Excellent. Work was done to our satisfaction with no questions asked. Looks great. One bush that died early was replaced free of charge. Outstanding contractor.

Bruce and his team were great to work with. We had several meetings with Bruce prior to coming up with a final landscape plan. He even came to our house on a Saturday to help figure it out. He is very personable and we really enjoyed working with him. He definitely has a nack for attention to detail. If he didn't like something he would have it changed or do it himself. He is hands on when it comes to placing all plant material in the correct spots. All the stones for the retaining walls were hand picked, hand cut, and laid to perfection. The guys worked in 90 degree heat and still got the project done by our deadline. They never complained and were always professional and pleasant. We missed them when they were gone. Everyday they left the job site clean. We had no complaints. We are definitely going to use them in the future and we have had many compliments on our new landscaping.

Chris went above and beyond. When he found that we had grubs he included the insect treatment for no additional charge. He was great about returning phone calls and prompt with his appointment.

I asked for an estimate. It didn't turn out that what was designed was aligned with what I specified. I wasn't a good consumer and I didn't express that fact. Consequently, Terra Horticultural wasn't contracted to do the work. I secured a company that, from my original explanation, came up with what I desired and they were then contracted to perform the work. Seemed that Terra Horticultural was also in an expansion mode and that influenced the responsiveness issues as well.

Bruce Davis was great! He did a great job helping us decide what plants would best compliment the overall look of our home. He squeezed in our small job and was very helpful when we had questions. I highly recommend using Terra for your landscaping needs. They also had the best price.

I've been using them for the last 2-3 years. They are a very good company. I think they're very reasonable.

The owner was involved from the beginning to the end. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in making recommendations. Unfortunately, the area that was slice-seeded did not produce new grass. They discovered after-the-fact their equipment was inoperative. Due to the fact we started this project in the Fall, we had to re-do and complete in the early Spring.

One of the trees was planted well. They were not at all prompt. They said they would do it in September. They didn't do it until December. In the back the put in two and took out two. I wasn't crazy about the spacing of the two they put in. One of the trees they took out they just chopped it off. They didn't remove the stump or ground it out.

I cant say enough about the quality and professionalism displayed by this company from Jeff the owner to all of his employees. They were prompt, completed task in promised time, cleaned up each day, courteous and knowledgeable of what was needed to be done.

The crew replanted my perennials in the backyard & did so in a nice placement. I am very pleased with the results. It was very worth it to my husband & I to have them come in and rebuild the flower beds for us. Now I can, as Jeff put it, enjoy "Happy Planting". I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Jeff is very professional & helpful. He is also very personable & great to work with.

THIS HOUSE HAS QUITE AN EXTENSIVE AMOUNT OF LANDSCAPING, AND IT HAD BEEN LET GO A BIT. TERRA CAME IN AND CLEANED EVERYTHING UP NICELY, WITHOUT CHANGING THE CHARACTER OF THE YARD. JEFF WAS WILLING TO TELL US WHAT HE REALLY THOUGHT, AS OPPOSED TO WHAT WE WANTED TO HEAR. WE PREFER THAT APPROACH. WE DIDN'T WANT TO DO ANYTHING TOO DRASTIC UNTIL WE HAD TIME TO THINK ABOUT IT. WE WILL STRONGLY CONSIDER USING THEM AGAIN FOR THE NEXT PHASE.

THEY ARE JUST AWESOME. I WORKED WITH BRUCE AND WE ARE CONTINUING TO USE THEM. THEY DID GREAT WORK. THE PRICE IS WORTH THE QUALITY OF WORK. RESPONSIVENESS IS GREAT, CLEANED UP WELL. GREAT JOB.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE GOOD ON FOLLOW UP. THE OWNER CAME OUT AND CHECKED THE JOB AND GAVE ME SOME INFORMATION ON DRAINAGE.

THINGS STARTED OUT RIGHT WITH TERRA, BUT I JUST COULDN'T GET JEFF TO TURN IN A BID. I MADE A DECISION WITHOUT HIS BID. WE MET AT MY HOUSE, AND I PROVIDED HIM WITH A SET OF PLANS, AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PROJECT. HE INDICATED HE WOULD HAVE A BID TO ME BY THE FOLLOWING WEEK, BUT HE DID NOT. TWO WEEKS LATER I EMAILED HIM, ASKING FOR THE BID, AND HE CALLED THE NEXT DAY SAYING HE WAS BUSY, AND NEEDED TWO MORE DAYS. I GAVE HIM THE TWO DAYS, BUT HE DIDN'T RESPOND. I EMAILED HIM AGAIN, AND NEVER HEARD FROM HIM.

HE TOOK ALL TYPES OF NOTES. SAID HE WOULD GET BACK WITH US IN 10 DAYS. HE NEVER CALLED, OR RESPONDED TO ANY OF OUR MESSAGES.

SPENT TIME WITH ME CHOOSING THE APPROPRIATE TREES FOR MY YARD. HAS CLEAR EXPERTISE IN LANDSCAPE DESIGN. PERFORMED ENTIRE PROJECT IN ONE DAY IN POOR WEATHER. CREW WAS TIMELY, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. PRUNING WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND CAREFULLY DONE. I WAS AMAZED AND VERY PLEASED WITH THE FINAL RESULT. FOLLOWED UP WITH A PHONE CALL AFTER COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
