Very well. Considering all the "digging" they had to do, the yard came back remarkably. They were very responsive to any thoughts or concerns we had including getting our downspouts that were not working well working and that was not part of their job.

Have a pretty big yard, around 1/2 acre. Spent lots of time getting estimates from about a dozen different companies. By far, Carol was the most professional and knowledgeable of all the other people who came to give estimates. One huge benefit of Sprinkler Doctor is they were the only company of the dozen that came out who used a mix of the top 2 brands of products to build a system with the best components available. Also, I was interested in a newer "smart" controller that they weren't familiar with, but they were able to source and install for me. 
The work started on Monday and was done by Wednesday. I can't say enough about how professional Austin and his team were during the whole thing. 
Price was VERY fair compared to the rest of the estimates I received, and thanks to Carol and Austin, everything went very smoothly and I'm extremely happy with the end product. 

Work performed as contracted.   Only problem - suggestion - is that contractor improve on timeliness of communications.  Had problems getting timely responses concerning schedules and answers to questions.

When we moved into our home 10 years ago, our lawn had an existing sprinkler system that was put in by another company.  It has to be about 20 years old by now.



10 years ago when we initially activated it, we called The Sprinkler Doctor and have used them every year since.  They are family-run business with professional, knowledgeable employees that care about you and your lawn and not

your check book. I’ve always enjoyed interacting with all of their team.



OK, back to this year……After many years of having no problems with our system other than minor tweaks, I had some valve issues upon the opening of my sprinkler system this spring.



Owners, Mark and Carol and their crew were wonderful to work with and were persistent to get my sprinklers fixed and up and running......even coming out after normal work hours and trying multiple fixes before having to locate and fix a couple

valves.



I guarantee any other company would have simply put me back on the bottom of their list and probably not gotten back to me til after July 4.



Sprinkler Doctor fit me into their crazy-busy schedule and fixed my issues with a smile and a lot of patience.



I am a proud customer of the Sprinkler Doctor and highly recommend them to anyone who has a sprinkler system, or who has an interest in getting one installed.

GOOD !......I have been dealing with them for a few years,  ever  since they installed the system. They winterize and maintain it as needed. They are reliable and professional,  I am satisfied with thier service and definitly would recomend them.

We have a wonderful relationship with Sprinkler Doctor.  They installed our system in 2006 and they continue to maintain it to this day.  We had quotes from 5-6 companies and they were right in the middle pricewise.  We liked the quality of the product they use.  They put it in expertly.  I made the mistake of making changes to my yard after they put the system in (I don't recommend changing flower beds if you have individual sprinkler heads put in-my mistake not theirs).  They worked with me during the changes to help me fix the mess I had made without charging me a lot of money.  We had a house fire this summer and apparently the fire department turned off the outside water supply to the system.  We didn't realize it and assumed there was a problem with the control box.  We made an appt with Sprinkler Doctor for them to come out and look at it.  The gentleman got here about 10 minutes before I did (I was on time he was early- not a bade thing)  He never even needed to look at the control panel in the garage.  He was checking outside while waiting for me and found the problem immediately.  I asked him to have the company bill me so I could turn it over to my insurance company.  I never did receive a bill.  They are just like that.  The believe in excellent customer service and I couldn't be happier with them.  The open and close our system annually and we allow them to take care of the backflow inspection also.  They make having a sprinkler system maintenance free, their annual fees are reasonable for the work they do.  We had a leak shortly after it had been installed due to the builder using heavy equipment in the yard, once again they did not charge us for repairs.  I could go on but you get the idea.  They are a great company to work with.  Trustworthy, customer oriented and totally professional.

Carol and the crew at Sprinkler Doctor are great! She came to quote, took her time, answered all of our questions and gave us a timely response. It was in late Spring, so we did have to wait a month to have it installed since they were busy, but it was worth the wait. New system installed, they willingly obtained the permits needed by the city of Dublin, added hanging pot irrigation so my hanging baskets stay looking fresh without me needing to water them separate from the irrigation system. Team was professional, explained the system thoroughly and installed right on schedule. Quote was to the penny. We would highly recommend the Sprinkler Doctor!

