From the minute that Collin came to our first appointment we were so pleased!! He's professional and always committed to your vision. Communication was awesome, he always returned my calls, even in the evening or on the weekends. The crew was very professional, always cleaned up after themselves and they did a great job!!

I have been very pleased with the service provided by this company. I have used their services for several years and plan to use them again in 2015. Electronic communication with the company is excellent. They are responsive to questions and comments and rarely have to be reminded to provide requested service. This is the first year I have used the monthly maintenance service and Sarah and her associates have done a wonderful job of keeping my yard in great shape. She obviously takes great pride in her work and it is reflected in the results. I plan to use the service again next year.

He worked really well with us. He produced some drawings and we just weren't quite ready for him yet. He did everything he had promised and more.

They are very efficient, very reliable, thorough in what they do. I was totally very satisfied with what they did last year so we called them this year. I opted for their automatically coming out and do the service. I give them top grade.

I had asked them to do edging then the weeding, they did the weeding first and didn't finish the edging. I called them about the issue and they came right out and fixed it. Overall I was satisfied with the job, they did very well.

I felt they did a very good job. They cleaned the flower beds, divided the annuals and transplanted them in empty spaces. Installed a few new plants for variety. I asked them to put whatever was removed (mostly Hosta) along the fence for my kids to use at their homes. I couldn't have been happier with the work they did. My disappointment came on the last day. I calculated in my mind how much the quote broke down to an hour. I was told they would be finished by 2:00 the afternoon of the last day. I could tell they had under quoted by an hour or two, because they still had two large flower beds to clean up when 2:00 rolled around. I knew it would be another 2 or 3 hours and I decided, since I was so happy with what they had done, I was going to pay them their rate for the last 2 or 3 hours extra it would take them to finish up. If the sales rep, Troy Richards, who would pop in and out to oversee the job, had been around in the final afternoon, I would have told him my good intentions. I did not want to cheat anyone out of the money they deserved. Much to my surprise, I looked out my back window at 2:15 to see how they were progressing and they were GONE! Packed up at 2:00 and never said a word. I thought maybe they needed to be on time for another job that day and would be back later in the week. I felt this was very unprofessional. I was available to discuss any extra time that may have been needed, even though it clearly stated they would clean up ALL existing beds. I had a larger flower bed outside my back fence, which, if they had time, they were going to work on, but it was not promised and I didn't expect it. But I was let down when the last two flower beds by the patio and deck were not cleared out and divided like the other front and back beds had been. The yard was spotless when they left. I thought they did a great job, just disappointed they didn't finish it. I kept thinking they would return to finish the beds. I didn't call because I had the wedding to on my mind and many other details to manage. As you can tell, I'm still disappointed they quit when the money was up and not when the estimate was finished. The price of $2284 reflects a $100 Angie's list discount, and I did not include the tax.

I did not hear from them for about a month then they eventually showed up. It was a nice experience. Their work was well done and very detailed. They came out prompt, took pictures and went. They came back after a month. I complained to Angie's List because I wanted a refund and they said they couldn't refund because it was over a month. I worked it out with the company and they eventually showed up. They had many designs.

It turned out to be okay. That was the first time I used their service. Maybe, I will use them again. There was really nothing that stood out to me about their company or service.

It was fine. They gave me a quote and I'm considering it. They weren't the quickest. He came out but I didn't get my design probably until another month later. They're professional.

It was magnificent. They did terrific work. We will probably not use them again, but not because they didn't do great work but we can't afford them for another project.

I have not followed up with them. It was one of the big deals. I was not charged extra. It took them a while to get to me. They have not done any work for me. The guy was nice.

The provider made my landscape look fresh and clean...just the way I want it to look.

It didn't go. We never heard back from them. I can only assume that they were not interested in our landscaping project.

I purchased a landscape design consultation in November 2013. After being unable to schedule a meeting before winter set in, I finally met with someone in April when I was told that due to a back log created by the Angie's List deal, it would take 4-6 weeks to get the designs to me. I called in mid-June to remind them I had already waited 8 weeks and wondered when I might expect the designs. The person who answered the phone took the message and said someone would call me later that day. I have not heard from them since. I thought perhaps they had gone out of business, but another Angie's List deal was recently offered so I guess they're still in business.

They were very good. Very friendly and accomadating.

I purchased a deal through Angie's list, where the landscape company was to provide a plant design and a 3D design. I met with the landscape architect on August 1, 2014. He stated he would have my design completed within 2 - 3 weeks. After three weeks had passed and receiving zero communication from the company, I emailed the landscape architect. Even though three weeks had passed, I was then informed that the work had not yet been finished. I was told I would receive something back within the next week. The deal through Angie's list stated it was a plant design and a 3D design. When the landscape architect came out, he stated the plants they use are "nationwide" plants, but he would try to customize the plants to my Landscape Zone. Also during his visit, he really pushed that I change over to using rocks instead of using mulch. My yard is extremely small. With an experienced professional, my landscape design should have taken no longer than one week. It also concerns me that the offer was for a landscape design, yet the plants they use are "nationwide" plants. The verbal presentation I received just did not seem like it was going to be very customized to Central Ohio conditions. I think the company is really more geared toward providing hard scaping ideas, vs providing landscaping plans, specific to various temperatures and environmental conditions.

Terra's crew arrived as scheduled and worked steadily for four days to complete the project. Access to the work area was was through a gate from the alley behind our house, and the wall was built on top of an existing stone retaining wall along a river bank. The stone had to be hauled by hand from the alley, and much of the work was done standing on the 4" steps formed by the existing retaining wall. Not easy working conditions!! Mid-way through the project I realized that the new retaining should be taller than the original stack of railroad ties. Terra agreed and adjusted their plans to do that. The result was beautiful and sturdy wall. (Why didn't I do this years ago?) The only small hick-up was scheduling. A few weeks after signing the contract I called to see if the project was on Terra's schedule, and was told "yes -- can we start tomorrow"?? No big deal, as it turned out, but it could have been a problem if I had been out of town.

The service went okay. They pulled some weeds, but most of them they just chopped off. The weeds have since come back since the service. They also apparently could not tell the difference between the weeds and flowers. Two technicians came out and completed the service within 2 hours. They were good with the cleanup afterwards. The technicians were pleasant to work with and I had no problem scheduling the deal.

They did an excellent job. The yard looks so much nicer! I thought my butterfly bush was dead but they cut away the dead parts and revealed a healthy plant underneath! I was delighted. They also took away all of the debris and left the yard looking very neat.

It was a little bit of a challenge to confirm the appointment, date for service. But, once I was able to talk with the owner and review the job - I was able to work it in on the schedule. The team that came out to the house to perform the work did a nice job. They were very professional and completed the work as requested.

They were very friendly. For the money, they did a good job.

The company's rep did a nice job of listening and making suggestions as we walked the property. I could tell he was really focused on what would work best in different areas of our yard. He provided a detailed design drawing which clearly reflected all we talked about. He took good notes which certainly made their way onto the final design. I was impressed. It did take about 4 weeks for us to get the design. The delay was due to the fact that Terra was swamped with business after running an Angie's List (AL) coupon for complete landscape designs. AL customers should expect some delays from businesses who run coupons through AL. Businesses usually end up with a lot of customers taking advantage of the coupons and they just don't have enough cycles to get to everyone. We did not have Terra do the installation of the design. We completed it ourselves. I'd recommend Terra.

They did a Great job! The curb appeal of my house is back.

The service was fine once we were able to setup a date. I had to email them a number of times to nail down a time and I had to do a lot of work to do that. They sent 2 people out to do the job and they were done in 2 hours.
