After an initial delay due to weather they were in and out in 2 days. One day for removal of all existing sob, bamboo and roots. One day to regrade and seed. Jeff stopped back a few weeks later to check on things and has been very good with followup questions regarding care and feeding of new lawn.

They are very professional and the quality is good. Their punctuality and responsiveness is very good. The price is competitive.

Terra Horticulture has done work for us in the past. They always do an excellent job and we feel that we get a good return on our investment. As usual, the work is wonderful. There were a few glitches but Jeff responded quickly and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the finished product. The wall is absolutely beautiful and I have already received comments and complements on it. The newly laid sod is a marked improvement over what we had, not only does it look nice but it is very nice to walk on. My husband is very happy because now when he enters and exits our front door he does not have to dodge the tree branches that were hitting him on the head. Their handiwork has made a major improvement to the look and layout of our front yard. As usual, we are very happy with the work that this company does. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent landscaping company and have actually done so in the past.

Did what he said he was going to do, well ahead of when I asked for it to be done, and excellent workmanship.

Obviously, since we are going back to him to complete the rest of the landscaping, we were very pleased. Jeff is easy to work with. He adjusted our plan several times until we were really happy with the design. We have had lots of compliments from our neighbors. We only lost a few plants (fewer than what is considered normal) and Jeff replaced them.

They had great ideas. They never made me feel rushed and wanted to make sure that they got the job done right. They also had great follow up. They used computer software to let me see what the end product would look like.

We started with a more extensive plan but cut back to just replacing roughly 20 feet of landscaping timbers (staggered on a slope). They stayed with us through a couple of revisions of the work and were prompt in supplying new estimates. The work crew was conscientious and made a couple of suggestions which we agreed with.

The windstorm broke off huge branches of a 60 ft silver maple tree. The branches knocked off the gutters of our house. Tree limbs from this tree were in our yard and a neighbor's yard. Since we use Terra Hort's landscaping service, I called to see if they would be able to clean up the mess. They were here within two days. They are very professional. Not only did they cut up and completely remove every branch, they also made clean cuts where the limbs had snapped off leaving jagged branches. I have always been pleased with their work...and this time was no exception.

The whole job took about two days. The crew was prompt and professional.

This was a real success story. From the call, the estimate, scheduling the work, and executing this went very well. Three months later one of the bushes died, they came and replaced it free of charge.

Excellent. Jeff knew we needed the patio by a certain date and he made sure it was done in time. Jeff is also a perfectionist so if something is not quite right it is fixed. The results are perfect.

Overall, the process went very well. Terra Horticulture designed a paver patio, pond-less waterfall, and landscaped our back yard. Jeff Stroupe's design work was very good. The overall project integrates seamlessly into our back yard. When challenged by a swale that ran through the patio site, Jeff designed a dry creek bed leading into and away from a drainage pipe (running the length of the patio). The entrance and exit points of the drain are disguised as small caves with large stone. It provided a distinctive solution that adds to the attractiveness of the patio. See below for pictures.

They were good and did a great job, however they would sometimes not respond back and they took a while to get out to our home. We kept being put off. We understand that they are busy but it was just a little difficult to get them out here. They did a very good job once they got out here.

It looks GREAT, I'm very happy with the work. I need to thank Angie's list for there help in finding an honest company.

Although it took months to get started, the work was done in less then 2 weeks even with some unforeseen changes. We were extremely pleased with the result, and have received "rave" comments from neighbors and family.

There were some aspects in which they were very professional. They had a contract and did the work and the job turned out OK. When they did the work the broke off a eight of my sprinkler heads. They did not seem very excited to fix them and when they finally did come out they left two broken and I had the original sprinkler company to come out and fix it, and they wanted to be there. They eventually got back out here and they fixed one and the other still did not work. I advised him that I was gonna have the original company come out and fix it and send them the bill. He told me that that was not part of their contract, and I told them they had lost a repeat customer and I was unhappy.

I would highly recommend this company. The owner Jeff and all of his employees were very professional throughout the whole process. They always followed through with what they said they would do. The employees paid attention to detail in their work and cleaned up the area very nicely after finishing. Jeff was always readily available for my questions or concerns. The paver walkway and landscaping look great.

They do good work and are very pleasant. The price is a little high but I will continue to use them in the future.

We plan to have an ongoing relationship with this company. They will provide lawn care services for us in the future. We've been very satisfied with their service, and they've been very pleasant to work with. They're not perfect, but they are very, very good.
