It went very well. I had a limited time window and Ray fit me in on relatively short notice. He came with a crew of 4 besides himself (he did drive the truck for hauling, even though he had an air cast and crutch from a sprained ankle) early in the morning and by 3:00 PM everything was done to my complete satisfaction. It was a well-oiled machine! It was obvious that he and his crew have been in business for a long time and know what they are doing. Even though this was a relatively small job for them, it was a huge help to me, I was from out of town and didn't know whom to call for this kind of job and thus consulted Angie's List. Ray was helpful, polite, thorough and efficient, as was his entire crew. He came with an estimate early in the week, I was in town and came down in price on the day the work was done, based on what I was able to do before he got there. I felt the price was fair for what was accomplished. I would recommend Ray's cleaning/hauling without reservation.

Fantastic. Ray called me when he arrived and kept me updated on the progress. They stacked up the boxes that were in the room neatly and with care. Their cleaning job was great. I expect to use them again in the near future for assistance with cleaning our attic. Ray is very professional and I appreciate all that they did.

They came with a crew of 5 people for the 9 room 3 story house. They did the job so well and efficiently. I was amazed at how well they did!

Ray's Cleaning only gets positive reviews because that's what it deserves. He was true to his word on price, time and job promised. He and his crew treated my valuables and fragile items like they were their own. Ray was on the job the entire time, so he runs his business and is responsible for the results. Our property had been vacant for two years and needed to be brought back to square one--not something a general cleaning service does. Ray has cornered the niche market on deep and industrial cleaning. Everyone needs a Ray at least once in a lifetime!

Everything went great! Ray and his crew showed up on time and were very friendly. They got right to work. My house is amazing! Ray even cleaned all the grout in my kitchen and I still can't believe how white my floor is! My unfinished basement was cleared of all cobwebs and thoroughly scrubbed. The floor was professionally washed. They paid attention to all the details, including all my fixtures and doors. Ray even helped me put up new light bulbs in my kitchen. The windows were cleaned, inside and out, and even the frames, which were pretty nasty from the previous owners. I would definitely hire Ray and his crew again in a heartbeat!

The basement hadn't been touched in a very long time and it was a difficult job but Ray came in and did a great job. If anyone has a really difficult job and they need a miracle, call Ray and he can help! Ray and his workers were very courteous, professional and compassionate. They were very good with working with elderly people. He even helped secure some of the railings on the stairs. He went above and beyond the cleaning and really helped make an unsafe situation safe again.

Cleaning was well done. Light fixtures very clean, although entry area fixtures were missed. Kitchen cabinets well cleaned; grout in kitchen exceptionally clean. Ray replaced the dryer hose (extra charge), but it became loose in the evening and had to be redone. At end of work cleanup a dirty area on hardwood floor outside kitchen found by owner; turned out it wasn't dirt but a corrosive that ate through floor finish. Ray called floor specialist who came next day and fixed the area as much as possible. Late in evening water & ammonia found in dishwasher. Drain was clogged. Garbage disposal switch in ON position. Worked a few seconds when reset button pushed. Repeated. Inspected drain & found terrycloth cleaning rag (about 12" x 20") stuffed in drain. Called Ray & insisted that he come to condo & he did. He insisted that it happened accidentally. Owner couldn't get rag back into disposal except by using significant force and believes that it could only have been done intentionally.

They were great. I'm not afraid to go down into my basement anymore!They did a great job on a large and pretty dirty space. I'm going to have them come back and do a deep clean on my house this spring. Very nice crew of guys. They worked hard. Ray is very concerned about customer satisfaction. It is a bit pricey, but they do far better than any other cleaning service I've ever used. ** I gave a "B" for price, but that was only because it is a large expense. However, you will absolutely get your money's worth **

Ray arrived at 8:30 AM with his crew just as he had promised. Started at the 3rd floor setting up all the drop cloths and vacuums. Just worked until the job was completed at 2:00 PM. Everything seems to have been done without incident. We have no complaints. We'd definitely call him again.

Went very well. Arrived on time. Worked quickly. Were professional. Did extras like washing mirrors, front window. Rehung pictures and put furniture back in place. Were careful with my things.

Excellent work. A team of five cleaned this house in a way it had never been cleaned before. It sparkles, worth every penny.

They cleaned the house exceptionally well. Ray was very accommodating, he usually cleans from the top down and made an exception for us, cleaning the basement first so we could begin moving our belongings. Though his schedule was busy, Ray made sure the work was done so we could move when we wanted to. The house was spotless when they were finished (we didn't have to clean anything) and smelled wonderful. The job they did made us feel very comfortable and at home once we moved in. Ray and his crew were polite, courteous, timely, and did a fantastic job. Thanks Ray!

