really wrong with it, just not great.

They do a wonderful job here. Yvonne was my therapist and she was very friendly and I always came out feeling wonderful. I got the year of messages from my husband for a Christmas gift and enjoyed every one.

My wife thoroughly enjoyed the massage! She highly recommends this.

I've bought coupons for Crossing Chiropractic several times in the last two years, and they have never disappointed. Yesterday, Valerie gave me a full body massage which I really needed as I'd worked six overnight shifts in a row. When I left the office I felt very relaxed and when I woke up this morning and felt wonderful.

Do yourself a favor and take advantage of massage therapy at this provider. You will not be disappointed.

I called on a Tuesday and was able to get back to back appts for Friday which was perfect. My massage was relaxation and Valerie was fantastic. My mom had a deep tissue massage which she absolutely loved as well. I briefly considered their 12-month massage package which was a great price, but couldn't spend the money at this time. It was a wonderful gift for my mom though.

The place was nice enough, the woman that did the massage was fine--not awesome, but fine. I did not get the whole hour massage--about 45 minutes by the time all the paperwork was done and I was situated. But I won't likely return because I felt like they just wanted to sell me a somewhat expensive package and after I said no, they pretty much ignored me for the next client.

The first massage was fair, nothing special compared to experiences I've had in the past with other providers. The surroundings were okay - it kind of felt like a tight space and a bit dark/ closed-in rather than comfortable and fresh/airy, but it was clean and relatively quiet. The massage therapist was professional and but not particularly friendly - not even a smile or a welcome greeting- and didn't really address the areas/ issues I discussed beforehand. She also did not apply consistent pressure although I asked twice for the type of pressure I wanted. Would not use the same person again but based on other reivewers, that's unlikely to happen anyway.

I thought they had a nice setting and it was very relaxing. I have had better massages, but it was okay; it was average. I used to be a massage therapist so I know what a good massage is. The therapist I had seemed like a novice; she did not pay attention to certain areas. I bought an Angie's List Big Deal special for this service. The therapist was good but I will not use them again because they are too far away from me.

We do know the doctor that works there and we trust them.

Each time I have gone, I have gotten a different massage therapist so have had different results. One result that is consistent is that each obviously has experience and know what they are doing. The quality of the actual massage is average to above average. But you can tell it is a place where they get you in and get you out. They are not personal, but do what they need to do and move on. If you are looking to relax those muscles but not really get into anything special on any given day, they are fine--especially when they have discounts.

I had been thinking about getting a massage when I saw the Big Deal run. I picked one up, had a great massage, and bought one for my daughter who is a dancer. This is a great concept and I liked the process and the professionalism a lot. We will be back to this business for sure.
