Consultation was very helpful. Salesperson was knowledgable, open to our ideas, friendly. Came up with a design we liked and presented it professionally. We chose to have Terra redo our front yard with the final design we agreed on, and were very pleased with the result. Would recommend to others and will likely use in the future.

The company came out timely to look at my yard to provide me with an estimate for some work. The guy did arrive without calling but ok. It's been a couple of weeks and I have had no response. I emailed with no response and called today and left a message wtih a secretary.

I did response to the option to have a landscape architect come to our home. While they were slow to respond, the 3 dimensional rendering was very nice but with a cost that far exceeded $20,000.

This is how all Angie's List special buys should work! Terra was quick to respond with a phone call, came out and did the walk through, and followed-up 2 weeks later with the finished product. The designer walked through the design and explained everything in detail. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get some fresh landscape ideas and plans.

Great. Troy visited and looked at property. Spent a few weeks developing a concept and then presented the concept. Provided a detailed cost proposal as well as a list of recommendations including types of plants, bushes and trees.

He did what I purchased and took photographs of the yard. He then came over and we spent an hour discussing the potential work and the drawing, which wasn’t as professional as I thought it would be and had only one view and did not include measurements. In part of the plans he suggested changing the retaining wall, which was included. I then never heard from him after this meeting.

We haven’t had them out to the home yet. We have had conversations about coming out and plan on trying to have them out to our home. They're good at talking on the phone.

It was an excellent experience. Two professional, personable, and hard-working techs came out to do the work. Overall, they were at my home for 8 hours over the span of a couple of days. Their prices were reasonable.

They came in and they did work for more hours so we end up paying more for them. It was hard time scheduling other than that they did very good work. I would use them again.

They came out and did three different blueprints because we've changed a few things. We’re waiting until the weather breaks and plan on moving forward in the spring. He estimated the work would take about 3 weeks. We worked with Colin and they were extremely good.

They brought my plan out with pictures. They fulfilled the deal. I am probably not going to go with them though because they are a little bit too pricey, but there were no additional fees associated with the deal.

He came, but he didn’t listen the first time. He came with an elaborate plan that needed to be revised. The second plan was better.

While the experience was good and the design was very nice it was not usable. Also, the price for the plans seemed just a little bit high.

They do a good job and are very responsive. They always arrive on time- weather permitting. They do what I want and the yard looks great.

I purchased a Big Deal on 10-8-14 for a "landscaping evaluation of your yard with a proposal and a conceptual 3-D rendering of your project." Shortly after this purchase, the company contacted me to schedule an appt. to come to my home. Someone from the company did come to my home as scheduled on 10-28-14 at 9am. He talked to me for about 10-15 minutes. I don't remember him writing anything down and the conversation seemed rather vague, compared to others I have had for the same service (which were also Big Deals). He said he would come back later to take measurements. (My husband was home that day and never saw him return.) He said he would work up a design and send it to me and that this might take 'awhile.' I wasn't in a hurry to get it, so I didn't mind. I never received it and never heard from him again. On 1/15/15, I called the company to ask why. I talked to a woman who said she would look into it and call me back. She never did. I would like a refund. Angies List recently posted the same Big Deal with this company. If you bought it, I hope you have better luck than I did!

The guys just came over in basically consulted and draw up some plans; it was nice to have a professional opinion.

Good. It was very good design. The guys showed up on time. Very polite. Explained things very good. He gave a lot about trees and shrubs.

ly find a company that Great company to work with. Communicated with us over every detail. The team was dedicated and did everything thoroughly. We had used the company for putting down mulch initially and they did a great job with that too. Will continue to use them for other work in the future. We have no hesitation about recommending them to anyone! Great to finally find a company that you can depend on-they handled everything connected with the patio perfectly.

Design was nice, but the quote to do the work was too expensive.

They were punctual on the first appointment to talk about the project to receive the quote. During this visit they listen to my ideas and where professional on their recomendtations.

We originally used Landscaping by Terra to put in a dry creek bed and some significant landscaping in our back yards. That project went amazing and they are our go to company for landscaping needs. The fall clean up, while not as exciting as new landscaping, was handled extremely well. Scheduling was easy and done through e-mail (my preference). They were amenable to scheduling us late in the year, which is perfect as we have a couple trees that hold their leaves a long time. The crew that did the clean up did an amazing job. There wasn't a leaf left in the yard and everything looked gorgeous. We have a couple beds of ivy that take a lot of trimming/thinning out and they handled them perfectly. All our considerable ornamental grasses were cut down without any debris left in the yard. Landscaping by Terra is a great company to work with. We know our projects will be done right and that they will follow through on everything they commit to.

The work was spread over a large period of time; they were contacted by the end of May, but they did not finish the work until August. They were there for three days. I liked their thoroughness and professionalism.

Requested estimate for new paver or concrete steps and retaining walls. Presentation was very professional but estimate was 45% greater than company I eventually chose for the same work. Also, did not feel that they were very willing to work with the look I wanted.
