Description of Work: I had to have the oven and smoke detector checked. Willie is great!!! He is very very helpful and explains if there is a problem and shows you how to fix, if you want. I also had an issue with the vent on top of the RV and he fixed it and also explained to me how to do it as I wanted to know. He let me watch as he fixed it also. What a great thing for him to do so in the future I won't have to bug him for stupid things that I can do for myself.

 + -1 moreBesides showing me what was wrong with the water pump, he showed me other things that I need to do. Willie is absolutely wonderful. I will never use anyone ever again for service on my RV. He was very friendly and professional. I will definitely send any of my friends/relatives to him for parts, service and/or storage. This is the first time I've been to him and wasn't certain if I was doing the right thing BUT I did and he has a friend/client forever.
Description of Work: Spent time checking out my water pump and finding out what was wrong with it. The place I had taken it before did not put a cap back on the hose; therefore, all I was getting was a little water and a lot of air.