My house has been neglected for a long time, and I knew it needed a thorough cleaning from top to bottom before I could begin to think about getting regular weekly help. I was drawn to Angie's reports for Ray's Cleaning and liked him both over the phone and when he came to give me an estimate. He and his crew of five men arrived when I expected them, and they worked HARD for over a day and a half. Although Ray had told me the more clutter I could remove the easier it would be for them to clean, I hadn't realized how hard it would be for me to "clear the decks" for them. Fortunately my husband had a better picture of what would be needed and kept at me as well as helped me remove breakables etc. ahead of time. All the men were kind and respectful of our home and its contents. It was a joy to have them in our house and I look forward to turning this into an annual event.

Ray found time to do our job the week before Christmas with very little notice. He was very thorough and professional, cleaning parts of the house I would not have even thought of. He worked with 3 other men, but stayed on the job with them, making sure everything was done to his satisfaction. He even replace burnt out light bulbs in my light fixtures, and suggested that I change the furnace filter to eliminate the further circulation of the dust.

We have used Ray's service before. They make a basement look much better and bigger.

He was very courteous and came on time. He gave me a price quote for washing the walls. He was very easy to talk to and professional.

Ray and his helper were right on time, very pleasant, got right to work, took extra care not to track in anything from the outside (it was raining). Did a good cleaning job of both the windows and lights.

When you look at the price above, it may seem like a lot. In reality, it was worth every penny. My house was filthy after having various tradesmen in and out of the house for more than 5 weeks. Ray came in and made everything sparkle and gleam. The refrigerator looks brand new. The garage is spotless. It was so great to have Ray take away all the garbage. It would have cost me $300 to get a dumpster, and then I would have had to load it up. For $145, Ray took care of all of it. The transformation of the kitchen floor, however, was the most remarkable. He took a grimy, ugly floor that I wanted to rip up and made it look beautiful and new. Now I'll happily keep it for years. Ray was really good about returning phone calls, and kept me apprised of all of their work at the house. If you're looking for a really thorough clean and want top quality, Ray's your man.

They came when they said they would, communication was good. They went out of their way to be helpful. They came back and replaced some of the things I wanted back. Ray was extremely helpful and courteous. They helped me get ready for a garage sale. I can't praise them enough. I felt the price was reasonable. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I've had Ray and his crew back several times. They do such a marvelous job. I don't think I've ever dealt with such a conscientious group of workers before. All were very friendly and very hard working. I had a top to bottom house cleaning, including the basement and also the grout on my kitchen floor which hadn't been properly cleaned since we first moved in. It almost looked like new! The house always smells so nice for days after they've been here. I wish I could have them come back every 6 months! I hope Ray and his group are in business for a long time to come.

They will go out of their way to do other jobs, such as change light bulbs. They are excellent. I would highly recommend.

They definitely went the extra yard for me. They even did extras, like help fix a leaky sink. I had never cleaned under the stove, and they moved every piece of furniture to clean under it (stove, fridge, etc).

Ray and his crew did an amazing job of overhauling the house and getting it ready for sale. The only thing I had to do afterwards was get the carpets cleaned. They did an excellent cleaning job throughout. Ray was able to fit me into his full schedule, so that I could get the house up for sale earlier.

RAY'S CLEANING SERVICE IS PHENOMENAL! RAY AND HIS CREW ARE THE CLOSEST TO MIRACLE WORKER'S THAT ANYONE COULD GET ON THIS EARTH! I AM NOT EASILY WON OVER AND AFTER BEING "STOOD UP" BY MULTIPLE CONTRACTOR'S, I WAS SKEPTICAL. THIS HOME WAS BEING PREPARED FOR SALE AND WAS OCCUPIED BY SOMEONE WHO HAD BEEN ILL FOR A LONG TIME AND DID NOT ALLOW THE HOME TO BE CLEANED. RAY WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, PUNCTUAL AND FAIR IN PRICE. HIS CREW WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE AND HIS CREW PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND OFFER AN EXTRA PAIR OF TRAINED EYES TO THE PROJECT FINDING AREAS IN THE HOME THAT COULD OF BEEN OVERLOOKED. REPLACING LIGHT BULBS AND SCREWS TO FURNACE VENT COVERS WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND A CLEANING JOB. WINDOWS WERE ALSO DONE AND DONE WELL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME HAVING TO HIRE FOR WORK TO BE DONE, AS I BECAME A WIDOW, AND MY HUSBAND HAD ALWAYS HANDLED THE WORK OR GETTING SOMEONE. HAVING GOOD HELP REALLY MEANT A LOT NOW THAT I HAVE TO MAKE THE CHOICES. THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME WITH ANGIE'S LIST. LAST SUMMER, I HAD A NEW ROOF DONE, BUT I KNEW ABOUT THE COMPANY AS THEY ALSO DID WORK FOR MY SON.
