Both Kevin and Mathew do a great job when they visit our home. We have been using them for 4-5 years and will co ntinue to do so.

gentleman was late about 20 minutes. he then reviewed what was to be done. i asked about not spraying the outside of the house since it was raining. he said it was no problem to spray in rain, he would spray anyway and the rain would not wash away the flea spray. I found this troubling. he said he was in a rush, he had to be somewhere else and my appointment was taking too long. He also told me to wait a week before calling to complain about no results. Well its been a week.

I spoke with him over the phone -- and I had used him previously to being an Angie's List member -- we arranged a date and time and he arrived and sprayed inside on the floors of all rooms and around perimeter of basement and outside the home for insects. He is reliable, personable and thorough and his price was exceedingly good.

They inspect the traps they have around the house as well. They bait them, look for termites and if there are any they plant poison to kill the colony. Then they will come back to check and make sure they are gone. They are knowledgeable and prompt.

I found them on Angie's List. I felt the price was all right. They came right out, and were on time. I think I will continue to use them in the future.

They call before they come. They put on booties and are very careful with our furnishing. They are willing to go into our attic and spray for bugs.

I was impressed by Kevin (Bug-A-Pest) owners professionalism. He was very articulate about how the Termidor worked and what was involved. He did not employ high pressure sales tactics (which other companies I contacted did) and although he was not the cheapest I went with him as I was more convinced that he would do a through job. He is also local and not a huge chain type company. I was impressed that he wanted to postpone the treatment as a lot of rain was forecast following the day we originally scheduled for the treatment and he was concerned that the Termidor would wash out. He turned up punctually on the day we re-scheduled for. I would recommend him. He does not offer the comfort factor maybe of a big company with impressive sales staff but I was more impressed by his genuine approach and that he was local.

This company was very responsive. Phone calls were promptly returned. Quotes were accurate. Personnel were on time and professional. Great company.

They were on time, knowledgeable, professional, and fairly priced. They performed the work with little to no inconvenience to me and my family, and cleaned up very well once it was completed. I would definitely feel good about referring them to family and friends.

It was a good experience. They came out, did the work and gave us a good quote and we paid them. The work was great and the pest disappeared. They also explained what the problem was and the price I paid was worth it. They also gave me a thirty day guarantee that if the problem occurs within thirty days they would do the application again and it’s been several months and the bugs have not come back.

They are very friendly and courteous. They do not require a contract, and if you are on a contract, they will not raise the cost. They also come as often as you need them; once I had them over three times in one week for ants. They also do not charge extra for services.

They are terrific! I can't say enough good things about the guys that come out from Bug-A-Pest. We have a pretty large deck that attracts wasps. They will come out as many times as they need to in a month. If a wasp builds another nest, they will come right back out. They send out the same guy each time and he always lets us know he's here. The price listed is what we spend per month. We will continue to use them in the future.

I called and spoke with Kevin, the owner. I needed someone to come out and check an ant problem I had in my home. It was Friday evening so an appointment was made for the following Monday. Kevin was on time almost to the minute. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took a look and immediately knew what to do about the ants. I have young children at home, and Kevin took the extra precaution of not spraying indoors to protect the kids. He instead sprayed the perimeter of the house and found the source of the ants and treated accordingly. He also sprayed for spiders. After spraying, he explained everything he did in detail. I had several questions and he answered them all and in a very friendly way!! He explained the optional service package and provided several options. I was not obligated to sign any contract, but feel certain Kevin was honest and forthright about what was necessary to keep my home pest free. I did agree to a service agreement. Kevin made sure I knew if there were any problems with the treatment, or if there were other pest problems, I should call and he would take care of the problem immediately. The charges were very reasonable. I had actually expected to pay more for such outstanding service. I also had been seeing borer bees near my wood swing set in the yard. Kevin sprayed foam where the holes were. All in addition to the ant problem he originally came out for. I will absolutely be referring my friends to Kevin!

These guys are great! Very responsive, helpful and friendly. I have recommended them to a couple of neighbors who have also been satisfied. If you have any issue between service calls, they come right out and take care of it.

THEY WERE GREAT. I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY CAME ON TIME AND EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND WHERE I SHOULD KEEP MY DOG AWAY FROM FOR A WHILE.

TREATMENT SEEMED EFFECTIVE, SO WE AGREED TO MONTHLY SERVICE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. AT THE END OF THAT TIME, EXTERMINATOR KEPT COMING WITHOUT VERIFYING THAT WE WANTED TO EXTEND THE SERVICE.
