Just disappointed. Did not get what we purchased. We purchased a plan. Did not get a complete plan...just half a plan. From reading the other reviews, it doesn't look like we are alone.

Baffled by the lack of customer service and deliverables. I inquired about an estimate to have a complete landscape overhaul for our front yard and was told someone would be in contact within a week for an initial quote. After 1.5 weeks we reached out by phone and was told they were really busy and to email them the pictures of our yard and the scope of the project. They were going to build up a quote for us and return it within a week. A month later, we still have not heard anything from this provider. I understand it is peak time of year for you, but don't alienate and disparage your customers. Be honest and communicate timelines and workloads.

Did well. Troy came out and told him what I was looking for in my landscape. Provided 3D image with detailed plan, pricing, etc. Happy with the service provided.

I bought the deal from Angie's list. The deal says the provider will come to my house and give a 3D design of my yard. A landscaper did stop by. We talked about the plants in my yard and he answered my questions about landscaping. It felt good at that time. But in the end he told me they are busy and the 3D may come one or two month later. It was Nov. or Dec. and I wouldn't do anything to my yard in winter anyway. So I said OK. But almost half year has passed since then and I never got that 3D design. They didn't complete the service! I think I should get a refund!

We did not use this landscaper for our yard. We picked one of the others we got quotes from. However, they were friendly and professional. They also refunded our deposit we gave them for a design since they had not started it yet.

I purchased the Angie's List deal for a 3-D landscape plan. When it was not scheduled I called and after one cancellation, finally met the designer at the site. After calling I finally got the plan - but it was not 3-D. As instructed, he developed a comprehensive plan, so we can do the work in phases over several years. They installed the first phase. Work was delayed and the quality was Ok. I worked on the 2nd phase myself and had to fix some of the work they skimped on.

The team came and went almost without notice. Property was cleaned up each day and progress was quick and efficient. Actual patio and landscaping met the concept drawing to a tee. Cost was very reasonable even compared to the do-it-yourself price. We built two other patios ourselves and can attest to this first hand. I would hire them again without question.

Installation went well, but followup on issues with the material used to fill in around the flagstones has been terrible. I've called and talked to the sale rep at least three (3) times between June and August 2015 to ask that the filler be corrected. He came once and assured me they would fix it. Never showed, more calls. The excuse was always "gee I think they took you off the list". Well, it's now Jan 2016 and my patience is gone. Other potential customers must know about how bad this company is with follow-up. I have used them for two projects at two differet residences, but I will not use them again.

I ultimately did not move forward with the project. Collin was the company's representative. He was fantastic: very professional, always responsive, punctual, great ideas for the design. Based upon my experience, I would strongly recommend working with Landscapes by Terra.

The work was originally fine I called them back to come and do some work on the patios and they never responded. He told me I had a ten year guarantee and I called him back in 2013 and the woman in the office said they would call back and they never did.

It was okay. The work was fine. It was just that there was a delay in getting things done in a timely manner and just getting it scheduled. The time frame of getting them scheduled was the issue that I had a problem with. The workers were fine but the owner was the one who wasn't good in getting it scheduled.

They were able to start before scheduled and arrived earlier than expected which was fine with me. The gardens were weed consumed and they cleaned up as they went about their work. The two men were diligent and knew what they were doing. The job took longer than discussed but necessary for completing the work I wanted. They frequently checked with me as they went through the job making sure they knew what I wanted, which I appreciated. I am an avid gardener, but having had two back surgeries this summer, my yard had turned into an embarrassment and an eye sore. Now I will be able to look out my windows this winter with relief knowing next spring I will be ahead of the game. I will used this company again and will recommend them highly.

Nice guy. I felt as if he developed the design the day he came to present it. The design was what we thought to be very expensive.

Provided detailed drawings of new landscaping, including pictures of the plants and flowers. Hope to have the actual work (or part of it) done by this provider in the future. Very professional, prompt and friendly.

