We had a leak in our bathtub coming through to our kitchen ceiling and initially they thought it was the bathtub shoe which it turned out not to be as the leak persisted after the initial visit. I went out and bought some FlexShot to seal up any other potential leaks but it still persisted. When I contacted the company, Bradley was very responsive and friendly and ensured me they would come back out to look at it again. The company stopped a total of 3 times and they were very punctual each time providing a 2 hour window but showing up at the beginning of the window each time which is always appreciated. Chris stopped back and believed the problem was the plate behind the knob and was very helpful in explaining why this was causing the leak. He took off the plate and the spout, cleaned them very nicely, and then reassembled with silicon to seal any potential future leaks. Overall, I was very pleased with the professionalism, friendliness, and punctuality of Discount Drains and I'd recommend them to family or friends. Even though the original problem was not fixed immediately, they were very apologetic and ensured the situation was resolved with no additional cost to me.

It went great, Chris showed up the day we called. Went over some options. We went with snaking the drains. Since it was right before Christmas, we will have the other work after. ( old pipes removed and brought to current code) he was very nice even left 2 boxes of chocolate for my mom and son.

Jim was VERY responsive and VERY professional! He listened, cared, and was by far one of the most generous and responsive providers I have had the pleasure to have work on my home! Any other responses that would be negative, I would have a VERY difficult time believing it. I would recommend him and his company to everyone! The guy showed up and looked at the calcium buildup and said he did not want to touch it because he felt it was too old (13years ) and rusty and it looked like it would break if he applied a wrench to it. He kept trying to sell us a new water heater and said that our water heater was past it's life span. We told him no to buying a water heater and he left. I called a second plumber who came by and said that he could take care of it right now and that the water heater should last a lot longer than what discount drain tried to tell me. The new plumber replaced the hot and cold water lines with new copper lines in about an hour or so. No complaining and no trying to sell me a new water heater. The guy that discount drains sent to my house is not an experienced plumber and I would not recommend hiring for complicated plumbing jobs.

Great - drain was cleaned out and tree roots removed. Technician had to go out 100 feet to clear sewer drain.

The whole process was smooth as silk. From the estimate to the actual installation, James was patient, kind, and knowledgeable about the job. He made recommendations that were very helpful, too. He estimated the job at two hours, and it was spot on! I was very impressed with the service and price. I had a few other companies give me estimates on this, and Discount Drains was by far the best all around. They were very professional in person and on the phone. The work done looked far better than I had imagined, as they had to drill through the bottom of the cabinet to the basement to hook up to the existing sink's plumbing. I was pleased with how it looks, and will definitely call them again when I need their kind of services. I have a new plumber now!

Very easy to get an honest and straight forward estimate (compared it with other estimates from 2 other companies). Came on time as scheduled and took care of everything very quickly. Very nice and professional company to deal with.

I had a leak on Sunday, went online to Home Advisor was called within 30 minutes time. Very professional response scheduled next day appointment for 8:00 am arrival for a free estimate. Bradley and Kory arrived around 8:30 calling ahead telling me they were a little late due to coming from Delaware morning traffic. They explained everything in details and completed the work within an hour. They also showed me and explained what was previously done wrong and replaced everything with quality parts at a decent prize. 90 Day Labor Warranty included. I would recommend them any day. I had other people do work on this before but now I see how it was done incorrectly and ended up costing me more to correct it.

Great experience! James was prompt, polite, and informative. He walked me through the issues and options to solve while staying personable to help make light of an otherwise crappy situation. The work was completed in the time promised and to high standards. The price was spot on the estimate. I would definitely use again (although hope I don't have to!)
