Description of Work: I had some redoing of my front landscape and also my backyard landscape. The head of the company took the time to come out and review what he wanted his men to do. The men worked hard in getting everything done and particularly were eager to please me as to where things should be placed (spacing, etc.) I have used this company many times and the work is always well done.

Description of Work: Jeff (owner of Terra) sent 2 fine young men (Keith & Francisco) to repair a limestone wall that was starting to collapse. Terra installed the wall approx. 8 years ago. I called Jeff, he inspected the wall and scheduled a date to complete the repair work at no cost. Terra stands behind their work. Keith and Francisco were perfectionist in their trade. Thanks to Jeff, Keith and Francisco.

Description of Work: This provider was very professional. They were the only provider that charged us a fee to provide an estimate and rough plan for our backyard re-do, but it was worth the money as they provided a 3D mockup. That said, their vision for the yard did not align with ours and we went with a different provider.

Description of Work: Terra designed and built a new patio for us. They consulted with us throughout the design process as we discussed the layout, materials, lighting and landscaping. The installation team showed up on time and did a wonderful job with the build. We couldn't be happier.

Description of Work: Near impossible to get these folks out to do what they said they would do. We signed up for landscape services because we were listing our house for sale, and used a "great deal" coupon for the service. Then the provider stopped answering our calls, for weeks and weeks on end. We EVENTUALLY got a refund of the monies we paid. Would never use again.
