When I called for a quote they came out and viewed it and emailed a quote to me. I was not sure if I should hire them but when we had a surprise snow storm over night I emailed them one early Saturday morning and they responded VERY promptly. Within the next half hour they went to our commercial location and shoveled and/or put calcium in our walk ways. They responded to my emails very promptly and when I was traveling was on top of our needs before I could get an email out to them. Because of their attention to our needs and communication, I'll continue to use them and refer them to anyone who needs a landscaper or snow removal.

The record setting rainfall in the Columbus area delayed our construction schedule about 3 weeks but I was kept informed of the situation. Demo took 3 or 4 days and, after the delay, it took about 12 days for all construction and finish work to be completed. This included working in the rain some days. The crew was courteous and took time to clean up the driveway and street at the end of each day. Any concerns or questions were addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. The finished product looks better than we could have imagined. All we have to do now is wait for Spring so they can dress up the seeded grass areas that were challenging to grade with the frozen topsoil.

After a very timely visit by Jeff, who demonstrated deep knowledge of all horticultural matters and understood us immediately for what we needed, it took quite a while to actually get the work done. However, that was due to a combination of busy time of the year for landscaping businesses, bad weather, and then illness affecting the workers. Once they came, however, they did an excellent job. You would have been hard pressed to tell they had even been there, given the cleanliness they left behind. The quality of the work was also top rate and they did everything we had agreed upon.

It went very well. It was kind of cold that day and they came back out to reset the bricks due to setting. They had outstanding customer service and follow up.

I will be using them again this winter. Their prices depend on the weather; if the snow requires the ploughing, they will do the job. Last year, they came around five times and they charged around $60 per visit. My driveway is about 100 feet and they landscaped around it. Their service has been satisfactory. I do not have to call them; they come out on their own. They do provide the service wherein you have to call them to come out, but you will be at the bottom of their list. They come out when it snows and they do not take advantage of it. I will continue to use them in the future.

I've used Jeff's company in the past, so knew the quality and service to expect. He continues to set high standards. I worked with Troy, who had a lot of patience and vision. He made suggestions that enhanced the overall project. Their first task was to repair a really bad job (done by another company) of removing stumps and roots from trees that were removed earlier in the spring. They had to fill and level the areas and reseed. I decided to fill in the holes and seed, thinking I'd save money. Bad idea. I should have had Terra do this in the first place;I would have saved time,money and my back and the job would have been done correctly. Once the new seed was established, they core aerated the entire lawn and did two fertilizer treatments. The yard hasn't looked this good in several years. They installed a new tree at the side of the house - the quality of the plant material is excellent and the tree is d*** well. In my back yard, they removed an existing brick patio that had been in place for 18 years and was falling apart. They repurposed the brick to another area to create a small, intimate seating area under the trees. They installed new plant materials - Troy did an exceptional job of suggesting unusual materials, which was very appealing. If I wanted the same old thing that everyone has, I would have called someone else. Again, the quality of the materials is evident. They had to extend a planting bed and repurposed the existing stone border and added to it with other stone. They were neat and fast. Troy did great job of following up. We are already talking about another project to begin next spring. They don't come much better than this group.

They did an excellent job. I will recommend them. I will use them again. It looks a whole lot better.

Kyle is the best. I have used him several times to trim our trees in our front yard. The work is always done quickly and looks great. What else can you ask for. I will always use Kyle.

We divided up the price. I liked most of the work. What I didn't like was they put in some steps between the walls and they didn't align the walls up. The price was reasonable. They were responsive. If I used them again I would be much more precise.

They showed up on time to do the work. I'll hire them again next summer.

My experience of working with them was very good. They did what they said they were going to do. They were responsive, punctual and professional.

After seeing what a great job they did on my neighbor's yard, and that they had good reviews in Angie's List, I called Terra Horticultural Services for an estimate for a spring clean-up. The estimate was reasonable compared to a service I used the prior year, so I signed up. The work was done when promised at the estimated price, and the results were spectacular. I have signed up for the monthly maintenance ($130/month), and I continue to be impressed with the work each and every month. I am now waiting for an estimate to remove some trees, add shrubs, etc. I anticipate good results with that as well.

I called them in early summer to keep up the mowing, and do some weeding. My mower had broken, and I needed the mowing started quickly. With all the rain, I had a jungle in the backyard. They were immediately responsive, and someone came out and mowed on Sunday so as to get me started early, as they had promised. I am renting, so not in a position to do much with the landscaping. They made many suggestions about the landscaping and weeds, but only did what I asked with no pressure to contract them for more services. I have been very happy with them, and they regularly mow when needed, and leave a service slip so I can calculate exactly how much I owe them. They create a mutually trusting relationship, and when I have met them, they have been very professional and respectful. I will definitely ask for their services next summer.

We spent around $5000 on that service. We liked that they really listened to what we wanted and did that. We would tell others that they really listen and they are knowledgeable about plants. The price was good. We would use them again.

Did an excellent job, very professional, cleaned up nicely. Woul duse them again and recommend them. Price was competitive. The only weakness is getting back to you - you need to stay in contact with them on your end.

They were incredible. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were prompt. The job was little expensive but the quality was so high it's been the example of, you get what you pay for. They did a great job. It was quick. I would use their services again in the future.

They were responsive to our call and came out to review our drawings. They made some recommendations, which improved our plans, then sent an estimate within a short time of their visit. Once they started work, it moved very quickly, with the entire project taking less than 5 days. Each night they cleaned up the area and the neighbors mentioned how much they appreciated the tidiness of Terra's work. Billing was timely as well. This was an excellent experience from start to finish.

Fine. The work was done well except that there were dirt footprints all over the blacktop which had to be scrubbed off with soap and a bruch.

I use them all the time. The service was excellent. They are very professional and prompt in their arrival. They are easy to communicate with. A lot of landscapers use teams that are language challenged and they always have a supervisor that I can communicate with, which is nice. I will be using them again.

They do an excellent job. I have already hired them to do lawncare this summer.

They are great. They do good work. They don?t leave a mess. They do a little bit extra a lot of times. I have been constantly happy at what they have done for me. They did the mulch and topsoil, the trees and the landscaping. I would use them in the future.

We used their plan, but we did the installation ourselves. I have actually used him twice for design work. He is great. He is very honest about everything and he is very knowledgeable about all the products he is talking about. The speed could have been a little bit better, but we understood that it was the time of the year when he was trying to do a lot of installation work.

They do excellent work and he is a great guy to work with. The yard looks great and we hire him for monthly maintenance as well. We would highly recommend him.
