I am very disappointed that a company that offers a deal to a certain service area on Angie's Big Deal refuses to honor that service area. Angie's list and/or the company should plan ahead before offering the deal.

They did a great job. Everything looked so tidy again. They did an excellent job cleaning up, they even pulled weeds to make everything look better. Their customer service was excellent. Their office followed up with how it went and if I had any questions. The crew forgot to thin out the hostas and she sent them back out to complete the job. I would definitely use them again in the ftuture!

I did not end up using this big deal due to the estimate he gave me being far more than I wanted to pay.

After trying to set an appointment, it was very difficult to get an appointment, but I feel he may be overwhelmed with all the work. He was very nice, and seemed great.

They did a good job. A torrential downpour occurred towards the end of the job, something outside of their control.

They showed up on time, asked for details of what I wanted done, did exactly what I asked, and then cleaned up thoroughly. They were professional and friendly.

I had a fairly prompt response after purchasing the Big Deal. Someone came to evaluate the work I wanted done and factored in the big deal. It then took a while to receive the estimate. I finally did and was told to call in to schedule the work. I called the next day and spoke to an answering service. A week later, I never received an appointment. I suppose $700 isn't enough to interest them.

I was very pleased with the work provided by AJ, and his partner. They edged my flower beds, trimmed 10 bushes, trimmed 2 trees, and cleaned up everything afterwards. They did a very good job, and they were super friendly. It was one of those very hot and humid days, and even with the heat, they didn't skimp a bit. They are getting my grade of A for quality and professionalism. What I am not happy with is the communication from the office to me. I was notified via email on 6/27 that said "I am writing to let you know that your job has been scheduled for Tuesday July 1st with the crew arriving around 11:00 am. We will have a two man crew at your property for 2 full hours equaling 4 man hours." I replied back to the email stating that I would attempt to leave work early to show them exactly what I wanted done. I arrived home before 1100, and waited, and waited, and waited. I called Landscaped by Terra at 1pm, and I inquired as to why they were so late. I was told by the Office Manager that they would be at my house in the afternoon. I asked when, and I was told sometime later. I asked if they were even in my county, and I was told "I think so", and they would arrive after they were done with the job they were on. I told the Office Manager that they have very poor communication skills with their customers, and if the crew was not going to arrive by the 1100 time I was provided with on 6/27, I should have been called and told that, I wouldn't have left work. I was told by the Office Manager "oh sorry." I told her I expected better from their company, and I was disappointed. The crew arrived at 150pm. The Officer Manager gets an F for professionalism, responsiveness, and punctuality, not the work crew. When the crew did arrive, I told them I had been told that they would be at my house around 1100. They were taken aback because they had a job scheduled for 30 minutes prior to my appointment time. I told them it wasn't their fault at all, they aren't responsible for notifying clients if they were going to be so very late. It's the office's fault because they should contact the clients, they do the scheduling. I would hire them again based on the work that was provided by the guys that came, my only drawback would be having to deal with the office again, and their total lack of communication.

The company was very responsive in calling me right away and scheduling an appointment. Collin came out of May 31 but I've never heard back and went with another provider.

They did an excellent job. My neighbors were impressed with the speed and attn to detail they observed. My only wish is that I could have purchased a couple of the deals. I intend to call and get an estimate for back yard.

We bought the 4 hours of yard clean up for $99 as an Angie's Deal. We had to wait a little to get a response but they were always very friendly. They sent an e-mail with the date the workers would be at our house, but I didn't see it. Luckily we were home the day that AJ and Javory came to do the work. We have a tree line at the back of our property that we wanted cleaned up and poison ivy/oak pulled from (had major vines growing up some of the trees). They removed everything that that they could and cleaned it all up. We had them remove a big log along with all the leaves and debris. With the time left they edged our flower beds. AJ and Javory did an amazing job. They worked to get everything they could done for us in the 2 hours (4 man hours) that they had scheduled for us.

The area is now a showpiece, including a new garden shed designed to fully integrate with the residence. The service goes beyond landscaping, is really an architectural company that works with the whole space. Very pleased with the result. The three serpentine walls hold back the hillside, while providing new planting beds for trees, shrubs, flowers, along with a fantastic lawn area winding around the property. The loss of 10+ ash trees meant loss of the roots too, with nothing in place to keep the hillside from sliding into a nearby creek, taking the house with it. This solution fixed the problem elegantly. Final plantings are in process, using a non-Terra related service. Even at this stage, have had lots of traffic in driveway, people who want a closer look! Have used Terra for various projects in the past, continue to be highly satisfied with the result, plan on using them again.

There was some issues receiving the plans for the design. Once they were notified the issue was resolved, I just wasn't aware if it was a technology issue or a delay issue with the company at the time, Design was very nice.

I purchased this on Monday & it said we would schedule within 48 hours since it's been 4 days & we have not scheduled, I called to find out what the status was. I was told they were already booked through the end of July so it would be after that but they wouldn't even start scheduling until next week some time. This is well beyond the timeline that I needed.

OVERSOLD DEAL AND TOLD ME COULDN'T DO WORK FOR TWO MONTHS

I have contacted the company to set up an appointment. They are kind of booked out a bit. The staff has been very kind and polite through email and on the phone. They have also been courteous and responsive. I just wish they could do the work sooner.

He never returned or provided the promised landscaping plan. I am not certain of the last date we heard from him but the service was not provided.

I purchased this online but somehow I got double dealed. I called them and said that I got double dealed I want to make sure that one is closed out. For some reason I thought they had closed out both so it took a while for me to realize that one of the things went through, that's fine. I contacted them they contacted back. I made the appointment and since the appointment, even though I was told there was going to be a several week delay because of the season, I still have not received my design. He came out and we talked about things that I wanted done. He was suppose to provide me with a landscape plan. It has now been over a month. I have not heard from them and have not received my plan.

I love Jeff not only is he good at his trade but he is one of the best people I know.

Too costly since it only included the relatively front yard

They are great. Extremely professional, always do perfect pruning and clean out jobs.

They did a nice job and came out and used the Angie's Lists promotion; use a nice plan for me and I'm probably going to use portions of that plan. I haven't had them do the work yet but I was impressed with them so far. They're responsive; they have good design and very prestige.

As always (we have been customers for 10 years) the men did a beautiful job. They worked very hard and cleaned up my flower beds and put down new mulch. They had to edge new beds and that is not easy in our clay-type dirt. My yard looks perfect. They hauled away all the debris, swept the walks, patios and driveway and blew away the remaining leaves dropped by our countless trees. And they did it all in one day!

They took a long time to get back with us. Their price was very very high. After they came out to do the landscape design, it took forever. I had to call them back.

This the third year I have used this company to clean up the yard in the spring. I contacted the company in February about the need to schedule the cleanup at a certain time and I received a prompt response confirming the work would scheduled as requested. I also received a cost estimate that included all the suggestions about how the work would be done that were discussed last year without any prompting from me. I was told what week and the day of the week the work would be done assuming of course that the weather cooperated! A team of two arrived on the designated day and worked diligently from about 9;30 a.m. to 5:00p.m.. They carefully transported many loads of black mulch and distributed it around plants that were already in bloom without leaving a trail of mulch on the driveway or patio. The yard looked quite good before they started because of the clean up work done in the fall by the same company, but it looked great when they finished the spring clean up. This company is now familiar with my expectations and I plan to continue to use their services the rest of the year.