First impressions count. Collin came to the house and walked the yard with me. He was an instant hit, as he listened to what I had to say. I told him what I liked and what I did not want. This was early in the year and after meeting with him the second time, and reviewing the blue prints for the job, we requested to wait and have the plantings done closer to fall. That's what they did. The guys came out to do the work and were always on time and believe it or not, there was not a mess when they were completed. Not a tire track, no excess mulch, just my new landscaping. They were amazing in their care and respect for my property. They removed 2 large pines from an existing flower bed that had gotten to large and were taking over. You could not tell they were ever there. Antonio was the lead and if I asked for something, they delivered. He and his crew are hard working. We enjoyed working with Collin on this project. He took us to the nursery to pick out plants and provided guidance on the plants that would work well in certain parts of the yard. I received emails with updates or phone calls with suggestions and timing. I found Collin to be very knowledgeable about his work. He is professional and personable, which made this project so much easier. I will be calling Collin to come back out and do some additional work in the front of the house. We love the back yard landscaping and are so glad we decided on Landscaping by Terra.

It seemed to of went ok, they were very open to what my wife and I had to say and seemed excited about the project. The word "BUSY" came up a lot... how "BUSY" they were with other projects and because they were so "BUSY" it would be a little while until we got the estimate, but by the end of the week we did receive the estimate. At this point it was just a consultation, we were to receive a 3D rendering of our yard with possible ideas of what the yard could look like. Since there were some personal issues that needed to be taken care of, scheduling a time to have them come out and show us the 3D drawings never took place, and when I reached out to them weeks later, they took it as we were no longer interested so they never completed the drawings because they were so "BUSY". So after exchanging emails, we agreed that they would email me the drawings, but give them some time because they were "BUSY". I never received the drawings, reported them to Angie's list and we got our money back.

Colin was pleasant and knowledgable. For whatever reason he did not get back to me nor I to him. Time marched on and I just decided not to pursue. I would not be opposed to using this provider in the future.

We had met with Collin in early 2014 to get an idea of how much it would cost to replace our existing patio that was beginning to crumble. Collin provided a full estimate with 3D pictures. He contacted us the end of the year to see if we were planning to go forward and met with us again. We set everything to get started the middle of March 2015. Collin brought pavers to us to look at and choose from. Even after we had settled on the pavers and design, he had found something new and brought the pavers for a different border. I have to say, Collin really gets a feel for what you have in mind. Watching everything from the sideline impressed upon me the reason for the cost of the patio. The guys that worked on this patio worked hard and their attention to detail was incredible. Problems arose that had to be addressed with our association which included a new drainage system that was eventually approved and put in by Terra along with a foundation problem that had to be taken care of by a contractor. Our condo was built in 1973 so these problems were not unusual. I was grateful for the patience of Terra while this was taken care of so they could proceed. Once this was done, the work continued. The outcome was more than we had hoped for. Our patio is absolutely gorgeous! Other condo owners in our community have contacted Terra for their patio needs. We have another patio on the backside of our condo that we will have Terra redo, as well. For any patio and/or landscaping needs, I highly recommend Terra. You will not be disappointed. The cost may seem high, but, when you see what goes into removing and building a patio, you'll see the reason. Some of our cost was due to the fact that there was machinery that would not fit through our gate and so that work had to be done by hand.

Excellent work all around. We will be using them from this point on.

I contacted Landscapes By Terra via their online form. I received a reply on April 28 from Jeff Stroupe thanking me for contacting them and asking when could we meet. I replied right away that anytime would work - just please text me when he was coming. A few days went by so I called Jeff. He told me I was on his schedule for Friday, May 1st as he was working right down the street. Unfortunately he did not show up so I wasted over a week with a patio that needs some repair work. If Jeff had told me from my initial contact that they weren't interested in the business, or couldn't make it, whatever....I would totally understand. But, please please don't tell me you are interested, make me wait over a week, set a date to show up, and then not show up! Wastes my time and just bad business.

I have been using Terra for roughly 4-5 years and I am very happy with their services. The work is done timely and extremely well. Any questions or concerns I have are handled immediately and professionally. I have no complaints and will continue using them in the future.

Terra was ver responsive to our needs and input. We did not go forward with the project as we couldn't come to a decision about what to do. Not their problem. Our indecision.

They did a wonderful job. I was very, very satisfied. They hit everything I ask them to do & more. I would recommend them for sure.

Collin did a terrific job capturing our ideas and wishes for new landscaping around our patio. We had given him a general set of guidelines and discussed what we would like to see in the finished design. He was able to put all of this together and provided a detailed drawing of the new beds for our review. Unfortunately, our desires came with a price tag that exceeded our budget so we were unable to move forward with them. Nevertheless, we were very impressed with his professionalism.