Sprinkler Doctor was referred to us by our neighbors who also had a irrigation system installed this Fall 2010. We also got one other estimate, but decided to use Sprinkler Doctor since neighbors had such a good experience with them. We are glad that we did. The co-owner, Carol, came out within 24 hours to do the estimate and then at my request, sent one of the layout designers out so that we could confirm exact location of all valve boxes as I didn't want them in the yard, but inside the landscape beds. They didn't hesitate to do this for us. The system layout consisted of 8 zones with 34 heads covering my entire lawn from the curb to the back woods line. Estimate was nicely done, covered all aspects of the installation, warranty, season close-down and 2011 Start-up. They were very professional, timely, communicated promptly, and used quality system parts (inlcuding copper inside the house per our request). Job was done within budget/estimate and can't wait to start using it next season.

I have used this company for over 2 years. I love this company. I have let others know about the quality of his work. I was so impressed with their work. I get an immediate response any time I call and the response is always friendly. When this company installed my irrigation system, they made my lawn look terrific after they left. This company is just super and my friends who have used them also love their services!

They provided good service and gave us a competitive quote. They employees were also good and I would use them again in the future.

Scheduled an original installation date of 5/18 when Carol came out to do the estimate. Everything was explained up front including any additional costs (lot survey, back-flow inspection). The installation was moved back to 5/19, then 5/21 do to the rain earlier in the month delaying jobs they were working on. They were flexible in fitting in my schedule for the day and worked from about 8:30 until finishing some training at 5:30 pm that day.

Absolutely amazed by their performance and professionalism. They pulled the water lines through and as a result they made minimal tracks in the yard and didn't dig any ditches.

I was working in a yard and encountered and cut shallow sprinkler lines in 2 places...didn't know it until the owner called me the next day. I took the information for her sprinkler company, Sprinkler Doctor, and sent them an email (it was a weekend and they were closed) detailing the address/owner information as well as the problem, asking them to call her and schedule repair and then to send me the bill. I called them on Monday morning to make certain the message was received. They told me that they would take care of it. They were out within a day or two and repaired the lines and did not charge me or the owner. She reported nothing but good things about the performance and they were friendly with me when I called. I would recommend this company for sprinkler repair as their response time was great and they were friendly to work with. Price, of course, was a big plus in this instance, but I believe that was a special circumstance.

They are a great company to go with for your in ground sprinkler system. They are very helpful and are friendly, fast and affordable. I am consistentely happy with all of their services and staff.

Technician performed the job on the date and time as promised. Closed the water supply valve (located in basement) to irrigation system. Did not drain line in house. Technician stated he did not have a bucket to catch the water. He stated it was not necessary because the winterizing process will remove sufficient water to prevent inside lines from freezing.

Arrived on time to give me an estimate and to repair or replace the master control box. Had one on the truck and the price was right so I had him go ahead and replace the old, old one. He had another appointment for which he was already late so we settled that I would check the zones and see how everything ran. Well, there were a couple of sprinkler heads that didn't work right and one zone that didn't work at all. I called them back and they sent the same guy out. He did not charge me a service call fee since he had already been here. I thought that was fair. Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and aimed to please.

Excellent! Top Notch! Superb! This company truly understands how to get a job done effectively, efficiently, neatly, & with top notch customer service. They left the yard in excellent shape after pulling many zones & 3 days after I can't even tell where the lines were pulled through without searching for them. After installation, they took the time to ensure I fully understood all aspects of the install: from the controller functions to adjusting & maintaining the heads, & a walk-through of the working system & common watering strategies. As you can tell, I'm very pleased with their work, timeliness, & professionalism. An excellent experience. Additionally, I used "XYZ SURVEY SERVICE" (also on Angie's List) to verify my plot before having Sprinkler Doctor install. Even though my house is only 5 years old, the boundaries were at least a few feet different than my current mowing pattern, so it was money well spent.

RESPONDED QUICKLY WITH REQUEST FOR ESTIMATE. WORK BEGAN AND COMPLETED ON SCHEDULE. NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL WORKMANSHIP.

THEY TRULY DO NOT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I HAD TO HAVE A HOLE IN MY FOUNDATION REPAIRED, MY DRIVEWAY REPAIRED, AND EXISTING FLOWER BEDS. THE ONE SIDE OF MY SPRINKLER SYSTEM WAS IN MY NEIGHBORS YARD. EVEN THOUGH WE HAD NUMEROUS PROBLEMS THE COMPANY HAS RESOLVED THEM ALL TO MY SATISFACTION.
